Ours didn't come out initially, but we noticed other tables had theirs and asked our waitress. She brought it out promptly, so just be aware that you may need to ask. For my entrée, I went with the Rocky Mountain Ruby Red Trout, and it was exactly what I was looking for. The lemon-pepper seasoned trout was cooked well and flavorful, and it came with asparagus, hollandaise on the side, and crispy gnocchi. The crispy gnocchi was the pleasant surprise of the dish. I'd never had gnocchi prepared this way before. It was slightly sweet and almost reminded me of a dessert. There wasn't a ton of it, so it added a unique touch without overwhelming the dish.
