If there is a Jane this review is for you. Your staff needs more training in customer service. We went in around 4:00 on a Wednesday and it was not busy, by my standards. I can't speak for your employees. There were 3 groups in line including us. Your staff cannot multitask. The staff member with the long hair, don't want to use the wrong pronouns, was passive aggressive. They were so unpleasant that I can't even say if your ice cream was good. I got two different flavors and all I tasted was sweet. You might want to pass on to your crew, tips come with good service. People don't need to patronize your shop. There are many choices. Walking through the doors felt like stepping into a time machine they have perfectly preserved the fun, nostalgic charm that made me love it all those years ago.
