My companion had the pulled pork sandwich, I enjoyed the fish and chips, and the toddler had a kids cheese burger. To finish we shared the and the Bavarian cream filled churros (which were my favorite). The breading of the cod fish was fresh, crispy and flavorful. It was served with a homemade coleslaw which was a great compliment to the protein. The fries were fresh but could use a little more cooking. Our server Brandon was a delight. Trailhead is a cute spot in Moab. After rolling into town, it was the first place we saw so we decided to try it out for dinner. They have two levels, a nice little bar and some patio seating for those who may want to sit outside. Everyone working was friendly and service was attentive. We were a little early for dinner so it wasn't packed but definitely still plenty of patrons in the building. We started with the salted pretzels which came with cheese, mustard, and a chive cream cheese dip. The pretzels were decent but a little too buttery/greasy. The dips were fine. For my entree I tried the chicken tango sandwich with rancher's coleslaw. My partner got a plain burger and fries. Our sandwiches were okay, nothing special but they did the job. The highlight of my meal was honestly the coleslaw, it was very good. Overall this isn't a bad place to stop in the area, if you're hungry it will do the job. read more

This is a perfect place to grab a hearty meal after a day of hiking. The place is not terribly big, and we did have to wait a bit, but it was worth it. We started off with the fried cheese curds and spicy margarita. We also ordered burgers, hot wings, and I had the rosemary mushroom grilled cheese (added chicken) and the jalapeño tomato soup. The soup was divine-perfectly creamy and just enough spice. We finished the meal with the blueberry bread pudding, definitely a must, so be sure to save room for dessert! What an awesome experience!!! We travel to Moab from California to camp and hike the National Parks. We decided not to cook dinner so we let our fingers do the yelping!!! We arrived I believe around 7pm and there was a fairly big line waiting outside. However when we checked in the staff member said they could seat use right away. We ended up sitting at the bar where we met the head bar tender who was super cheerful and extremely helpful with our choices. I had the fish & chips which were super good. The batter was light and crisp as were the fries. The slaw was pretty good but I more of a Southern slaw person. Not sure why they had some bad reviews. We had a great experience with great tasting food. If we come back to Moab we will definitely be back for more!!!! read more

5 stars for Trailhead! This place works like a finely tuned machine. The food was not only fantastic, but the service was EXCELLENT. Our server (Aurora) was attentive and sweet. On top of that, on a busy Saturday, every staff member is helping out everyone. Even if the table wasn't in their section, plates were being cleared, waters refilled, and tables bussed so quickly it was almost fascinating to watch. As we walked in and left, multiple team members greeted us, smiled, and told us to have a nice evening. No awkward avoiding eye contact. I witnessed so many nice interactions between servers and their tables. Everyone was very personable! The food- it came FAST! And of course, very tasty too. The ambiance was very nice. We sat upstairs and the chandelier added a pretty glow to the dining room. We've eaten at probably 10-15 restaurants in Moab, and this was probably our favorite. I wanted to stop a manager to tell them what a great job their team is doing, but didn't get a chance to. Anyway, well done everyone! And THANK YOU! read more

I drove out from Santa Fe to try this here $23 dollar Polygamy Burger I've been hearing about. Okay, so I was actually passing through from Santa Fe going to SLC, and when I said 'I've been hearing about' something that just means I read it on Yelp. Nonetheless I dropped my ducats on the bar and ordered me up one of those burgers. Now usually I would expect a $23 dollar burger to come with a free car wash or something, but since it was supposed to be Wagyu beef I thought I'ld give it a shot as that is some yummy moo! It was unquestionably a huge burger. You can add a third patty onto it for five more bucks if you want but how deranged are you? As it was, mine was suffering structural failure, or as NASA would say there was an unplanned rapid deconstruction successfully taking place. Not to mention even without a third patty I've been suffering from the meat sweats for the last four hours. That was just one huge burger. But here's the thing. If they had just said we have this friggin huge burger for you to try I would have been like sure, let's give it a shot. But what got me to try it was expecting a Wagyu burger, and I can assure you I've had Wagyu beef on more than one occasion, and frankly this wasn't it. It was better than your average burger, no doubt, but it wasn't 100% Wagyu. Just saying. Next time I'll save half my ducats and order a tuna sandwich instead. read more

Everyone was super friendly and attentive, we got our drinks and orders in quick (2 adults and 2 kids) and got our food quickly as well. The food was absolutely amazing.
