I am sitting here right now writing this review. Thank god for the cameras in the waiting area! I was watching my car being worked on and saw they were working on the wrong tire. I went out back and told th that was the wrong tire. They then proceeded to remove the tire from the rim to put it on the other side and ended up putting a slice in my good tire. They wanted to charge me for another new tire. I asked to speak with a Manager & Dana said he was the manager. I then asked to speak with a general manager and he informed there wasn't one. He said he would try to get me a used tire to replace it. I insisted on a new tire at no charge and he said that he couldn't do that. I then went to the waiting area and said to the people to "make sure you watch your cars being worked on" & proceeded to tell them what happened. After that, Dana called me over and said he would have the new tire tomorrow and that he would take care of it. Let's see if they hold yup to their word. read more

Bought four tires from another location and for some reason one was losing air slowly. Made an appointment and brought car to the Seabrook location to have looked at. Waited over an hour as other customers came and went. Approached desk several times to hear I was next. The fact that I was not purchasing new tires but getting one looked at and repaired made the difference. This place is a joke and customer service is horrible. Would avoid this location read more

Bought tires here for all of my vehicles since they first opened this location. I, myself, never ran into an issue big enough to write about. I was researching tires once again and found some coopers I really liked at another tire dealer in town. Called Seabrook Town Fair and asked if they carried them because I've always only bought tires from town fair. Called Saturday at 3:49pm and talked to Alex. I told him the tire I was looking at and he said they don't carry cooper tires, and then told me the back story of they're the same company. Said he has a better tire in stock, but it's a mastercraft. He said "do you have the printout of the price they gave you on the coopers?" I said no, i got the quote over the phone. He said "i can price match the mastercraft courser tire because we're supposed to beat any price, but since we don't carry that tire we'll match it the ones you found." Explained that mastercraft is the premium cooper tires, yadda. I asked again "so if i have the invoice with the price you'll match the other tire to the cooper price?" He said yes, but you need the print out. Told him Id get the print out and then call to make an appointment Sunday or monday. He said "Monday will be better. Just call and ask for me." Perfect, Monday was my day off. Went out and told our friends that were over how awesome he was and he offered to match a different tire because they didn't carry the coopers. We're car people so i even told them about the mastercraft owning cooper. So excited. Monday comes around and I get a print out online from the other tire place with the price of the tires installed and call town fair to make my appointment. Told him it was so and so and we talked on saturday about the mastercraft price match. He was like yup, you can come in any time.. then said there was a 2:00 opening after I said I'm driving almost half an hour to go there. Got there just before 2:00, had a ride waiting there and my competitors invoice in hand. He was up front so I told him who i was and he said okay, got my information then went out to see the tire size on the vehicle. Asked me if i wanted the road hazard for $20 more per tire. I was back and forth so he said I had 10 days to decide and told me there was also a rebate on the tires. SCORE! Best experience ever.. then he said, "okay your total comes to $891 the four tires installed.." I stopped in my tracks. "Thats with the price match???" And he saiiddd "I cant do the price match on those tires. They arent close to the same, these are way better tires." The quote I brought in was for $600 installed without tpms on the coopers, i expected to spend around $650. $891 WITHOUT the road hazard or alignment!! I literally only was going to get the tires because he said they'd price match as long as I had the invoice from the competitor. I thought about just buying them because I was there and it was my day off, but i didnt even have that much money. Is that the scam? Lie to people on the phone to get them in then charge an astronomical amount?! I drove half an hour (more if you count traffic out front) for NOTHING. If he had not told me they'd price match my original tire then i would've just gone to the competitor and gotten my tires done today instead. So I wasted my day off, still no tires and have to wait until next Monday to get into the other company to get the tires I was originally going to get anyways! I hate to think they were trying to scam me, but if you make an offer- confirm that offer- and then once it's time to carry through and the customers there -you retract that offer-----thats a scam. I need tires for two of my cars within the next two months and they just lost a lifelong customer. He did say "you can go on our website to double check the mastercraft price if you want" before I left. Not helpful. read more

Came in on 12/29 and got 4 new tires , came back in on 1/2/2016 because the front right tire kept sending me alerts that the PSI was sunder recommended amount, waited a little over an hour for them to tell me they checked it and nothing is wrong with the tire it must be because of the temperature change, great service the only suggestion I have is make and appointment or have someone follow you and pick you up they are packed and you will have to wait. read more

Ordered a set of wheels and tires from the Seabrook location. I am a fan of the service here and Dana takes great care of me! Had a hiccup with the delivery and Al was able to make a bad situation better with a little cooperation from the Portsmouth store. Got my wheels and tires mounted (which look badass) and was out the door early enough to complete my drive to Arizona on the new summer tires. Would be 5 starts if my wheels had arrived when they should have been, but this is not a knock on Dana, Al and the Seabrook team. They are top notch! read more

Why I gave 5 Stars is because they are the Best Staff, Fair in their dealing with you and pleasant towards you. Again the staff members are all excellent and of late have mostly dealt with Deb (terrific) and Dana (the Manager). I observed Dana to be hard working; courteous to customers and staff; and very knowledgeable of the product he is selling. Oh they have always honored price matching and have beaten it. read more

Not a satisfactory customer experience. Town Fair Tire in Searbook is bad at scheduling customer appointments. They consistently run 1.5 hours or more behind, at least in the afternoon. But not only this, they are not truthful with their customers. They claim to get started right away and the claim that work takes 1.5 hours while it does not. They are trying to get you to believe that wait time equals work time. As a minimum I would expect them to be honest. An apology would also go a long way. read more

I have always received the best customer service at Town Fair Tire in Seabrook, NH. On my last visit, I was helped by Dana who was extremely knowledgeable and delivered my car back to me quicker than the hour time frame he quoted. I will be sure to go back again when I need new tires. read more

Years ago I compared all of the tire companies in the Seabrook area and discovered Town Fair Tire had the best prices. I would never consider going anywhere else now because of the excellent service they provide. I am always treated courteously, my time is respected, and the job is done right the first time. Long time customer and never going back. Service level has clearly plunged in recent months. Polite but incompetent and no reservations about misleading you about your wait. Don't bother making an appointment either; you wait in line behind all prior walk-ins. In my case, I had an appointment for 12:30 and they pulled my car into the garage at 2:15 and finished at 3:15...or so they thought. As if the initial 2 3/4 hrs wasn't bad enough, they failed to properly reactivate the tire pressure monitoring system which meant returning and wasting yet another 20 minutes. Too bad because there website was easy to use and their tire pricing is very competitive. read more

Called them on the day before yesterday to ask them if they would meet Sears price that I found for specific tires for my SUV. They did meet the price. Next afternoon I dropped the SUV off there for my appointment. Salesman said that I needed a 4 wheel alignment with the 4 new tires and he lowered the total price to include the alignment cost and a then few dollars more than that. Great. The car was ready in a couple of hours. I drove to the local highway to test it out. I found that the steering wheel was cocked over to the left, not centered when driving straight on a flat road. I hate that. Also the steering wheel and the seat vibrated during a higher speed test over a short distance, because they wheels had a balancing problem. I called the salesman. He apologized and told me to bring it back & they'll fix it. Back I went this morning. We reviewed the problems and I waited an hour or so for the repair job. The salesman who had the completed repair order told me that they found that all 4 wheels were out of balance and they fixed them. I told him that they just balanced the tires yesterday afternoon, how could that happen? He didn't have an answer. I re-road tested the car. The wheel and seat vibration was gone at the same test speeds. Good. The steering wheel is still cocked slightly off center to the left. I'm not going back. My take is that Town Fair has good tire prices if you do your homework and have them match the lowest price you find. Print that out and bring it with you to make the discussion easier. Their sales seems good to work with. Their labor technicians to me seem to want to do the job quickly, but not of the best quality in workmanship. A customer should not have to go back twice to get the job done right, and even then, not 100% correct. read more

I had a slow leak in one of my tires and I brought my car in for them to fix it. They only charged me $4 since I had originally purchased the tires there but this is the 3rd tire that has had a leak since I got new tires with them less than a year ago. I had called the day before and made an appt but that didn't seem to make a difference, fyi, so don't even bother calling. After sitting there for an hour, one of the guys finally came out and told me there was dirt around the nozzle so he cleaned it, but he said it was still going to leak really slowly but that I should be good for a year. I was confused as to why I was leaving with my tire still leaking, and why it took an hour, but I didn't want to be rude so I just left. It's only been a week or two and my tire light is on again. It seems like everytime I go in there for something it takes multiple visits so needless to say I am now done with this place. Id rather pay a few extra bucks and go to someone I trust than risk town fair tire messing anything else up on my car. read more
