I bought the Pattern hair products by Tracy Ellis Ross. I love how the products make my hair feel. They aren't heavily scented which I like too. They also help with skincare items as well. It's never felt creepy or empty like some other malls. The mall's prices can be a little overpriced and the parking situation can be a mess but I give this mall a pass as it's generally been a good place to shop. The Promenade has a medium size food court, IMAX theater, big name stores (JCPenney, Macy's etc.), specialty stores (Miniso, Dick's) and plenty of eateries (Lazy Dog, California Pizza Kitchen, Lucille's BBQ and more). It's also surrounded by tons of other stores and eateries that are not attached to it, it's in the shopping hub of Temecula. Service is pretty good, the staff keep the floors clean and tables whipped. However, the restrooms are awful. I took a star partly for this reason. Note: Extra Parking - A parking structure is adjacent to the IMAX theater if you're looking for somewhere to park and the main parking is full.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance for an oil change…read more They had the car info from the start. Come appointment day, drove 1-1/2 hours each way to get the service done. When I got there, the tech said all walmarts nationwide were out of oil filters! Flat out fib. Any manager there care? Doubt it. Drove to Jiffy-Lube and they did the serice in less than 20 minutes total. Run far away from this place!!!

I approached the front end staff and they confirmed, the fitting room is closed at 8 because they don't have staff to cover that shift. What about the lady who took my clothes at the fitting room and didn't let me try things on? What about the two employees at the front end, chatting, because there wasn't anyone in line. What about the manager they called from the office? The manager offered to open a fitting room, but by then, 1) I no longer felt welcome to shop there, and 2) my clothes had been put away by that first associate who notified me the fitting rooms were close. A Christmas event that is upcoming, we tend to get Yankee candles because they smell very good. Well as you can see from the pictures there is something definitely wrong with most of the Yankee candles at Kohl's. Granted they are discounted 50% off of whatever they fee Retail should be! So we met some very nice associates there. They were very nice but trying to get our particular candle with our coupon and not feeling we should pay full price for a candle that is defective but yet still willing to help Kohl's and take it off their hands at a reasonable amount. They were not accepting that there is anything wrong with their candles. I beg to differ which is why I only gave two stars!
