An old train station reimagined with touches of modernity and simplistic elegance, I could really see evening intimate events here. When I saw the the reviews, I knew I had to get a fish sandwich from Dune Brothers. The crispness of the filet was evident in the photos. Upon arrival, I still went to each stall, to see/smell the offerings (everything smelled great, but the sheer sight of the sando. The choice was made. The lamb Kabab was very good, served with some pita bread. The bar was nice and there was live music on Friday night. It's a food court style so you order the food, wait for it, and bring it to your table, and then bring the tray to the station after finish eating. If you like something in between a takeout and a sit down restaurant, this is a good option. The lamb was $22, after tax and tip, about $27, the price is not cheaper than a restaurant. For some reason, when I hear the words "food hall," I picture a mall's food court and am not very enthused. But Track 15 is dream worthy - honestly one of the best collections of restaurants all in one place that I've seen. You can't go wrong with any of the choices. I had been craving a dune brothers fish sandwich for a month now, so my tunnel vision allowed me to make a selection today, but they have amazing options from Indian to Mexican to pizza. I would've been pretty stuck if the beer battered corn flake crusted fish didn't call to me. And the bar scene is legit, with alcoholic and as well as nonalcoholic options. It was already pretty packed at 5:30pm on a Friday, but we still managed to find a good table that could accommodate our stroller (kid friendly spot btw). I look forward to returning! read more

This is a pretty cool concept. I think Track 15 will do well here in downtown Providence. All local RI businesses coming to extend their deliciousness in a convenient food court-turned railroad station. Or is it railroad turned-food court? ‍ you know what I mean. It's like a food court now...with some lounge seats included and a bar. There's outdoor seating with access to the bar from there too. I had the hot dawg from There There. It was good but nothing like a traditional RI wiener. It may have the same toppings but it tastes nothing like it. So, as long as that's not your expectation and you don't mind spending $8 on a big hot dog, it's good. You order at the counter and they text you once your order is ready. It's pretty big and has a good variety of options, I do wish that the restaurants had a lot of small options cause I'd like to get something from here, something from there and try a variety, but I guess I'll just have to go with a group sometime and share. I tried Chaksa and like a basic B I got tikka masala - I didn't like whatever beet/apple salad like mix came with it. The tikka masala was ok - had a nice spice but maybe not my fav overall. The samosas were pretty good - but I can't give a solid review since I took them home and ate them cold as leftovers - but as cold leftovers I really enjoyed them so I bet they'd be even better hot and fresh. Grabbed a beer at the bar - service seemed a little slow? I felt like we stood there for a while and I almost thought the person who ended up serving us was also going to ignore us for a moment. I was surprised we didn't have trouble finding seating, it wasn't too crowded I guess. I def would like to go back - I hope they have events here. I went there with some friends on their grand opening day and it was great overall. Food: We ordered some bits from 4 out the of 7 restaurants there because we couldn't make up our minds. You can see them all in the pics attached. My fav out of the bunch was From Dolores, we got the veggie tacos (mushroom Al pastor) it was delish! And the clam chowder from Dune brothers. So good! Service: The service at each location was good and fast! They also take your # down so that they can text you when your food is ready. Very efficient. Ambiance: It was so nice and open inside. I love the way they spaced everything. More than enough seats for everyone. And there are tables on the side for a little bit of privacy too. Since it was opening day, there was a live band playing which was awesome. The only reason I gave it 1 less star is because, although there was parking, since it was opening day, it was a bit confusing. We stayed well over 2 hours and didn't know that if we parked in the parking lot for longer than 2 hrs, we couldn't get our parking ticket validated to get cheaper. It ended up costing us $32....yikes! Now I paid more for parking than my actual food! I hope they really change that. read more

The venue itself is very clean and welcoming and the outdoor space is also fantastic for the summer months. I would highly recommend this as a gathering spot for friends, or even for a work event. Great food hall with amazing options. Came here in a Sunday night and it wasn't busy, so we had our choice of seating. They have a ton of indoor seating, and cool patios for outdoor seating when it gets warmer. There's around 8 different restaurants in here and it was hard to choose. We opted to get the smash burger from one place, chicken tikka masala from another and of course a lager from the bar. Everything was excellent. I am so happy a food hall has finally opened in Rhode Island that is close to me. I finally had the opportunity to go and after getting out of the car, I was already impressed with their outdoor seating area. They have lots of tables, some with umbrellas and others without. They have real grass in the center, and some lawn games. In the corner they have a little playground for kids. They really took into consideration a lot of different age groups. The inside is also spacious, with high tables, and regular tables, and lots of windows to allow for natural lighting. Some sources claim that all together, this hall can fit approximately 600 people. The bartender informed us that on some Friday nights or weekends, they have bands and other people to provide entertainment which makes for a really nice time out in the city. I was expecting for there to be more options - maybe in the future - but for now, they only have seven including  Dune Brothers (seafood), Dolores (Mexican), There, There (burgers), Giusto (Italian), Mother Pizzeria (Italian), Little Chaska (Indian), and Tolia (Turkish and Anatolian cuisine). I would say this is a good range of cuisines. Since my friend came here before, I trusted him to make the decision on which food to get. We got the fish sandwich from Dune Brothers ($15) and four ribeye tacos from Dolores ($5.75 each). They ask for your phone number when you pay so they can text you when your order is ready. On really busy days, I know this feature comes in handy. Our food was ready in about 10 minutes and we sat outside. Both plates looked amazing, but I do have to admit the fish sandwich was intimidating. It was about 5-6 inches tall, so I stared at it for a good minute or two thinking about which approach I should take to eat it. The fish was coated in what looked like cornflakes which made for a really crispy finish. The fish itself did not have too much flavor on its own, but the toppings gave it all the flavor. The cheese is grilled onto the bun, the cole slaw has more of a vinegar taste instead of mayo. The pickles seemed to be homemade and didn't have a strong dill/vinegar taste. I wish they were crunchy, but they were really floppy. I loved the sauce they put on the bottom bun; it might have been a tartar or something close. The tacos had a very generous amount of steak, and it was tender but might have needed just a pinch of salt more (they do have salt packets). There were also sauteed peppers, onions, and maybe some jalapeno on top. All of this was on top of blue corn tortillas which were starting to get soggy towards the end of our meal so make sure to not let them sit for too long. It was a simple taco but overall very flavorful. There is parking, but it is not free - they validate it for you so you only end up paying about half the price. You can park at the mall which is free the first 2 hours and $2 for 3-5 hours and isn't too far of a walk. read more

Oh, how the mighty have fallen. Not nearly as good as the Ives St. location in Fox Point. The clam chowder was chock full of potatoes with a dearth of clams (a complete reversal). It was too salty to boot. The batter on the fried fish used to be thin and flaky - now it is almost 1/4 inch thick. I brought a piece back to the counter and the counterman just shrugged! I've been attending the demo/tastings on Wednesdays and I can now say I've officially tried something from all of the restaurants in the building! What a great concept- I'm so glad they finally revived this building (I remember coming here back in the day when it was Capital Grille). What I've sampled: ~There, There- NY salt potatoes are fantastic (but i've been going to their other location for a while and I loved this place already). One of the best burgers around! ~Dolores- tlacoyos w/ nixtamalized masa- fresh and fun! ~Dune Brothers- Littlenecks steamed and raw on the half shell- what can I say, I a HUGE fan of littlenecks and these were fresh! ~Guisto- signature gnocchi- loved the pillowy texture and the truffle sauce! ~Little Chaska- coconut chicken curry- absolutely delicious show stopper, full of flavor! ~Tolia- homemade chickpea hummus- I've never tasted hummus soooo creamy, and the crispy chickpea topper and fresh chips were delicious! ~Mother- Mother-style pizza- classic sourdough (Neapolitan style) Margherita pizza, great flavors and fantastic dough! ~Bar Romolo- I've tried a few cocktails over the weeks from here and all were delicious but the Amaretto Sour and the Vieux Carré really stood out! I had been meaning to try Track 15 for ages and finally found the perfect occasion to meet up with friends for a fun dinner here. We checked out each of the food vendors and placed orders at almost all of them for dishes we could share. Some of our favorites were the mole enchiladas from Dolores, the burger from There, There, and a variety of appetizers were sampled from Little Chaska, but everything overall was tasty! We stayed a little long and ended up paying for extra time with our parking (even though it was validated) so that's just something to keep in mind if you plan on socializing for a while. You can easily end up staying longer than 2 hours, which is when the normal parking rate cuts off. We will definitely be back and look forward to trying more from all of the vendors. read more

So excited that Track 15 is finally open! We tried dishes from both Tolia and Giusto; everything was delicious! We also tried drinks from the bar, which were tasty! Every table was filled, so it took a little bit of time to find a table. However, there were short lines to order food, and the food came out pretty quickly after ordering. The space itself is also very well done. I'm so glad they were able to repurpose a historic space and bring back some energy to this part of downtown! The manager also came over to greet us and ask if there were any changes we recommend. It's nice to see the management invested in the success of the space and willingness to improve based on customer suggestions. We were thrilled to be invited to a soft opening event at Track15 RI last night! 10 years in the making, $25 million spent, 7 outstanding restaurants, 15 local beers & 1 gorgeous indoor/outdoor bar. It is AWESOME!!! Upon check-in, we received a "train ticket" to a specific restaurant for one complimentary item & one beverage. Additional food items were 50% off, nonalcoholic beverages were complimentary & adult beverages were cash bar. The restaurants featured limited menus but there was so much deliciousness to choose from! I received a ticket to Tolia, the Middle Eastern restaurant. I ordered the lamb shish with relish & pickles on lavash. The meat was grilled perfectly medium rare, super tender & rich. It paired nicely with the relish & pickles. Hubby received a ticket to Giusto, the Italian restaurant. He ordered the rigatoni with lamb ragu. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the meat sauce was super flavorful & he added some red pepper flakes to spice it up. We would both order our dishes again. The other restaurants include: - Dolores: Mexican - Dune Bros: seafood - Little Chaska: Indian - Mother's PVD: pizza - There, There: burgers I've been to all those restaurants in their original locations and can honestly say this lineup at Track15 is outstanding! There will be different lunch menu options at a lower price point. Entrees for dinner ranged from $16 to $28 at almost every restaurant with appetizers starting at $6. You order & pay at each restaurant's counter, they text you when your order is ready & you pick it up, select your seating wherever you like. Someone will bus your table when you are done with your meal. The bar will be hopping - especially when the weather gets better because they can open the windows in the front to service the outdoor patio (which is not finished yet). I really like track 15! I think it's a perfect addition to providence downtown and I appreciate that there is parking (4.5 stars for having to pay for parking) there is a great outdoor space, plenty of indoor seating and a full bar! Everything is train station themed. The menus for each spot look like train times! The fish was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the whole sandwich was a great mix of flavors. The lobster was fresh and went so well with the buttered roll. I personally don't like wedge fries, but the old bay seasoning was still good. The cashier was friendly and they kindly cut both the lobster roll and fish sandwich in half so my friend and I could easily try both. What a cute spot! Unfortunately I stumbled upon this place an hour before we were due to dinner so we did not eat anywhere, but instead just grabbed a drink at the bar. Luckily we got there right before the Friar's game let out and seconds after paying the whole place was packed. Could not find a single seat anywhere. This license is so cute in downtown Providence area. It is like a food hall with multiple different stall options. We went to the one with the lobster roll and it was also their restaurant week so we got a spicy sandwich as well that was only available that week. The crew behind the counter was very friendly and very helpful with any questions I had. The stall I went to only served water, but if you wanted a soda, you had to go to the bar that was located inside the food hall and purchase it from there, but they also had water on tap. I would definitely go again next time I'm in Rhode Island to try a different restaurant. Providence understood the assignment with Track 15. It's an elevated food hall inside Union Station that somehow pulls off variety and quality -- New England seafood, Italian, Mediterranean, bar food, even Indian -- all under one very good-looking roof. Add solid beers and buzzy but comfortable vibes, and it's the kind of place where everyone says, "Wait, let's just get one more thing." The steak burrito? Absolutely stuffed with thinly sliced steak. Not a scavenger hunt. Not rice with a cameo. Actual steak in generous heaps. The salsas had real personality too -- bright, punchy, worth the extra drizzle. The lobster roll delivered big, legit chunks of lobster on a buttery, properly toasted roll. No shredded mystery bits. Just sweet lobster doing what it's supposed to do. Churros were crispy outside, chewy inside, and coated in just enough cinnamon sugar to make you feel like you made a very good life choice. Only tiny heartbreak: the red velvet flan. I wanted a luscious flan-cake moment, but it leaned heavily cake with a thin layer of flan on top. Not bad -- just not the star the rest of the meal was. Very hip, open, new, trendy space. And it's quite bustling. The restaurants include some of my favorites - Dolores, There There, and Dune Brothers, Little Chaska. There is so much more to try - Giusto, Mother Pizzeria, Tolio. Each merchant has its own story about the chefs which is very artsy and unique. The restaurants don't offer drinks bc there is a huge, very pretty bar where you can get drinks and/or self serve water. It's cool bc when you order they get your number and text you when it's ready, & all the restaurants are connected to the same system; the menus all look like train station signs to nod to the history of the building, hence the name "Track 15." Seating is spacious and open with pretty chairs and tables. Parking can be validated for $8, but we just parked at the mall for free (for the first two hrs) and walked 10 minutes over. Now for the food: Dolores ribeye tacos were my absolute favorite (homemade blue corn tortillas, soft succulent meat, and excellent flavors!) (not to mention gluten free!). The Dolores chicken sandwich was a little too dry for my liking. Giusto's buccatini was very flavorful and yummy with the seafood packing a nice salty punch, just a bit small for the portion size. Providence's first food hall is seriously cool. Big space, tons of comfortable seating, and giant TVs. Honestly, I almost forgot I was in Providence and thought I'd stumbled into some trendy city somewhere else. It's affordable, with so many choices that even picky eaters or vegetarians won't feel left out. Plus, it's a great place to just kick back and hang out without feeling rushed. I also tried two oyster mushroom dishes for the first time. For a second, I thought I was about to chow down on something from the ocean -- but nope, just a clever mushroom pretending to be seafood. CEO Chris is always walking around, affable and engaged. Have been by a half dozen times with friends and also clients. Great ambience and the food options are delicious. The IYKYK pizza at Mother was top notch. The homemade tortillas at Dolores were delicious. The Indian food at Chaska is always great; wish they would have a Vindaloo option. Dune Brothers - OG Fish Sandwich is worth the calories. At There There, the burgers, chicken sandwich and fries are all kid friendly and great. My friends and I met at the new upscale dining hall in Providence. Parking was easy if you find street parking. However, the parking lot parking is a bit too pricey. They sure do have plenty of food options. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich from There There- AMAZING. I also ordered the clam cakes from Dune Brothers which were not very good. The clam cakes were incredibly dry and had a weird seasoning on them. The food itself was a bit pricey but hey it's Providence and it's upscale for a reason. All drinks are separate through the bar, which was reasonably priced. I felt it left much to be desired as we were all finished with our meals my friends shouted "I'm still hungry- for like a dessert?" I wish they had an ice cream stop in there or maybe a dessert place. This would really hit the nail on the head. I will be back to try other things for sure. But I do think the vendors in there could get old if they don't swap up their menus over time! It could be cool if they swapped them out by season or maybe had new vendors over the years. Rating: 4.3 Came to try track 15 which is an upscale food court that offer food from various restaurants. I've been to similar establishments in Boston and Chicago so this wasn't a new concept for me. Its located in downtown providence and parking is available but its $8 per hour. Once we enter the establishment it was pretty busy. We checked out the restaurants and food they offer. They seem to offer variations of Italian, Indian, Mexican, Mediterranean, American, and Seafood. I was already familiar with some of the restaurants including The dune brothers, There there, and little Chaska, They also have a bar for alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks with self service water. We ended up trying out few things from different vendors. We got white chowder and steamed mussels from The Dune Brothers, vegetarian and beef tacos from Dolores, cauliflower 65 and chicken tikka masala from Little Chaska, and prickly pear drink from the bar. The vendors has a system which you leave your name and phone number and will text you when the food is ready. I thought that it was great because it really minimize the inconvenience and congestion with people waiting around. Food was ready pretty quickly so we grabbed a table and took turns to grab our food. Tacos from Dolores were okay. The tortillas were fresh but flavors were a bit lacking. The white chowder was good and contained big chunks of clams and thr steamed mussels were also good but was a bit strong on the white wine and needed a bit more of lime. Seafoods were great but the quality seems a bit less than I remembered at their original restaurant. The cauliflower 65 was delicious and chicken tikka masala was solid. I had the same issue at the original location of Chaska but the I personally prefer the chicken tikka masala to be a bit more creamy and the rice was also chunky and was not separated properly. Aside from that flavor was good and chicken was nice and tender. Cauliflower 65 was crispy and flavorful. Essentially it's general tso chicken except it's cauliflower so less guilty. Overall the food was mostly good but it was definitely on the more expensive side for what they offer. Service was very good and the text system made things much simpler. There were also few staff members who were there to help with validation for parking ticket and cleaning the table after which were helpful. Overall the place was good but I can see potential for improvement. I would personally rather visit the original restaurant which can provide consistent quality but I can see that this place can be a good option if someone is visiting out of state because it offers some of the best around RI. I think the place may need time to adjust and fine-tune the consistency on food quality and provide additional options such as Asian food and desert can definitely add to the establishment. In addition I think water dispenser may be a better way than a jug of water as most of it was empty when went to grab some water. read more

Track 15 has been on my lists to try, have different vendors and cafeteria style tables, but more elevated. Everything was so clean, new, and had great decor. All. The menu signs match eachother and I enjoyed the subtle theme of a train stop. Dishes that were no longer being served due to being sold out had banners of "departed" which was very amusing. This place has MUST TRY vendors in the area such as Dunes, ThereThere, Chaska, and some Italian selection! All tables are first come, first serve, so grab the table you want after ordering. You will be texted when the order is ready for you. The process was easy and straightforward. Definitely get your parking handled at the kiosk by the door! It's cheaper than paying at the gate, which was advised to us by the manager and the gate keeper. Breifly met the manager, and he came over because we were having trouble at the kiosk. Very kind and helpful! Dolores food! Had the mushroom taco and rib eye taco~ the tortillas were made by hand, by an older woman, reminding me of how my own mother makes tortillas traditionally. I could taste the difference since it was so soft and fresh. The mushroom was ok. Dunes brother food! This restaurant is one of my favorite places to visit and I'm glad to see it here. Ordered the clam chowder and steams clams~ the chowder was filling and average. Your good old cozy dish for summer nights. Also got my favorite dish, the steamed clams and the soup wasn't as good as i expected. This dish had too much vinegar and back at the restaurant, it had a different more tasty flavor. Clams were good Chaska food! Best tray so far! Had the cauliflowers which were tasty and good portion size. This could've been my whole meal and I'd be full and satisfied. Also got the chicken tiki masala. Very good! The drinks are found across the food vendors, and it was a bar. Wish it had more order because I had to wait a bit to be attended too. Ordered the sleepiness and prickly pear. Prices are a bit steep, but they do offer waters free! Overall pleasant experience! I would come with a group of friends because they serve all kinds of types of foods, and drinks were good. I can't wait to see if they have more plans to add more vendors or even treats! It was very confusing at first but I figure it out lol. All the food options we got were pretty good. My drink that I got was pretty weak that's my only complaint. We got pasta, pizza, chicken parm sandwich , chicken sandwich & fries. read more

Awesome food hall with lots of good seating, nice design, clean and fresh looking. Can't speak to the bar, but the food options are from some of the best local RI spots. My friend from Boston commented it's similar to Timeout market but with way better food read more
