The women's building does not have a men's restroom FYI. Both stores are fully stocked, organized, simply beautifully clean. Macy's has always been one of my favorite stores because I can find anything I need not only for myself and/or home, but also gifts when needed. I like that staff allows customers to test a perfume or cologne before purchase. This assures you're making the right purchase when trying something new. Shoutout to 'Stella' at the men's cologne counter. She was extremely helpful with her advice for a gift set. Overall, it's always a happy shopping experience at Macy's.

The mall's prices can be a little overpriced and the parking situation can be a mess but I give this mall a pass as it's generally been a good place to shop. The Promenade has a medium size food court, IMAX theater, big name stores (JCPenney, Macy's etc.), specialty stores (Miniso, Dick's) and plenty of eateries (Lazy Dog, California Pizza Kitchen, Lucille's BBQ and more). It's also surrounded by tons of other stores and eateries that are not attached to it, it's in the shopping hub of Temecula. Service is pretty good, the staff keep the floors clean and tables whipped. However, the restrooms are awful. I took a star partly for this reason. Note: Extra Parking - A parking structure is adjacent to the IMAX theater if you're looking for somewhere to park and the main parking is full.

When I got there, the tech said all walmarts nationwide were out of oil filters! Flat out fib. Any manager there care? Doubt it. Drove to Jiffy-Lube and they did the serice in less than 20 minutes total. Run far away from this place!!!

The items are also lackluster and not as cute. There was a massive line at the checkout. It was also moving quite slowly considering all the registers were opened. The worst part is that they DO NOT PRICE MATCH. We found 2 exact same items yet one was on clearance while the other wasn't. Like many other stores, we thought they could price match and we'd be able to get them both on sale. The lady at the register said no and that they don't do that. We were super disappointed and found it to be pretty ridiculous. Their prices, however, are standard to the other locations but could be cheaper. The employees are nice, but could've been more accommodating. Probably won't be returning since there are better locations.

You must dig through the clutter, which is time consuming. For the food, it is imperative you check expiration dates. At least the floors are shiny and clean. The awful state of the store is a bad reflection of management. The staff, however, is friendly and check out was quick & efficient. Would I return? Not sure. ‍

Well as you can see from the pictures there is something definitely wrong with most of the Yankee candles at Kohl's. Granted they are discounted 50% off of whatever they fee Retail should be! So we met some very nice associates there. They were very nice but trying to get our particular candle with our coupon and not feeling we should pay full price for a candle that is defective but yet still willing to help Kohl's and take it off their hands at a reasonable amount. They were not accepting that there is anything wrong with their candles. I beg to differ which is why I only gave two stars!
