So, no one really loves to have a CT-Scan, but when you NEED one, this is the place to come! From the ease of scheduling the appointment to the immaculate office (it was always clean.. now it's extra COVID clean), the friendly helpful staff at the desk and the CT tech who goes out of his way to be kind and courteous.. they make what could be a bad experience quite pleasant! I came for a lower back MRI with contrast. It was scheduled 40 min however for some unknown reasons I end up in the tube 2 hours 50 min. The person who performed the MRI injected the contrast under my skin INSTEAD of injecting in my vein. WHAT REALLY UPSET ME was the fact nobody told me what happened until I noticed the blood and swollen arm when I was changing my clothes. After I complaint they gave me warm compress to put on. It starts hurting after I put the compress and even after a week now my arm still hurts and looks terrible. read more

I had to sit on hold for 30 minutes to schedule an MRI. They said they are busy helping other people and can't pick up the phone. They really need a better system. Kaiser and Facey never leave you on hold for more than 5 minutes. They need to hire a dedicated receptionist and appointment setter. If they need someone, I am available to work from home. I have experience in this industry and it seems poorly managed. read more

Office Experience was ridiculous. Waited an hour for them to get me in for a CT scan .

Absolutely one of the most shady offices I have ever been to. Was given a note from my doctor that I might die if I did not get a CT. I have valid insurance, even with that they said they would not do the scan without prepayment of $425. Of course I paid it because of the note from my doctor. I was told it would be refunded as soon as they received authorization. That was a lie, I was told today 30-90 days after they receive payment from the insurance company. Also, the fact that I needed to pay in advance to get service was also a lie. I was told by Anthem/Blue Cross that I should NEVER pay for services until they have been billed and I know what my actual balance is. I was passed back and forth between billing and the office. I was also told I could keep complaining but the bottom line was it wouldn't change anything and I would get a refund if and when they received payment from the insurance company. If you need any sort of imaging go anywhere but Tower Imaging, it's cheaper in Mexico and since you now have to pay in advance for services here in the US even though you have insurance might as well save some money! read more

I needed a scan this last June. I have never encountered a front office staff as rude as this one. They even made fun of an older patient who came in to confirm his appointment instead of calling after he left. If I can avoid this place I will. read more

I've always used this facility but today was but on hold saying one caller ahead of me. After about 5 minutes they quickly answered an said could I hold a moment. Went on to hold 25 minutes. I ended up driving there . The girl was still on hold when I got there. I showed them my phone and she said we've been busy. There was one person in line!!! read more

An MRI is a bit intimidating. However my experience at Tower Imaging could not have been any more pleasant. The folks at Tower were top notch, from the very welcoming receptionist to the very accomplished MRI technologist, Jasmine. From signing in, to the punctual way the appointment was handled, even to the dressing room, I was treated with a professional courtesy and care that raised the bar for how medical professionals treat their patients. If ever the need arises again, I would go back to Tower Imaging in a heartbeat. read more

I have been going to this location for my mammogram for over 8 years and really like the techs I have had, but this is the first time I have ever received a bill! First, they billed it incorrectly and were charging me just under $100, so I called them. They then did some checking and correction and are now charging me $35. My insurance company and I have had three-way calls with the billing, and they have been told they are billing it incorrectly. My mammogram is a preventative care procedure, so they cannot bill me as my insurance pays 100% when billed correctly. I have called them weekly, and they have even called me, but I still can not get this bill resolved. This is so frustrating, and they need to look at what changes they have made in their processes and people. read more

The front desk receptionist Stacy was SO RUDE when i went in. I was transferred from urgent care in a lot of pain for a ct scan and i let her know i was nauseous and wasn't sure if i could drink the contrast (which was stated in my paperwork was not needed) and she said rudely it was fine. I immediately threw it up. And she rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me. I had to wait for results and she didn't even look at me when i asked questions, i was told it would be 15-20 mins for my results, i ended up waiting an additional hour. I observed her talked to other guests and her demeanor was just unbelievable. She shouldn't work there if she can't talk to people with decency. The technician was kind and respectful which is the ONLY REASON I have this place 2 stars and i saw one of the other nurses come out (even though her shift was over) and have a conversation with a patient in the waiting room who she recognized, they had a sign on the desk that said "rate us on Yelp" you bet i came to. read more

ROBIN is the BEST part of this place. I had an MRI 4/14 and she took great care of me, making sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and okay to continue with each step we took. I had a family member in the exam room with me and she made sure they were okay during the entire process as well. I wish there were more Robins working in the medical field because we need more people like her. read more

So twice visiting here in two weeks... an ultra sound and a CT scan..... each time I was greeted warmly and attended to quickly. Each tech was kind and gentle and efficient. My doctors got what they needed from the imaging without have to do any do-overs. Because my case needed stat reports they were able to squeeze me in immediately. Also, since it was so fast they were unable to get pre-authorization from my insurance and they asked for a 300.00 deposit that would be returned to me once Ins. was confirmed. I complied. We will see what the return process looks like later. I'll also add that I appreciated all the health conscienceness there. Everyone was wearing masks, and all patients needed to wear masks also and provided hand sanitizer everywhere. read more

Scheduling over the phone was easy. The MR tech was friendly and caring of my conditions and safety while ambulating as I was unsteady - thank you to her. The front desk staff (woman who sat at left end of desk) when dealing with an elderly female seemed impatient and bothered, talking loud and fast in an unpleasant tone) trying to explain to her the process of being-fit into a full schedule and the potential wait time. Some people, especially dealing with chronic pain or other factors, can't process information as quickly as a young person who is not experiencing such symptoms and conditions. I felt bad for the elderly woman like she was being talked to like a child. I asked for a CD of my MR images. The staff member (woman who sat at the 2nd window from the right end) said it would be five minutes to create the disc. A few minutes later, she left for the day to take her child to the dentist. 15-minutes later, I went to the desk to see if my disc was done and it was. I would have appreciated if she had told someone prior to leaving that I was waiting for my disc. Had I not asked, I would have been there all night. It's not easy to sit around waiting while suffering chronically painful conditions. While people wait, they over hear and see what is going on and it reflects poorly upon what should be a professional medical imaging office that should have a duty to care for patients in an amiable manner. read more

I was surprised at how cold and rude the office/telephone staff were. I scheduled an end-of-day appointment. When I received the reminder call the Friday before, they wanted to confirm my noon appointment. I clarified the correct time only to be met with a sigh and terse acceptance implying that the mistake was mine. No apology. I though perhaps it had been a tough day/week, so I let it go. But the front office staff was the same way with me in person and I overheard the same treatment of others on the phone and in the office. It's like we patients were all just a big annoyance. The tech were kind and friendly, but my imaging machine broke mid-way into my session. I had to wait for staff to look for a step stool to no avail before I finally just had to jump down. Frustrating. I have asked my provider not to refer me to them anymore. read more

The employees at Tower Imaging located in Valencia California are super efficient, super polite, and treated me very well. The receptionist Maria, the Tecnicians; Erin, and Goretti got me in and out with no rushing, and no pressure. These employees and I am sure, along with their co-workers here are definitely creating, "Goodwill," for The Company, "Tower Imaging," which is an asset on their fiscal statement . Tried to schedual an appointment kept being told the approval wasn't done, which it was. They then said it was with contrast for the mri and the order said WITHOUT. The front desk is a joke and don't seem to care about schedualing someone BEFORE the doctor appointment in order to have the reading to be diagnosed by the doctor. read more

Their hours of operation are wrong. Anything after 4pm is for the urgent care only. I drove down there to get my daughter's x-ray and they said we don't do them after 4pm. I said that isn't posted anywhere on the website, online or the paperwork. She said it's just policy. They were very rude as well. I will not be going back. read more

Had 3 MRI's here, one was a double. Had no issues with cloister phobia issues. Used blindfold and held sos bulb in my hand , had blanket for warmth. Almost fell asleep. Friendly office personnel and tech staff , clean and followed Covid restrictions. Excellent experience! read more

My wife came in for an X-Ray yesterday after our insurance provider said they approved the procedure, when she came in the first time they made her wait over 30 minutes only to tell her the approval wasn't in yet. My wife had another appointment across town and had to leave to attend the other appointment, so she told the front office staff "Sonia" that she would be back. She came back several hours latter and was told by "Sonia" the approval wasn't in yet AGAIN!, even though my wife re called her insurance company to check that the approval was done, they assured her it was approved earlier that morning and to go ahead and go on in for the X-Ray. My wife asked "Sonia" at the front desk to please check again as she could not come back again today,.............Sonia then replied, Oh Yea! it's in the back and she "Had" to get up and go get it. Two wasted trips, over 2 hours of wasted time waiting in lobby all because the front desk staff was too lazy to get the approval in the back office that was waiting there. The Front office staff should be Replaced, and hire staff that aren't too lazy to get up and check the fax machine. NOTE: The X-RAY and MRI Staff are Good, Kind and caring people, Just the front office needs to go! read more

When you are going somewhere to get a ct scan mri or any other test here, the last thing a patient needs are rude receptionists. It does not cost anything to be a little kind. You are the first person a patient sees and has interaction with, don't make faces or be rude. The young man that helped with the scan was caring kind and very professional. I do not like bad reviews, I am sure, I will be back for more scans. I hope when I return the receptionist has a different way of treating clients and I can then give a 5 star review. read more

The front desk staff were very nice. I have had quite a number of Imaging tests done throughout my life and was familiar with the testing. Jordan, who performed my MRI was amazing. She was very caring and kind. I really felt that she went over and above to make sure she got the images I need to find out what is going on with my health and causing me pain. She is an exemplary tech and is a huge asset to Tower Imaging. I really appreciate your efforts. I'd like to suggest having some cold bottled water available for patients post test. After fasting and the amount of time spent in the MRI, I came out extremely thirsty. Just a thought. read more

Absolutely terrible service from the front desk. They told me TWO separate times to come in for my appointment. I confirmed with the front desk a day before my appointment what the time actually was. I arrive and now they told me they do not have availability on the MRI table when I'VE HAD THIS APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR OVER A MONTH WITH A MEDICAL EMERGENCY. So now I've been waiting for AN HOUR AND A HALF for a MRI. The front desk is also eating without masks on as I'm typing this. Completely unsanitary. Don't waste your time here. read more
