They are so sweet here! I got a pedicure a couple times here and it was a very pleasant experience both times. They are very gentle I don't even realize what they're doing (& I'm sensitive) but they definitely get in there and don't rush the nail prep at all. There's sofas for you to sit in while you wait and snacks and water. We both got pedicures ($25), and he also had the callus removal (+$10). Paula (Phuong) was incredibly attentive, which really stood out to me (or maybe my toes needed some extra TLC). They have soft music playing, creating a relaxing experience. The pedicure included a massage with warm lotion, followed by warm towels wrapped around our legs and feet--such a soothing touch. She was meticulous, using a tool to clean up cuticles and remove dead skin, which I hadn't seen at other salons I frequent. This was my second time here and probably my last. As a Christmas gift my boyfriend was gifted a spa gift card to which he didn't want but knowing I never get massages or the like / he realized I could get manicures and pedicures. It's not at very many places but this place accepts it. I wish I could sing the high praises that I would like to but I just can't. First off, they're extremely nice and the salon is huge. They also offer an array of different options. I went on a Tuesday, I was only 1 of 2 people in there so it was quiet. I had two very nice woman working on both my hands and feet. I opted not to get gel on my fingers because I have a girl who specializes in designs and I knew I was going to be seeing her soon but I figured it was free so why not just get a regular mani. It was great, service was amazing but the manicure chipped within 2 days. I know gel is always better but to chip within a few days - my nails last longer when I do them myself at home. The second time I went was again on another Tuesday a few weeks later to use up my gift card. A nice woman did my nails and I thought she did a good job but once I was in my car and inspected my nails I realized they were very splotchy and in the sunlight, see through. Some of my nails were ragged too. Like she didn't properly file them so I had to once I got home which sucks because these were inevitably the nails I got engaged in when my bf (now fiancé) surprised me. The salon is multi service, well organized, immaculate, quality work and an overall calming vibe. I've been here a few times for gel pedicures and I thought it was normal for them to dig in your big toes and have it hurt a little bit to cut the skin around them but then went to luxury nails down the street and they told me I had ingrown toenails and was working on my feet so gentle not digging in and cutting the skin or hurting me. I asked for the removal of my remaining acrylics and full gel manicure with pedicure. While the technician removed my fake nails she took extra precautions to keep as much of my remaining "real nails" in tact. The process was long but worth it. I have researched and spoke to several artists prior to her and non took the time to attend my questions and concerns like she did. She provided me with such comfort and made feel like I was putting my face in the right hands. At the initial procedure, I was so nervous but she was able to calm me and provided me with stress balls and casually conversate with me throughout the procedure. She is funny, kind hearted, and very patient. I had her redraw my eyebrows twice before we settled with the shape and color I wanted. I decided to do the soft power ombre in dark brown with a little bit of ash in it. I honestly didn't feel a thing, and I was being a scared brat for no reason. This year, I have been here 3 times and let me tell you my experiences. First 2 times, whenever I come on time, I had to wait at least 15-20 minutes . The 3rd time, I come 40 minutes late and they can't receive me. Well, it's my fault and I am writing this review not because of a disgruntled customer not being able to get her nails done, but due to a different story. I came close to 3:40 pm. They had me wait for 5 minutes and then tell me I am 45 minutes late so they can't accept me. If they can't accept me, they should have told me right when I pass by the door. Secondly, I book with Vy. When I came at 3:40 pm, Vy almost finished with a pedicure and is about to do the next customer who's booked at 4pm but came early. Assuming right at 3:00 pm, they don't see me coming and receiving a stand by customer right away. Then how come Vy finishes a pedicure in just 40 minutes? The point I am saying is that they mess up their schedule right in the beginning but say it's my fault who comes late. I think that Vy has received that customer before 3pm even though I have booked with her at 3pm. Things do not stop there. They told me to come back at 5pm and just 20 minutes later, they called me and said Vy is so behind her schedule and I would need to come tomorrow. It proves that what I have said is right. They mess up their schedule in the beginning, but blame that it was my fault! read more

Have been going there for years. My favorite nail salon. Went back for the first time since the shutdown. They require masks, do a temperature check, and require patrons to wash hands before service. All stations have plastics barriers between the technician and the patron (hands and feet go under the barrier). Impressed with their setup. Glad they're back in business. read more

My mom, sister, and I went to Tracy Nail & Spa over the weekend and man, was it weird. We had an appointment at 2:00 for 3 mani/ pedi and arrived on time. The location was clean and spacious with a nice selection of polish colors. They seated us in the back area and my pedicure started. My moms started a little after that. My sisters pedi didn't start until 45 minutes later. When we asked where her technician was, they kept saying "15 minutes." They seated a lady after us and got right to work on her, so why have an appointment? The service was mixed, my pedicure was wonderful (Vi was so sweet) while I had the soaking clips to remove my previous gel mani on for 30+ minutes. The same lady did both my moms mani and pedi. My sister, on top of waiting 45 minutes for her pedi (she was done at the same time as us, so clearly they rushed through it) had her hand technician walk away throughout the appointment, didn't get a hand massage, and had a couple of nails that didn't get their cuticles trimmed. Then when she found a smudge, we had to ask 3 times for the lady to fix it. My sister was so upset she just wanted to leave. The lady at the front, who made the appointment, directed the workflow, answered the phones and was doing partial mania (she's the one that walked away from my sisters mani a bunch) seemed overwhelmed and frankly, out of it. She even messed up our billing. All in all, our nails mostly looked good. But the atrocious and downright weird serviceexperience left something to be desired. I would not recommend coming here. Update: less than one week and my gel mani is already chipping. Highly recommend avoiding this place. read more

Gina is such a sweetheart. I recently relocated for work and stumbled across this gem. I needed a local and convenient nail salon to maintain my gel manicure and Gina was able to secure an appointment for me within the same day. She even offered me a first time customer discount which is unheard of during the pandemic. My nail tech Rose was amazing. She was very attentive and made sure my manicure was to my liking. I've never been to a salon that pre heated their lotion so it made my manicure so relaxing. It was nice to come to a place where everyone kept social distance and made sure that all the customers washed their hands prior to sitting down at the different nail stations. I bought a groupon for 2 gel mani and pedi set! I took advantage of the 20% off sale and jumped on it. Glad I did! I called an hour ahead to see if they could squeeze me in and they did! I got a tech for my gel mani and a tech for my pedi. They worked on me at the same time. I was seated on a spa massage chair and then went to work. Soaked my feet in a blue bath salt, did the scrub, pedi, paint and massage. They even did a warm towel compress. The gel mani was the same but they did a cucumber melon exfoliating scrub instead. It was nice. After they were done, they let me relax in the massage chair to let my toes dry (normal polish) and I finished it off on the UV/fan when I was happy with the massage. Overall, it was a nice experience. They were nice, accommodating, and I tipped them well. I was afraid they'd treat me differently bc I had a Groupon but they didn't! I can't wait to use my second Groupon when this nail polish grows out! I took off a star bc the nail work itself was average. The tech had to get a bit of help from another lead tech bc she couldn't figure out how to get the glitter color I wanted to be solid. The polish itself could be better, the edges of the nail had gaps but I shouldn't said something bc they UV'd gel the down. I'll keep that in mind for next time. read more
