The sauces complemented each other well. That said, the biggest issue--was the dough. It was noticeably undercooked which made the slices a bit doughy and hard to enjoy. On top of that, the pizza was quite greasy, which didn't help the overall texture. The undercooked dough stood out enough that it took away from what could have been a really solid pie. Another small note: the dining area looked like it could've used a quick sweep. Not a huge deal, but something that affects the overall impression when you walk in. I wouldn't completely write this place off, because the flavors are there and the staff is friendly. If I give it another try, I'd probably stick with a regular pie or maybe a Sicilian and specifically ask for it to be cooked well done. I think that could make a big difference.
