I also was not told to disregard what Bella's veterinarian had said. Joe helped me pick out the holistic products and healthy choices to help Bella heal and feel good. For me, my dogs are family. I provided the old battery model 31 P number but Traveller has new Ident Codes and no cross references. I called the T/S in Southampton and fortunately answered by "Kyle". I have an older Case Backhoe and desperately needed a battery. I attempted to re move the failed battery when the single lift handle broke on the 50 # battery. (*Machine partially blocking the rural road) Kyle patiently provided thoughtful suggestions after attempting to cross reference the Traveller model 31 P, suggesting cell pics with a tape measure for physical sizing, confirmed he had a replacement with a Battery lift carrier handle to remove the old battery.
