The reason that I'm taking off two stars is because of the drama, manipulation and accusation of me being a liar. I asked a simple question about a dent that I noticed on the front of my refrigerator after they hammered up my old floor tiles. A dent that I, my husband and parents know was not there the night before because we would have noticed it when we were hanging plastic drop cloths on my kitchen cabinets. I feel as though it was very unprofessional that Carl and Amber went directly to Mario after I showed them a picture of a new dent on the front of my refrigerator and they all discussed the situation without my knowledge. Then, Carl and Mario stood their ground together in front of me as the only woman in the room of my own house, accusing me of lying. I only had an innocent question as to if they had a tool that they use that takes out dents. I was thinking about simple ways to fix an inconvenience, but they jumped from A to Z with their reaction. They acted as though I was demanding a new, $5,000 appliance out of them. Carl even stubbornly talked with me and stiffened his body language and demeanor towards me when I first greeted him on the morning of the next day. He got me so upset with his stubbornness and bully-like approach that I started to raise my voice because he refused to listen to my reasoning. The argumentation became so loud that my husband had to cut his business phone call short in the front room of our house to see what was happening. Plus, Mario was even gone for approximately 30 minutes in the late morning on the first day of work (I have Ring camera videos to prove it), leaving his one worker to take care of the kitchen while he was away. The dent incidental could have even taken place during that time?! The contract stated that they would "take every precaution to protect them [furnishings] from damage." Mario and his worker had a cloth tarp draped over the front of the refrigerator, but not the entire front because there was a portion still exposed and not covered for protection. The exposed part is where the dent is located. I found all of this to be immature and unprofessional that two men would side against me in my presence in my own home and treat me like a second class citizen. I even had to stay away from my house for about a third of the time that they were working in my home because of their unwillingness to listen to me. I also was not crazy about the rubber caulking that Mario filled into the open space that they missed with grout along one section of my cabinets by the floor. When I brought it to Mario's attention that the grout was missing, I thought that he understood that I wanted the grout filled into the space like the rest of the baseboards had, not rubber caulking. I love how my floors turned out. They look great. You can tell that it's artisan craftsmanship. But, I have to tell my story on the internet because they all refused to act civil and talk with me sensibly in my home. So, beware that this company may argue with you on incidentals to your personal belongings. read more

Carl and Amber are absolutely outstanding. We had them rebuild our master shower and we love it. They're good folks who are great at communication, design, and coordination. Amber helped us select the materials and color scheme we wanted to and made that intimidating process very easy and fun. Carl coordinated the actual demo/construction/tile/glass process and made it very easy and transparent for us. Mario, the tile guy, did terrific work and even braved the cold (we wrapped up literally the saturday before the crazy winter storm this year) to get things done. Give them a call and get the ball rolling, no need to keep shopping - you're good right here. The price was very fair- perhaps you can save a handful of pennies elsewhere but you aren't going to get the high level of service, efficiency, and timeliness elsewhere that made Town Center a joy to work with. read more

They just finished installing vinyl tile flooring on our entire first floor. Day one removed old carpeting, tile and stone foyer and laid the base for the new floor.Day 2 flooring installed perfectly. Day 3 all the baseboards, caulking and finishing and then a huge clean up before the walk through. You can trust Carl and Amber. They worked with us, pricing was fair and the job is beautiful. Town Center Floors just finished redoing two bathrooms for us (new floor tile, regrouting tub surrounds, sealing). They made what were two cookie cutter spaces into beautiful custom-look bathrooms. Amber was a great source of information as far which tiles/colors would work well in kids' bathrooms, and she was so patient with me as I spent hours looking over all the gorgeous tile samples in their showroom. Carl was very efficient in terms of laying out the scope and timing of the projects. When we decided to do more than originally planned, he just went with the flow and adjusted accordingly. The guys who did the work were always prompt, polite, and made extra effort to keep the noise to a minimum. I told Carl this was by far the quietest crew I've ever had in my house. And finally, the plumber Carl recommended (Robert) did a fantastic job changing out the shower and tub fixtures. I now have a new "go-to" plumber. I could not be happier with the whole process and will definitely go to Town Center Floors when it's time to do my master bath. read more

We had approximately 600 square feet of hardwood, 500 square feet of carpet, and 3.5 inch baseboards installed by Town Center Floors. The process was wonderful from beginning to end. It's a mom and pop store who are very knowledgable about their products and are more than willing to work with your budget. Amber did a great job helping us pick out a color based off of house pictures and Carl educated us on padding and durability. We have hired them twice in the past two years (repeat business is itself a powerful recommendation); first to completely redo our upstairs and stairway from carpeting to engineered hardwood, and recently to redo an entryway and living room from hardwood to porcelain tile. I had been shopping for new floors for almost a year and never felt fully comfortable with any of the companies until I went to Town Center Floors and met Carl. Carl and his team were amazing to work with. They installed hardwood floors in my entire home 2 weeks before Christmas.
