SONG OF THE DAY to play along to this YELP REVIEW: Happy by Pharrell Williams... Because she was so happy... When found all her treats... She was so happy... When we bought her bed... TREATS: She was very picky but, she really liked the chicken and duck treats and the milk bone treats. They have at least 20 selections of treats. FOOD: She loves natures recipe. CHICKEN and DUCK for the WIN!!! We took her to class for training on the same day we signed up. Marla taught her to focus, touch, tap reward and sit. She failed all of them unfortunately because she had all her vaccinations done on the same day as well. But, she will be wide awake and ready for the next class!!! SERVICE: 10/10 The cashier ladies were SUPER NICE!!! It's like WOW where did they find such nice people to work here? I guess if you love pets, you must have a heart of gold! Ever since we moved to the area, he's been consistently getting groomed here during the last 5 years. I will never know what really happened. I got a call that my dog was at the vet next door because of an "incident." I rushed over to find they sliced his ear. According to the manger on duty, my dog "moved." My dog is old. When I got there he was back with the groomers. I found they just put a bunch of glue to his wound. Although they treated my dog as soon as this incident occurred, requests for an incident report were ignored. I also attempted to follow up with the store manager following this incident and was never able to speak to him. Beware because it's only a matter of time before it happens to your dog too.

I like using their subscription service for recurring deliveries and one off deliveries whenever I'm in a bind. Convenient for busy schedules. At this particular location, I don't get good cell service so I stopped doing the curbside pick up because it just wasn't working out. Otherwise, customer service is always so friendly and helpful. They're usually knowledgable whenever I ask questions about my pets and what the best products are for my pet's individual needs.
