Called Seabrook store to see about headlight bulb replacement. Spoke to young man who quoted $10 per bulb. I told him the car make and model as tires would need to be removed in order to access headlight. Was told no problem, and price would be the same, or we can purchase the bulbs there and then would be no cost for replacement. Booked appt for grandsons car next day. He gets there and was told no appt was booked, had him ask if they could manage to get him in and lady said she could. Had him put me on speaker so we can confirm that no issue doing it for that specific car. Again, was told no issue. Grandson gives keys and leaves only to get a call saying oh sorry, i guess we can't do the headlights on that car. Are you kidding me! After asking twice about this! Great service!! Very happy. Joe changed my battery quickly and effectively. He deserves a raise!! I was so nervous my car was toasted. But he fixed it up! I know Walmart doesn't need my review (or business for that matter), but I just had to say something nice. I've never done an oil change anywhere but a dealership or family mechanic, but Walmart might have me converted. I walked in just before 5pm on a weekday (what mechanic is open that late??) and there was zero wait. The mechanics checked me in quickly and said it would be 20 minutes. I was super skeptical, so I wandered the store for 15minutes and went to sit down at the AutoCenter to see just how long it would take. Turns out 20mins wasn't far off. About 25 minutes after I handed over my keys, my car was done. $36 for a mixed synthetic/standard oil change and a basic filter. Can't complain! The two women mechanics working the counter and doing the oil change were awesome. Friendly, had answers to all my questions and were fast. I'll be back!! read more

Last night Walmart quoted me for four tires and promised me they had them in stock. They suggested I come in the morning. I was there at 7:00 a.m. (right when they opened) and they could only find three tires. I am so frustrated. I will never be back. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. Went in there today with a slow leak I was having and they wouldn't even look at it. The woman behind the desk made all sort of assumptions about the cause and was doing everything she could to avoid looking at the tire. This is the same service center that told me they can't change transmission fluid even though their website says they do. If you want nothing but terrible service and frustration...by all means waste your time and take your vehicle here. read more

Worst tire experience ever! Had to make an emergency purchase in Ellsworth ME. Got 4 Goodyear tires rated for 60,000 miles with hazard protection two years ago. Two years later I have a blowout in MA where there are no centers. I call here to get help and am treated like a non entity. They won't honor the warranty because I get my tires rotated when I get my oil changed and not at Walmart. When Town Fair in Woburn replaced all four they showed dry rot on all of the Walmart branded Goodyear tires (btw Goodyear doesn't carry the low end stuff they sell to Walmart nor will they honor any warranty on them). I spent close to 800 for the tires at Walmart and just dropped 7 at town fair for tires that are actually better. Shame on you Walmart! read more

Walmart Auto is absolutely pathetic. I took my Hummer in to get an oil change and tires rotated. The salesman said he couldn't rotate the tires because they were truck tires. The Hummer is on a truck frame so why the issues? It's not the first time I've had issues with them. It appears everything is I can't, I can't, I can't. People wake up you have the worse rating on everyone at the sea coast. read more
