It was my first time trying this place out and I'd probably pass up on their fish and chips, but wouldn't mind coming here for their broasted chicken. The fish and chips lacked taste and first bite it was quite oily. As for the chicken, it was fried to perfection and I enjoyed the batter. My family and I went there yesterday right before they were closing.We had no idea and we felt so bad.Regardless they still served us with a smile on their faces and great hospitality!We took the food to go and when we got home we enjoyed our delicious meals.The fish and chicken strips were so crispy and flavorful.The fried mushrooms were so crispy and delicious!We only ordered the 3 piece mushrooms but to our surprise there was about 6-8,so sweet of them to give us extraLastly we had ordered the deep fried twinkies and it was absolutely delicious!Highly recommend coming here.They are amazing people who put love into their food and at decent prices! read more

We went to Tracy to inquire about ordering food for our New Year party of 6. After checking out 4 Filipino restaurants we were disappointed that they only served party trays for 15-20 people or that they weren't taking orders anymore. Accepting this disappointment & wanting to eat tapsilog (marinated beef with garlic fried rice) we remembered a friend's recommendation to check this place out. This turned out to be the best accident today. The tapsilog meal came with garlic fried rice, one fried egg, and pickled salad. It was so delicious!!!! The beef was tasty & tender. The rice was soft & seasoned well. Portions are just right. Since they don't serve coffee, we could bring in coffee from Starbucks. Feeling better after satisfying a craving, we noticed a simple Party Menu. There were only 4 items: Pancit Malabon, Lumpia, Broaster Chicken, Teriyaki chicken. After talking with Louie, we realized that they had what we needed!!! We could order food for our small party! We also found the Lomi Soup my hubby has been searching for but can't find in other Filipino restaurants. We are now excited for the New Years Eve feast we will have - 20pc Broaster Chicken, a double order of Pancit Malabon, 50 pc lumpia shanghai, Lomi soup to go with the paella & lechon kawali we are making. On our way home from Great Wolf Lodge, we made a pit stop and had lunch at Tracy and stumbled upon this Filipino gem! I LOVE LOVE LOVE their lumpia and our family of 4 shared the jumbo fish & chips (3pc) & the 5pc chicken meal...kids chowed food down without complaints so this place is a total win! read more

First thing the cashier was on the phone and walked away. Young lady helped us. I asked if they can wipe the table that we were sitting at had a bad attitude. Order the Fish and Chips for me and aunty. She ordered a bottle of water was given a cup of ice and basically told her to get her water that was placed the counter where the straws were at. We were at starbread next door and saw this place had fried zucchini, so we had to try. My mom's pretty picky when it comes to fried zucchini, but we were super impressed. The man checking us out also accidentally charged us for 3 orders instead of 2 and corrected it when we hadn't even noticed. He even gave us the third order he had made already after refunding us which he did not have to do at all but it was very nice and definitely got eaten! So I have had this major fish n chips craving. Since I was in the area, I decided to try Tracy Harbour fish n chips. I'll be short. The piece of fish was huge but it was all breading. Too much breading to fish ratio. Trust me I love me some breading but I do love me some fish. The scallops were small and I mean small. Plus they had a fishy taste to them. Not for me. The fried mushrooms were not good at all. The wife didn't like her fish but said the chicken tenders were fine. The customer service was good. Food was good but place needs a major cleaning up. Very dirty and sticky everywhere. When you to go out to eat the atmosphere plays a huge part. Won't go back bc of the atmosphere unfortunately. Paint is inexpensive it will go a long way. Even to windex the doors or mop floors. read more

Cant believe my review is from over 7 years ago! Must update as alot has changed and I have continued to be such a fan of this restaurant! At the time of my previous review, we went for their boiling crab type offerings which they unfortunately dont offer anymore BUT, I am here to say they have other eats which are even better. To start, of course their fish and chips are unrivaled as the best in Tracy! Fresh, cooked to perfection, and with great serving sizes that arent just breading heavy! And though they have the best fish & chips in Tracy, this isnt my favorite thing on the menu.. this place actually has such delicious Filipino food - They have THE BEST tapsilog in town too! Complete with atsara! I know I said it already but it is THEEE BEST! They also have pancit that you can order in single orders or trays for parties/events! I ordered a chicken and teriyaki combo with no vegetables to go. I will say it was very nasty, my chicken was old and taste like it was over cooked. The teriyaki was burnt and very hard to eat, and my rice was soft like mash potatoes. I couldn't enjoy the food and end up throwing it away. This was just a bad experience at this place. read more

I'll get straight to the point, the service is excellence!, family oriented from get go. Everything else is not. I went for dine in, order some teriyaki meals, broasted chicken, fish and chips. for a dine in. teriyaki plates serves in to go box, with plastic utensil, and with so much teriyaki place u can go. this place not even worth going for. fish and chips is bland. broasted chicken is i dont know, i guess its worth a second try, from where i came from Newark, there's only king broaster, Maharlika. I use to go to a place in Antioch to a similar restaurant that is no longer in business. So my review is a little compared to that one. The batter here needs more salt. Sprinkling salt on top was not the same. The fries should be fried longer so they are crispy and not super soft. Other than that it's really good. Tempura fish was the perfect texture. The zucchini pieces are quartered kinda hard to eat because they are so big and hot. The place in Antioch sliced them and that was much better and enjoyable. The fried oreos were amazing! The lumpia was great just not a fan of some bites it's like a tube of meat that came out with the bite. When I make homemade lumpia the meat is crumble and not molded in a tube so I think these are processed at a factory. Definitely worth a try! read more

We happened to come on a day they had $1 oysters, so of course we had to get some. The oysters were good, the sashimi was fresh and yummy, and we also loved the shishito peppers and seaweed salad. I couldn't decide on a drink, so I ended up double fisting because I wanted to try two different ones lol. No regrets. Both were really good! The restaurant itself is really nice inside too. Great decor, nice ambiance, and definitely a good spot for a date night. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

I just want to really make sure everyone reading knows how much I recommend this place. Their fish & chips are the best in town. Also, I want to make sure everyone understand their food is the real deal. There's currently an underground (illegal) lumpia biz that popped up in the FRONT YARD of a house, near the intersection of Lincoln and Lowell, on Lowell, on the same side of the street, as Waverly Court. It's the house with a tall flag pole in the front yard. They have NO permits - no permits for sanitation, no permits from the San Joaquin County Health Department, no liability insurance, and no business license. These people are frying IN THE FRONT YARD on Fridays!!!!!!!! This is NOT right. People should NOT be allowed to do this because legit businesses like Tracy Harbour are running their business legally, and paying taxes. Please only support LEGITIMATE Filipino businesses who follow the rules. read more

Always saw this place when I ate at In N Out but out of curiosity, I went there for the first time today and am very glad I did. The menu goes beyond just deep fried seafood with some teriyaki, soups, sandwiches, etc as well. The prices are a very good value. Additionally, it's a very friendly family-run business. I like to support these kinds of places whenever I can. I will definitely come back for more whenever I get the chance to try some of their other items. Please give them a try too. First time back since change of ownership the food has gotten better. We ordered the fish and chips along with the tempura vegetables they were great. The new owners were very friendly and provided great service. We will be back again. The only problem is the traffic jam because of the Inn and Out burger place, it makes parking a bit of an adventure. read more
