    Vegetable Quiche was excellent

Stayed in the hotel so had breakfast here for convenience but was pleasantly surprised with the food quality. They were serving Hawaiian style dishes and appreciated the creativity from home made spam to kim chi Rueben sandwich. Stopped by the second day for breakfast as we were encourage decided to try the pastry and was also surprised it was better than expected. Vegetable quiche was good and the hazelnut cheesecake. Staff was friendly too.

We stayed here for one night in the hotel and it was great. We came down to have some breakfast and boy was the line long! My breakfast bagel was very delicious. I will say it was very pricey. My husband got the loco moco and was very disappointed because of the price and how much food it was. It also didn't say in the description that there was kimchi on it. If he had known he wouldn't have ordered it. That kind of ruined his breakfast. Coffee was decent as well. The service was nice and friendly.

Walk up to order. Service was friendly and prompt. Ham egg and cheese croissant was good. Cinnamon roll was gooey and yummy. Visiting Seattle so not sure if prices are this high everywhere or not but felt a bit pricey which is why 4 stars.

Located inside W Seattle my husband ordered a few drinks and an appetizer as we were awaiting our dinner to be delivered. He called and the order was brought to the room within less than 15 minutes. Room service has social distancing enforced and are leaving the orders at the door with items sealed for patrons protection (very nice.) He really enjoyed his drinks Rye Tye, and the fancy fries were pretty good as well.

    This bagel sandwich is amazing!!

I was in the area during a work conference and found Trace to have a ton of positive reviews. I decided to stop in for breakfast with a coworker, and was pleased to find the reviews to be on point. I loved their breakfast bagel and my coworker raved about the avocado toast. I highly recommend stopping in and checking out the menu.

Excellent options next to the W hotel. Good local coffee from Fonte and a wonderful assortment of bakery items and sandwiches too. And they have Hone Matcha too. Great friendly fella at the register who was efficient in taking my order. Wish I knew about this earlier in our visit

Tried 5/7 of their breakfast items. My favorite is the avocado toast. It's a fresh take on a classic breakfast item. The blazing bagel sandwich was extremely messy to eat because all the sauces were dripping. The bagel itself was slightly burnt. The sandwich itself would be good if they put less sauce The breakfast casserole was ok, but very carb filled and not much veggies. It was just cheese, egg, potato, and sausage. There was little spinach and cherry tomatoes given on the side and the menu made it seem like the herbs would be mixed into the casserole which they weren't. They gave some bread on the side, which was slightly burnt. The fuel bowl is good if you are a fan of kimchi. It is packed with nutrients The cinnamon rolls were decent, just your classic cinnamon rolls. I've also tried the banana bread, matcha scone, and croissant. The bakery items were all fine. One downside is they over heat it and borderline burn them when you ask for them warmed up. I think they just run their toaster/oven for slightly too long because all the breads and bakery items came out slightly burnt.

An awesome London Fog with #TeaForte and drip coffee just black!

A great place to grab a bite in downtown Seattle. We were staying at the Hotel Pacific and needed to start our day off right. TRACE hit the spot. My croissants was perfect, and my wife lived her avocado on toast with greens.

Very cool little breakfast spot. The line was fairly long but moved efficiently. The blazing bagel sandwich was amazing and just big enough for two meals. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

Paid $25 for this? And waited 20 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!

Terrible food and service. Waited 20 minutes for a regular scrambled eggs. Way overpriced.Extremely small portions. Disappointed. Will never come back. Do NOT recommend this place.

The stack comes with FOUR! - I was surprised since most other places tend to do three. Definitely worth it. The long silog was SO GOOD. Sweet and juicy - I can't get enough. The owner was also walking around and chatting with folks. Super cool place. To top it off, the playlist were typical karaoke songs that everyone is singing together at the end of a house party. This was an incredible experience :) The decor really sealed the deal as a unique place. The window display where you line up to enter had items arranged like a neighborhood convenience store in the Philippines. The walls and columns inside had pictures of the owner, his family, and nick knacks of items collected from around the world.

Honestly, the reason it…read moretook me so long is the same reason everyone wants to go, there is almost always a line out the door. Since they don't take reservations, arriving later in the day means you should expect to wait. My friend and I waited just over an hour, but it really did not feel that bad. While we were waiting, I think it was the owner who came outside with trays of freshly made banana lumpia coated in sugar and cinnamon and handed them out as a thank-you to everyone standing in line. He kept bringing out warm batches until everyone had one, which was such a thoughtful touch and definitely made the wait a little easier. Once inside, you order at the counter before being seated. The space has a funky, welcoming vibe, with a wall covered in product samples and memorabilia that adds a sense of the restaurant's history and roots. I knew the ube pancakes are only available Friday through Sunday, so I had to try them. The stack came with four huge pancakes covered in rich purple ube sauce, and they were absolutely worth the wait. We also ordered a silog breakfast with garlic rice and shared everything, which was the right choice because the portions are generous. The food came out surprisingly fast. We had only been sitting for about five minutes before everything arrived. The butter mochi is $2 a piece and worth adding to your order, and the lilikoi iced tea was so refreshing. The service was fast, organized, and friendly, especially considering how busy they were. The wait is really the only downside, but that is what happens when a place is this popular. This was easily the best Filipino breakfast I have had in a long time, and hands down the best ube pancakes I have tried. Ludi's is absolutely worth the hype. Just bring good company to kill time, expect a line, and come hungry.

They served the coffees with a little shortbread cookie, and these little details really elevated the whole experience. Also, the cappuccino was so foamy, and it hit the spot immediately. The breakfast menu was also fantastic. The TPC Breakfast plate included sausage, potatoes, bacon, bread, and some scrambled eggs. There also was an option to add Beecher's cheese on the eggs, and I'd say it was totally worth it. Most importantly, the Dutch baby was as good as they'd advertised. It comes out on a piping hot skillet which kept the dessert warm till the end of the meal. The service was very quick even though they were entirely booked out for the time we were there for. I appreciated the patience from the servers and their helpful directions in picking the menu items. I will warn you that we had to reserve our spot months in advance. This is probably because the restaurant is great but pretty limited in seating space. However, it was definitely worth the wait, so don't be discouraged. I highly recommend trying it out at least once. All in all, highly recommend! Please go try Tilikum Place Cafe!

Because you never turn away a delicious PNW Salmon dish. The place is cute, mainly wooden, lots of plants inside (my allergies were killing me here hehe). Plenty of sitting areas and window views too. I got lucky to seat by a window to just enjoy the rainy view. Their Salmon toast was delicious! I asked for the cream cheese on the side because I cant have lactose but I still wanted to try their dish with all ingredients. So I dipped the slices a few times to try it all and omg its so perfectly paired. I totally recommend it! The coffee was ok. I had their gingersnap latte seasonal drink. I asked with only 1 pump of sweet and alternative milk. I was not impressed. I prefer black coffee haha but if you enjoy sweet drinks you may enjoy this one. I still finished it, so it wasn't terrible just not something I'd order again. Also, Idk why my coffee was served on a to-go cup. Maybe that took some of the joy of it? Overall, I recommend the this spot. Staff was friendly. The menu is vast. Sitting arrangements are great and cozy. Within walking distance from the convention center and a couple of the hotels in the area.
