Convenient location. Surprisingly not that busy. Also, surprising, they are behind with their stocking. Store is tidy. Appears to be one of the smaller TJs in the area, so they may have less variety than some of their other locations. I have been good with my egg situation as I have been rationing them. However, today I meandered to the egg section here. Lo and behold, just as social media and the news have reported, not an egg to be found. Egg hunting come early this year (in February). You don't have to wait until Easter!

First time coming to this location. When my friends are visiting from oversea, it's our tradition to go to traders Joe! They love getting their shopping bags and snacks as well as some food items! Love it

Who shops at Trader Joe's & is out in 30 minutes? Well if you're not, you're getting a ticket apparently. You can only park for 30 minutes. Restroom Sink needs a deep Cleaning Also, who decided to put the hand paper towels right next to the toilet & not on the wall by the sink ? They are literally above the toilet ! Ewwww every time it's flushed water splashes all over them ! Yuuuuuk ! Google it if you don't believe. Do better Trader Joe's

Gluten free muffins with pumpkin spice streusel, Dumplings and sweet buns and Korean glass noodle, White wine and Buffalo chickenless wings, These are a few of my favorite things! This isn't my favorite location. Parking spots have a thirty minute time limit. Produce quality could be better. They were out of a few things the last time I was here, no plantain chips to be seen. And as much as I like Trader Joe's, they miss the mark sometimes. Chicken Tikka Masala barely comes with chicken. I don't like the ube products. They had the worst tasting sushi of any grocery store; glad they got rid of that. But overall I enjoy most of their products. Produce: Teeny Tiny Avocados are the ideal portion sizes; better than leaving half in the fridge and for it to brown Frozen: Too many to name! Meat lasagna, seasoned waffle cut fries, mac 'n cheese are my three must-gets Bread: I'm always satisfied with their sliced brioche, Garlic Indian Style flatbreads, and everything bagels Desserts: Also a long list, I usually pick up cookies, Hold the Cone! mini cones, and a box of dozen macarons Spreads, sauces, seasonings: Speculoos Cookie Butter! Everything But The Bagel blend! Three Cheese Pomodoro! All smash hits Snacks and Refrigerated foods: Again, we'll be here all day At TJ's, it's all about quality not quantity. They don't carry a lot of products, so I end up going to other grocery stores. But if I have time I'll stop by for the few items I like. Gotta finish the song... when shrinkflation bites, When that product recall email stings, When I'm feeling sad (because I'm here for the millionth time and I still can't get my hands on a roll of their frozen kimbap) (and they discontinue my favorites like Joe's O's, chocolate covered sunflower seeds, and Gorgonzola crackers) I simply remember my favorite things, And then I don't feel so bad!

The Bread Pricing: They have a tiered pricing system for the fresh bread to keep things fair: First 2 pieces: $2.99 each Additional pieces: $3.99 each Pro Tip: Do yourself a favor and grab the Kashk Bademjan (eggplant dip) from the market. Easiest thing to do is pray and use the overflow lot to the side. With that in mind, this location pales in comparison to the others. Although Buena Park and Arcadia can get a bit tight for parking, it's never that much of a PvP zone where literally the entire zip code is in one place. It's also not the biggest H Mart that I've been to either. It's not a Super H Mart like some other locations. They do have a small food court off to the side, but seating is limited. The food court has Maison de Croissant (yummy croffles and other baked goods), Pizza Chicken Love Letter (at least the last time I checked), and I think at least one more. Like the other locations they have packed deli food and other bento box type foods that get discounted later on. Very busy and very crowded and since it's smaller, a bit more limited. Does what it has to, but definitely better locations out there.

The food court is pretty huge and spacious albeit it gets really packed. It is perfect for dinner and hangouts (with food purchase of course) with friends and family. Highly recommend this place!

The grocery is good for what to expect for any Asian market but the main attraction is the food court. It may not seem like much but all of them are really good and would fill up your hunger instantly. My favorites from the top of my head are the Katsu Don if I remember correctly and the Udon section where you pick your tempura (don't know the exact name). Overall good place to eat lunch or even dinner. Another problem would be finding a seat since there's hardly any tables and your plate is pretty big and bowls are heavy so you have to be somewhat quick to find a seat. The ambiance is fine but that's kind of to be expect in any supermarket, which is usually crowds talking and all. I really don't have much to say. Ever since this place closed down the anime shop, the DVD store, and bookstore, this place pretty much lost what made Mitsuwa special and worth visiting. Especially for someone who's into both anime and tokusatsu like Super Sentai (Japanese Power Rangers). Those places are what got me my first Gundam model kit (Freedom Gundam from Gundam Seed) and my go to place for Japanese DVDs as mentioned (Gokaiger, Kyoryuger, and Nanoha). I understand why they close down these stores, especially with streaming services and online shopping are a thing, even though I don't fully agree as they are customers like me that would prefer in-store physical copies. That is why I deduct one star. These are replaces with a gachapon store, a Matcha store, a Boba store I believe and Daiso. The matcha and boba place (forgot the names sorry) are surprisingly good. I really like the matcha ice cream in a bowl and I believe the Doncha. The gachapon I cannot say as I never spend money there and I'm not into these gacha machines and I rarely buy anything in Daiso as its just your typical convenience store that sells some Japanese stuff so I won't say much. In conclusion, it's a very nice spot to eat Japanese meals and especially something to fill you up for the day while also shopping to buy Japanese food to cook at home. Just be aware this is pretty pricey, especially the Royce matcha chocolates and the food court.
