Nothing - NOBODY had tires that would fit. Finally, I call 513 Tires - The only tire store that sold the size for my car in a 20-mile radius. Unaware that the main function of this business is just to sell tires, I asked the man on the phone if he could put on the new tires for me if I pulled up to buy them. He agreed and said it might be a few minutes before he can get there. Awaiting his arrival, I was prepared to pay an arm and a leg for two new tires, because that is usually how it goes when these things happen. Nope - The price of two tires was more than fair, to the point where I even asked if I owed extra for labor. Jose explained the process of changing my tires, which was really cool to see. And as it turns out, those few minutes I waited were time spent getting down to the shop for no other reason than to help me. He didn't even have to be there, nor did he have to install the tires. Customer service is great and the quality of their used tires is almost brand new! They also usually have you in and out the door in less than an hour. The main owner is the nicest guy and always so welcoming when anyone walks in. Last time me and my girlfriend were about to go on vacation and she needed a balance and rotation before we drove cross country, it was right before they closed because it was a special event day and so they closed earlier than usual but I called and explained my situation and he insisted we bring it in and that he would still fix it so we could drive safely. This is the kind of place that looks out for their regulars and also looks out for anyone coming in for their first time. It's the way every other business around should operate and I think there's a lot of spot in the area that could learn from the way Terrific Tire is. They are the absolute best in the area and I refuse to go anywhere else for anything tire related!

I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for.
