    I came into Tracy Ford this morning at 8:30 for my 9 o'clock appointment. I left at 1:30 but I had a recall so I already expected to stay a couple hours which was fine with Me. My customer service rep was very nice. She kept me updated. She offered me a Shuttle to go get lunch which I declined service was great. Customer service is great. They fixed my recall on my dashboard screen. I have to come back for the recall for my windshield wipers. Those parts are not in yet thanks Tracy Ford for excellent service.

    I went there with a million questions about the used Expedition I had just acquired. One of the service writers, Ricky, took time to answer all of my questions and show me how things work. It meant so much to me that I will drive back to have service done there in the future! Great staff!

    Essan Finance Director Went to Tracy Ford on a whim looking for the new Bronco. After hearing how hard it's been to get one I wasn't expecting too much. I had a certain price range and they worked with it and made it happen!! They had to jump through a few hoops to trade with other dealerships to make my dream happen but they did it! I got the car of my dreams with a price that can't be beat! Essan did everything he can to get me the best interest rates, making sure I was getting the best! I wouldn't expect anything less from their amazing customer service, and they truly want what's best for their customers. 15/10 Would definitely recommend!! Thank you Tracy Ford!

    My husband and I have been talking about getting me a new car for a little over a year and this weekend we decided to bite the bullet. We showed up early and were greeted by Julio about 10 minutes before the dealership even opened. We knew exactly which car we were looking for and he didn't hesitate to fuel it up for us to test drive. Test drove the car - loved it more than I thought I would. Came back and after running some numbers we decided to take a look around, as Ford was our first stop of the day and we didn't want to potentially miss any other good options. Julio offered to let us drive the car around the other lots... good sales tactic. It worked, and after looking at every other lot in the auto mall we happily drove back to Ford to finish the paper work. The entire experience was about 3-3 1/2 hours. Painless, even with a hungry 4 year old. Thank you so much Julio, Marcos, and Ahmad for your help today. We left with everything we came looking for and more. We are so excited about our families first new car.

As someone with little knowledge and experience with cars, Sabastian went above and beyond to help me understand the issues before any repairs began. His quote was fair--I would say below market rate--and reasonable. After the repairs, he showed me exactly what was done under the hood and where the new part was placed. I've never met a more honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy professional in the industry--I've been to many! This is now my new go-to auto shop.     Where do I even begin? These Gentlemen were a God send!…read more So prior to contacting MPB for emergency work needed on my vehicle, I previously attempted to work with another repair shop regarding some emergency work that needed due to what I thought, was major damage to my car. Thinking what was provided at my initial diagnosis and what I was quoted, scared, stressed and worried is putting how I was feeling about my predicament, lightly. So, strapped for what I thought was going to be close to 5 grand (Yes, that's what the other shop quoted me) and a LONG list of work that was advised "Needed" to ensure my vehicle ran properly, I became worried that I wouldn't be able to drive my car. So, I searched for somewhere who could work with me in what I actually needed and came across MPB Auto Repair. I called and spoke with Tony (I'm sorry if I misspelled it!) and gave him the rundown. Tony was able to quote me and advised I bring my car in for diagnostics. Tony quoted me and said we could find ways to work together without over charging me and get me back on the road. So, I brought my car in and was able to quickly get a better diagnosis than what I was initially provided - My alignment was off and just needed to be fixed - and man, when some of these people say they worked quick? They're Quick! No BS. Transparent. Straight to the point and affordable work? I went from being stressed and panicked to happy and so relieved. I absolutely will be coming back for work in the future. They were also pretty easy to find and very very customer friendly.
