    Chicken parm and grandma

I fly for a living and come to Lorenzo's all the way from Houston every few months. The owner is super nice and pizza is excellent! This place in North Houston would do circles around the crap we have. Love their cheese slices, chicken parm and of course grandma. Keep up the good work. Love you guys! David the airline pilot guy.

Went there for the first time in order to gyros and take a look at the picture. The Gyro meat is old. The pizza is salty. The lettuce was brownish

Photo of the HORRIBLE PIZZA i bought at Lorenzos of st james. Do yourself a favor & buy a box of Ellios at supermarket instead!

If you are looking for everything that makes a true New York pizzeria special, Gino's of Nesconset…read moreabsolutely delivers. From the second you walk in, you get that classic NY pizzeria feel. The aroma of fresh pizza hits you immediately, the display cases are packed with options, and there is that comforting neighborhood energy that makes you feel like you have been coming here for years even if it is your first visit. The variety is exactly what you would hope for and more. Rows of specialty slices, classic cheese and pepperoni, Sicilian squares, gourmet pies, heroes, pasta dishes, and so many appetizers it is almost impossible to choose. Everything looks fresh and made with care, not just thrown together. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. The staff were incredible. Friendly, patient, and genuinely welcoming. They move quickly but still take the time to answer questions and make recommendations. That balance of efficiency and warmth is something you only really find in great New York spots. And the food. Absolutely outstanding. The crust had that perfect NY texture, crisp on the outside with just the right chew. The sauce was flavorful without overpowering the cheese, and the toppings were generous and fresh. Every bite tasted exactly how a real New York slice should taste. This is the kind of place you bring friends from out of town when they say they want "real New York pizza." Five stars all the way.

The host was mopping the host stand so we had to maneuver around the waiting area while waiting for our whole party to arrive. It was unusually busy, maybe because a game was on, and service was a lot slower than usual. Our waiter was very nice regardless and got everything correct, just took a while to get his attention sometimes. Otherwise, eating here is as nice as ever, and seemed clean. As I mentioned, we went here to try this new burger. My friend and I both agreed that it wasn't bad, but the queso really didn't add much to the burger flavor, just made the bun soggy. The burger was very good on its own, and I will just order that alone next time. Unfortunately, after dinner, I was left with a major stomach ache that lasted throughout the night. My friend, who didn't have dessert, had the same issue. I will definitely not be ordering this again and can't recommend it! Otherwise, this is a spot I have been to many times and will visit again. It's local, the food is overall good when you stick to the basics, ambiance is clean and cozy, and the staff is great.

There's a good selection of FD sandwiches along with the usual burger, sandwich and wraps along with a decent selection of appetizers. The sampler appetizer included your standard apps: potato skins, mozzarella sticks, wings & onion rings with sauces was slightly overpriced at $22.50 but still good and could pass as a meal itself. The best choice was the French Dip sandwiches all cooked to perfection and well portioned served with French Fries. Callout to our server Jessica was outstanding. Attentive, friendly and knowledgeable with some excellent sandwich suggestions. Restaurant features a full bar area, dining area with table service and a section of the dining area that can be converted to a private room for special events. Overall a great little pub with attentive, friendly ostaff serving excellent French Dip sandwiches at reasonable prices.

When driving to it there was parking out front for their customers which was great. Walked inside and there's plenty of seating either at the bar or at their tables. I asked if they can play the knicks game and they changed two TV monitors. Which was very nice of them to do. Anyways, their menu was very extensive. It took me a bit to look through it. I decided to order the bone less wings, the French onion dip sandwich, and last but not least the cheesecake with raspberry sauce drizzled on top. The wings were delicious and it fiee me up even though it was just an appetizer.
