A teenage male was at the window, took an extensive amount of time with the person in front of me. When it was my turn he never made eye contact. After a prolonged awkward silence without looking up he says can he help me. I assumed he was talking to me. Finally when we got past the anal check in he tells me I'm 10 minutes late and have to reschedule and that it's going to be a while before they have another appointment. I said that I have been in the office for 10 minutes and I didn't hear anyone calling for me. He was anal and could care less and no consideration for his poor check in ethics. The 3 adult women behind him kept their head down like they didn't hear anything as he kept looking back like he didn't know what to do with me. I was like never mind, the service is horrible! I'll get my mammogram at a different location. Meanwhile there are 5 or 6 people waiting to be seen but ironically while I'm waiting to check in I missed my check in time. That doesn't make sense, I guess they all showed up early and waiting on their appointments, yeah right! read more

Erroneous billing created a statement sent to me from Tower. My insurance was supposed to cover it and I have excellent insurance. My insurance company said I didn't owe anything and that they didn't even show a bill sent to them from Tower. I tried calling Tower several times, and some of those times I was on hold for over 20 plus minutes then had to get back to work (since they can only be called during regular work hours). If I did reach someone, I was told it "would be looked into and not to worry about it". I kept getting repeated bills from them to pay. Then the other day I got a bill saying it would be reported to credit agencies. So I called again today and was on the phone for over 30 minutes waiting for someone. The man who answered said I had to call my insurance company again (which I had already done a few times and the insurance company told me it was a problem on the Tower end). Finally, after another lengthy call with Tower and immense frustration I made a payment. I will never go there again. Their billing department is virtually unreachable by phone or email, they only have an automated system so you can pay but you cannot get any help or clarification, they don't follow through (with promises of "looking into it") and they bill you and charge you erroneously. read more

Went to a 6:15pm appointment. Office was dark and not very welcoming. Only a few christmas lights and the receptionist computer screen was on which made it feel like everyone was waiting to go. Once inside I was told to put my phone and keys in the locker and anything from my pockets . Once inside the room, was told to put my mask and locker key on the tray . Laid down, followed instructions but NO ONE (2 techs) not even me noticed I was still wearing my smart watch. The technician standing on my left put the buzzer in the my hand with the watch but still did not catch it. My first time ever getting a MRI. Did not know better that my smart watch would be destroyed. I called to inform them about what happened and while I did receive an apology from the office manager I was told that it was no one fault but my own. That they can not scan every patient before going in the machine to see if they accidently forgot something! What? Really! You work with patients who are there because something seems wrong. They may or may not be in a clear state of mind and may or may not forget to remove metal. YOU are the professionals who do this day in and day out don't tell you you can't take an "extra" step to ensure the safety of your patients. If that is considered above and beyond your call of duty or above your pay grade maybe this job is not for you. No I did not get the watch replaced. Whike yes I take responsibility, I do think they could have at least taken 1/2 of it as well. responsibility. SMH. read more

Clean facility, receptionist friendly. Love the left over Halloween candy. The ultrasound technician not so friendly. INSENSITIVE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN PATIENT CARE. The technician did introduce herself to me (5 stars for that), but after that did not explain what I was to expect. I had an uncomfortable procedure done and no explanation whatsoever about what she was doing, except for telling me where to undress and how to position myself. Did not ask once if I was uncomfortable and kept probing and going about her business. Not sure what type of education US technicians go through, but if it is those one year technical college, I hope they are teaching these new kids empathy, caring, and just basic customer service. These are basic fundamentals for healthcare. I felt like I was in a room with a robot. read more

This place sucks! My appt was @ 1pm got here @ 12:15. Wasn't called in until 1:35pm. THEN, their MRI machine DOES NOT accomodate larger patients! The nurse had already placed the IV in my hand before realizing this. Sooo, i was unable to get my MRI done. My wife has had several procedures at Tower Imaging Valencia. The service is great once you get in. But I dread calling for an appointment. The phone support is pretty bad. It took several minutes for an operator to get to me in their hold queue, then she put me on hold right away. I've been on hold for 17 minutes so far. read more

Tower Imaging is extremely well run with plenty of friendly staff (three people!) at the front desk to check you in asap. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes for an appointment. The administrator, Jeannie, is wonderful. The facility is immaculate and the clinicians running the machines are cheerful, expert, and kind. And here's the great thing - their radiologist, Dr. H., picked up on something that everyone else said was nearly invisible - even a specialist. He ended months of suffering for me by pinpointing the problem so a treatment could begin. read more

I have had several opportunities to have imaging services performed at Tower Imaging in Valencia. Each and every time the team delivered excellent service. Every one there is pleasant and professional and I mean everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians to the back office staff. While you do not get to meet the radiologists, they do their job quickly and thoroughly and deliver well-written radiology reports delivered promptly, usually the next day. By comparison, I needed to go elsewhere for a special imaging and was told I would get the report in three or four days. Also, when I called in to request an imaging report, that was done several month before the request, be sent out of town, it was done promptly and professionally. Never even an iota of "well that was four months ago" attitude. Great job Tower Imaging Valencia. I be back if I ever (hopefully not) need additional imaging services. read more

The front desk is run by ambivalent, apathetic doppelgangers who could care less about you and are impatiently waiting for their shift to end. I cannot fathom how someone can be so cold and uncaring yet work in a medical facility. I was impressed with the technology and how I was seen in about 20 minutes, but I have nothing but derision for the way they answer the phone and treat patients. Make sure to review your "claims details" under your health plan, you can access it online if you have an account and it will notify you what your co-payment actually is after they have submitted their claim. If not call your health plan. I received a bill requesting an additional $100 after I had already paid $100 during the visit. After reviewing my benefits and their claim, I actually only owed $72.16. I work in the medical field in utilization review so knew something was wrong with this bill. Just alerting you so you make sure you review the bill with your health plan before making the payment. God knows how many other people they have taken advantage of. read more

First of all, no one WANTS to have to have an MRI. That being said, if you do, this is the place to have it. I cannot express how happy I am that Kaiser has finally contracted with a place that has an open MRI machine and is near my home. I arrived this morning for my appointment. Yes on a Saturday. Tre Convenient! No missed work. Filled out the necessary paperwork and went in. I am EXTREMELY claustrophobic and my anxiety level was high since I had not taken any xenax prior to this appointment. The staff kindly allowed my sister to come in with me and even gave me headphones to wear so I could listen to music during the procedure. Everyone was very very nice and professional. I had my choice of Pandora stations (80's baby!) Here's where things went from good to great. My sister was at the open end of the machine talking to me, though I couldn't hear much but I could see here through the mirror on the machine. My sis kept me smiling as she rocked out and danced to the 80's tunes all through my procedure. But then I noticed a white coat and another hand holding mine. It was one of the other technicians who came in and was dancing alongside my sister! How cool is that!!! I got through my MRI with a smile on my face and we will see what the report shows. But I have never had such a good time finding at a medical appointment. If you have a choice of imaging facilities, you can't go wrong here. Kudos Tower Imaging. Five Stars all the way!!! read more

I was sent here by my primary doctor to get a CT done and was very happy with the cleanliness of the facility. The front office staff were very nice and pre filling out the medical forms saved me a lot of time, would recommend asking for that. Got my report pretty quick afterwards too, good to see a medical clinic thats on top of it! read more

I am claustrophobic and was a bit hesitant to get an MRI. I called and discussed my concerns with the front office staff and they were very informative and helped give tips on how to get through the exam. They also booked my appointment on there new 3T machine . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting there test result fast and an overall good experience . I have had x-ray, ultrasound and CT scan procedures at tower in the past and was always happy with their staff and services. My doctor sent me in for an MRI, and I was very apprehensive due to bad experiences with MRIs at other local labs. I'm a big person and I am somewhat claustrophobic. The technician at Tower was very kind and comforting. I was also happy to see that their MRI equipment is larger and seems more modern. The equipment and accommodations by the operator made this a much more pleasant experience. I plan to have all future imaging testing done at Tower. read more

If you are able to do so you should avoid having service done by Tower Imaging Medical Group at all cost. Today, I received a notice that I have been sent to collections for a bill I paid several months go. Luckily, I have proof of payment because I used my bank's bill pay service. After providing all the correct information, the check number and account number stamped on the back of my check they refused to satisfactorily resolve the issue or admit they made a mistake. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told one was not available to speak to me even though offered to wait on hold. This is not the first time I have had an issue like this with them. UPDATE: 8/29/2017: Today I received an overpayment refund check from Tower for the amount I was sent to collections for. The check was dated a month ago. So, they deposited my money in May, processed a refund in July and sent me the check and to collections a month later (in August). Avoid them if your insurance will allow you to go somewhere else!!! read more

I received a debt collection letter from their collection agency CMRE Financial Services dated July 26 2016. The service was provided in the emergency room at Henry Mayo hospital on June 2nd 2016.
