I must say the staff have all been wonderful (nothing bad to say there). However when I went for my mri the room was dark, machine outdated and extremely warm inside. I attempted to push the call button MULTIPLE times to let my scanner know I was way too hot but got no response. Of course, panic set in so I stared to move around thinking that would get his attention - still no. After a few minutes I was done and literally crawled out of the MRI. Someone finally came in but I was already out of the tube. When I showed him the call light didn't work he had to reset the entire machine. I decided not to finish my scan and won't be back. He was very caring and I appreciated that. But def don't want to go back in a machine that is hot, tight and doesn't have working buttons. Please fix that so other patients don't have to experience that panic.

If this was an elderly or person with slower cognitive abilities there is no way they'd be able to follow this. In addition she spoke so fast trying to get me to approve doing an alternate test than what the doctor scheduled. Be wary!!!!! And be aware anyone can tell you I am super fast and speak very fast. This was NOT A me issue.

Stephanie from Tower Imaging reached out to address my concerns over their billing practice mentioned in my previous review. Tower Imaging makes the appointment before Kaiser approves the payment of the MRI to get the patients seen sooner. The bill is then sent to the patient since it reflects unpaid. Overall, I my experience at the facility was pretty easy. The place was clean, quiet, and not a long wait. Part of previous review: I was sent here via Kaiser for a MRI since their Valencia location doesn't have a MRI center. No problem, I thought. I went to Tower Imaging and paid my Kaiser copay. Today I have received a bill for $1700. At no point was I told I would be billed for anything. Now I have to chase down billing departments, talk to Kaiser, and god knows who else. read more

I have been to this facility multiple times, once when I needed an MRI, and another when I needed a CT. Both times I was in and out pretty quick, and the front office was very courteous. The technologist also took her time letting me know how the process will be done as I have never had a CT scan before which was comforting. Also one thing I always pay attention to when visiting medical facilities is how clean the place is, and here was exactly like that. I have another follow-up next month and hoping for the same type of service. read more

I came here from a referral to get an MRI as well as a MRV stat because it was for my right eye , to see if it's a tumor or something beign. Unfortunately I've waited 3 hours,they have told me that schedule appointments are top priority and that I would still have to wait. So that being said I've tried to set up an appointment but was told the next available appointment is for next week. The secretary more than gladly gave me the number to another MRI facility to get an appointment over there read more

I arrived early, and was checked in. I received medication prior to being taken in. The medication was explained to me. I was called in a few minutes after my appointed time. The technician accommodated my particular issue with my veins. The CT scan went well and didn't take a lot of time. Michael, the tech was polite, and made me comfortable. This was the most caring visit I've experienced at Tower Imaging. I recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks read more

This was my first MRI so the only thing I had to go was my last two CT scans. This was totally different and the lady doing the MRI knew exactly what to so we did not start over and she didn't have to give me many instructions so it went very smooth. questions or answers had to be voiced process was excellent because I could see how that could double in time but it didn't so yes you get the five stars on this one read more

Horrible service - I had to wait over an hour for an MRI. They could have called me to let me know, but instead wanted me to wait, as if my time wasn't as valuable as theirs. Then they did the wrong set of images and wanted me to come back the next day for another procedure. This after I took an entire day off work so I can take an Ativan, and paid for an Uber both ways to get there. They don't seem to care. read more

My CAT scan radiologist was Michael. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I have severe back problems and my hip was really hurting he got a wheelchair and took me all the way to my car which he didn't need to do. Tower Imaging is awesome. I even moved from CA and fly in from Texas just to see him because he's always done such a great job, until now. When I came in for my filler in June 2025, the appointment felt rushed from the start. It usually takes about 30 minutes, but this time Dr. Lin was done in 10 minutes. A few days later, I noticed uneven, hollow areas under my eyes, which was something that has never happened before. I reached out to express my concerns and request a refund for the $850 I paid (which, by the way, used to be $400). Instead of any accountability, I was told by Lucy that refunds are not offered but that I could speak with Dr. Lin directly. Dr. Lin agreed to fix the issue, so I scheduled a follow-up and another flight from Texas, and another expense. But when I arrived in California, I found out Lucy had booked me at a completely different office (Sherman Oaks) instead of the Valencia office I've gone to for a decade. When I realized the mistake and tried to reschedule, as it was too far away for the time I had to do it. I texted back, emailed, even called, and I was completely ignored. Because of this careless handling, I ended up losing $1,400 in travel costs due to flight changes and extra expenses from the government shutdown. And to make matters worse, I now have to spend another $850 elsewhere just to get my filler fixed. I just want a refund of my $850. I can't even begin to describe how disappointed and disrespected I feel after ten years of loyalty. The quality of care and communication has gone drastically downhill since the switch to Unified Health. As a VIP patient, I no longer recognize this practice, and I will not be returning. I am deeply unhappy with my results and the way I was treated.
