These guys are the absolute best. I had a main sewer line clog. I called another rooter and he said it would be at least $350. So I hoped to get another opinion . Eddy gave me the best honest opinion. He told me it would be more worthwhile to rent the snake myself and clear the clog. He said that if he came, he would have to charge a lot because it would take him a while to run the snake a few times. Had a main line back up and gave Eddy a call... I was on my way out, so I asked him to come by any time after 1 pm. He called at 1:05 and said he was on his way. He has an industrial rooter - much more powerful than the smaller snakes most plumbers use. He worked on the main for a while, and was able to fully open the pipe.... not just knock out a hole thru the clog, as most smaller snakes would have done. Woke up this morning to a mess. Main sewage line backed up. After reading some reviews I decided to call TP Rooter. Talked to Eddie and he said he could be there within a couple hours. He showed up as promised and proceeded to snake and camera my line. He determined that water jetting would be the answer to my problem. As I watched the entire process I can say he was 100% correct. For the first time in 20 years after having several other companies unclog my sewer and thinking it was finally time to replace my sewer line it has been cleared properly. After the jetting was complete I could see with the camera that from my house all the way to the street, "100 ft" looked like new. All of the roots that had been there were completely gone. Today(Saturday) while our washing machine was rinsing, I noticed sudden bubbling sounds from our two bathrooms and then murky water came out of our drains. In desperation my wife and I called every 24 hour plumber and rooter we could. Eddy was the only one who picked up immediately on the first call and he said that he would be able to come help us. On Christmas Eve our kitchen sink backed up. I tried a jug of drain cleaner over night to no avail. Consequently, on Christmas morning I needed to find a plumber because we were expecting house guests and we could not go without the sink or being able to run our dishwasher. I was having a problem with drainage, water backing up in both my kitchen and laundry room. I had two different plumbers out before to clear the drains, each charged me what apparently is the going rate, which is absurdly high for a service which took them little time, little effort, and no warranty on their service. I called TPROOTER, which I found on Yelp, having had a more than satisfying experience previously in looking for an electrician (see review for information) who surpassed not only my expectations but my hopes. Success again! When I called TPROOTER the phone was answered quickly by the owner/operator Eddie, I explained my situation, and made an appointment with him for the next day. He was very considerate in calling to let me know when he was finishing with the job he was working on, approximately when he would be done there, and when he would be arriving at my home. He was right on time, got on the job very quickly, determined that there was another drain that needed clearing, which he did for no additional charge (others had charged extra), cleaned up afterward, and warrantied his work! I decided to go with the hydrojetting instead of augering ( plumbing "snake"), which costs just a little more, but was definitely worth it as it cleaned out more stuff than I had expected. I definitely recommend Eddie and TPROOTER for cleaning out clogged drains and will definitely have him back to hydrojet some other drains as a preventative measure instead of waiting until they back up!
