While I was looking around, someone in the shop (I'm not sure if they were a customer or a friend of the staff) loudly made a comment along the lines of "look at this nerd pretending to look at stuff," clearly so others in the store could hear. I was just minding my own business and browsing like anyone else would. It was embarrassing and honestly made the experience pretty unpleasant. I was already having a rough day, and that interaction made it worse. Because of that, I most likely won't be returning. It's a shame, because the store seemed like it had some cool items, but no one should feel mocked just for looking around in a shop.

However, before the employee could respond, another customer walked in and the two began chatting in Spanish. The conversation continued for a good two minutes, with no acknowledgment of my son or the fact that we had been waiting. For a child who was genuinely excited about this visit, being overlooked like that was really disheartening -- and honestly, it was frustrating for me as well. We left without getting any help. Some of the most popular items that I found here included Dragon Ball, Pokémon, and Sanrio just to name a few. There were also miniature food keychains and cute animal figures. You have to be careful here as once you start a collection it can be pricey to complete your collection as you don't know what you will get with very token and capsule toy spin. Every machine had something unique and it was hard to leave with just one capsule. I ended up getting a Sanrio one and a Pokémon capsule toy. I am just disappointed in the pricing of these capsule toys. I understand that when I was in Japan I only paid at most $4 for a capsule toy but here, the range varies and can go up to $12. Yikes! Overall, service was good. Staff members were friendly and helpful when I had questions about the machines or needed assistance with tokens and exchanges.
