They close at 10 PM. It's a small shop, so it can be easy to miss. They have a very very small seating area in the back. The outdoor patio takes up the parking spot, and it is also dirty and unkept. Unfortunately the cookies weren't that great, but the ice cream flavors were good. One scoop can get you up to two flavors. A small scoop is $5.50. The butterfinger, Japanese cheesecake, and espresso oreo were good. They only had one flavor that was dairy-free, so it's a hit or miss if you go with dietary-restricted people. They should pick seasonal flavors, like fruits from local farms. I didn't see any signs posted about that, so I'm just throwing out an idea. Parking here is free on the street after 6 PM. Located in the "Marina" area of SF, it's the place to go with friends, family, or even on a date! There are at least 24 +/- flavors to select from these house-made selections. The rocky road is my favorite! It has almonds not walnuts, plenty of tasty marshmallows, and the chocolate ice cream is creamy, rich ( in a good way), and it's just delicious. I added a scoop of Smore'o which is this marshmallowy goodness with Oreo bits and graham cracker bits, and it's just all tasty bits. It's the scoop you eat with that I don't care about calories scoop. The staff is super nice, and they are sweet about sampling flavors. There are a few seats out front, and a small seating area in the back where you can enjoy your scoops, or other ice cream treats. They even have packed to go flavors. It was on the menu, but I couldn't tell if they were sold out or just didn't offer it anymore. After ordering my friend and I sat in their small back area that can probably seat around 10 people. I liked the contrast in the flavors that I chose; the root beer flavor was strong and was able to mimic that aftertaste sparkle you usually have when you drink soda. They have limited flavors of cookie cups aside from the cookies, which the friendly worker listed for anyone ordering a cookie item. I opted for the chocolate chip cookie cup, which had an unexpected hint of cinnamon and sea salt. For ice cream I got Nutella banana which I got to sample beforehand. It had that real banana flavor and not artificial like a candy taste. The Nutella flavor is light and compliments the banana well. My only complaint is the texture is very chalky. The more you have it, the more present it is. I'm not sure what causes this and if it's present in other flavors. It's a bit distracting and makes the eating experience a bit unpleasant. read more
