I just had get on Yelp and write a review for TPRooter because of the amazing job these guys did. I've been fighting a slow draining kitchen sink for months now so I decided to give these guys a call. I spoke to the owner, Eddy, and explained my situation. He gave me his recommendation and they were here the very next morning to take care of the problem! They used their hydro jet service and blasted years of cooking grease right out of the pipes. Disappointed in the service rendered by TP rooter. Called to fix a clogged shower drain. He came, was a nice guys and did his thing. Within a month and a half the drain shower clogs again. Called him back to see if he can stop by, but gives me the number to another plumber rather than try and resolve the issue. As a business owner myself, I ensure ALL customers are satisfied with my services. I also prefer to support small business owners like Eddy, but lately they have not been providing satisfactory work. OMG!!! These guys are GREAT!!! If I would have known about these guys 6 hours earlier, I would have saved another $100. Had a kitchen sink that's been backing up. Called in my regular plumber, he spent more than an hour with his snakes but wasn't able to get it fixed. Yet, we had to pay him $100 for the time. He also mentioned the origin of the problem is the pipes being too old and they'll need to be replaced to resolve the issue and that would cost $1,300 - $1,600. Out of curiosity, I wanted to get a second opinion. Found TP Rooter online and contacted Eddie. Told him of the situation and these were the information he gave me over the phone. 1. If he can't get fixed, I don't have to pay. 2. Informed me of snake and water jet options and their differences. 3. How he backs up his services with warranties. 1 month for snake job and 1 year for water jet job. Now being more informed, I was leaning towards the water jet. It was more costly but it would be more thorough. It was late Sunday afternoon and he was out on a job, about to wrap up for the day. But when he heard of my situation, he was willing to make another stop before calling it a day. When he arrived, I gave Eddie the go ahead with the water jet and he was done within an hour. Including preparation and thorough clean up of sewage after. It was a fast work not because he was slacking but because he knew what he was doing and he was good at it. Back bathroom backed up and my usual lye treatment was not working! So today, Monday morning, I ask for a quote from these guys at 7AM. Woke up Sunday morning to find that my kitchen sink was no longer draining, and running the garbage disposal only just sent the pool of disgusting water in the sink flung back up. Plunging also was of no help. I was worried if I would have to wait until Monday while this gross pool sat in the sink to wait for plumbers to be available. I asked several plumbers for a quote on Yelp. Eddy was the only one who texted me back, literally within minutes. After answering some quick informational questions, he told me they could have someone over within 30 minutes. How could I say no to that? In less than that time Eddy and a colleague were at my condo. Probably 15 minutes later the announced and demonstrated that the sink had been unclogged, and they gave me some helpful advice on how new to keep the pipes open since they were newer construction. Called TP Rooter to clear out a clogged sewer main. Spoke to Eddie over the phone and he actually gave me pricing! And it's was a fair price!! So many companies charge a fee, just to come out, and they won't give you a price estimate without showing up. But TP Rooter is different, because they are fair and honest. After snaking the main, and putting a camera down there, we discovered the main has two large root intrusions and should be replaced. Because of the depth, they can't replace it. TP Rooter had re-piped my parents plumbing over 2 years ago. We called them recently because the kitchen sink water for some strange reason was coming out of the pipes into our front lawn. Without a doubt the most honest plumber I've talked to. A few month prior, they hydrojetted my main pipes. They even stuck a camera down to check for any clogs or broken pipes. A few months later there was a clog in my bathroom and I had a relative replaced our toilet. We found some roots growing there. We hit tp rooter again and they immediately came by the next day. Seems like the roots in the bathroom was missed since it was not from the main pipe line. My sink was also clogged. These guys made it right by hydrojetting our pipes again. They snaked all the gunk from the sink to the main pipe and then hydro jet it. They did not charge me for it. DO NOT EXTEND YOUR BUSINESS HOURS TO EMERGENCY SERVICE HOURS if you plan to charge based on what time the service is rendered. 24 hours means it shouldn't matter what hour it is. I was gouged $350 to roll a snake down my toilet three times. I would advise my friends against using their services. THEY LEFT MY BATHROOM A COMPLETE MESS.
