THE BEST! The ravioli Rosa is incredible. This is by far my favorite Italian place in the LA area. I never leave without getting their homemade ice cream (they make it right in front of you) I am a pasta connoisseur and I can say hands down, this is the place. Service is great! Staff is friendly.

House made gnocchi in pesto Waaaayyyyyy too much sauce but I fished them out and that's how the photo depicts them. Very good this way.

We had a nice dinner here on a Saturday night. They have some pros and cons. Pros - parking available for free right next to the restaurant The calamari was cooked to perfection - highly recommend. They house make gnocchi and it's good - soft and pillowy. We had it with pesto. The service is friendly and everyone pitches in so you aren't looking for just your waiter if you need anything. Food came out fast ...... Which leads me to a couple of cons The food came out fast. Really fast. Our whole dinner was finished in 45 minutes. We could have lingered but when the mains come out you want to have them while hot and fresh. The atmosphere was not inviting - I think the space could be made more welcoming The wine by the glass choices were limited and not the best. Their better choice was Caymus and the rest were substantially lower end than that. Overall I think they do some things really well which is commendable in the over saturated world of italian restaurants. I'd like to try some more dishes like their pizza and seafood ! And yes , I would go back to do just that. Definitely worthy of being on your list of new places to try if you've never been.

This was my first time in Malibu and I chose this restaurant from Yelp. It was perfection. Patio seating, which I love. Great service. I had Casarecci and my friend had Checca. Both were outstanding. I couldn't believe the first bite - it was so good. I ate it all, which is rare for me. The rustic bread was also amazing with olive tapenade. I don't always like tapenade but this one was excellent. The aroma of the restaurant is amazing. I expect everything is as good as what we ordered. The restaurant even has good parking. You can't go wrong.

Looking for a nice meal that is worth the money? Tramonto has what you're looking for. An extensive wine list should cover just about any wine option you might want to choose, with many options by the glass if you don't want an entire bottle. The mozzarella in the caprese was perfect. Firm, slightly salty, but melt in your mouth. The tomatoes was what you would expect for January, but wasn't bad. The bread brought to the table was incredibly soft, yet still had a crunchy crust. Delicious! I had the veal with melted brie. It was so tender I didn't need a knife to cut it, and the brie on top was amazing. I'm not sure what the sauce was but it was the best complement to the meat and cheese. It was served with steamed mixed vegetables, with butter and garlic. They were cooked to be soft but not mushy, and were delicious. My companion had the sole and it was moist and firm without being overcooked and rubbery. It came with a sage based sauce that was quite tasty! Steamed mixed vegetables also came with the fish. If you are in the mood for pizza, while we didn't have one, they looked and smelled incredible. We saw many people coming in to pick up their orders - no less than 8 in 90 minutes. The dessert menu looks yummy, but there just wasn't any room. We will be back to try some, and eat less so we can!

Wow! First time there and will definitely be back. The service was exceptional, the food was brought out in a timely manner given that we had our cheer banquet and a party of 37 and it was all so delicious. From the apps to the entrees and dessert. All was amazing. The manager even brought out wonderful surprises for some of the parents.

This place has a very pleasant vibe with one of the most authentic Italian food in LA. Although it was my first time here, the food and service were super nice! Our server, who was not only super cute but also kept us giggling with their jokes all evening, added an extra sparkle to the night. Definitely planning to return for more of the amazing food and playful jokes

My bf and I came here for a Valentine's weekend dinner and we loved it. The service was great, the food was delicious, and yay for free parking! We arrived around 7 pm on a Saturday and the place wasn't busy at all until about 8 pm. There is a small lot next to the restaurant for guests to park in. They have a restroom which is in the back, outside of the restaurant. The service was amazing. Our servers were very attentive and helpful. My bf was able to customize a dish and they charged half of a full serving. They served complimentary bread and olive tapenade. All the food was amazing. Highly recommend the burrata! We'll definitely be back.

Charming little Italian restaurant on PCH in Malibu. It has a very small parking lot. It does not have a view but it does have patio seating out front on PCH, we found it to be quite loud and choose to sit inside. Service was excellent. Hector our server was friendly, prompt and made some great suggestions. The menu is quite extensive and they have a very nice wine list. The food was excellent except for everyone that had chicken. They complained it was overcooked, rubbery, tasted like it was microwaved. This the four stars. May have been an off night for their chicken. The meal began with delicious fresh warm bread served with flavorful tapenade. The beet salad was fresh and flavorful. The Scampi Francese was amazing, the shrimp cooked perfectly. The grilled Scottish Salmon was slightly over cooked but seasoned nicely. The Bolognese Gnochhi, the Tramonto Fusili were cooked perfectly except for the chicken. I had to order the Orechiete Noodles with black truffle. It was tasty, cooked perfectly but overpriced in my book, I would not order again. Overall, a fine dining experience and would definitely recommend! Enjoy.

As a Korean, I can tell you this is the real deal--it's so freaking delicious and exactly the type of food I grew up with. A few things to know before you order: No Storefront: This is a catering-only business, so there is no physical restaurant to visit. You just call them to place your order. The Right Number: Make sure you call the correct number! Their main lines are (323) 466-3737 or (323) 799-7909. Customizable Menus: While they have menu photos online that act as a guide, you can pick and choose exactly what you want. We ordered the Kalbi Jjim, various veggies, pancakes, and kimchi, and every single dish was a hit. Massive Portions: They are incredibly generous! We ordered for 10 people, but they gave us enough food to feed 40. You definitely get your money's worth. Easy Pickup: The process is super smooth. You just pull up to the street on Beverly Blvd, and they will load everything directly into your car for you. Pro Tip: Ask about getting a discount ;) Also when you arrive to pick up, give them a 15 minute window to assemble your order. They have a delivery option too. I will definitely be using them again for my next event!

This review is long overdue! We had Hungry Bear cater our wedding this year and they absolutely…read morecrushed it!! We had so many guests come up to us during and after the wedding (even months later) saying the food was the best they've ever had at a wedding. Everything from the passed apps to the mains, desserts, and late night food was amazing. Food is a huge priority for us, and we wanted to make damn sure that our wedding food delivered, especially since so many of our friends and family know us as major foodies. We loved Hungry Bear's asian-fusion menu and even the salad was unreal (and I'm not a salad girl...get the Little Gem Salad y'all - it's both beautiful and delicious). We had opted for family style and had hangar steak and miso black cod for the mains (but seriously, you cannot go wrong with any of their choices) and a late night pho station. I'm salivating just reminiscing about the food. The drinks were just as good (feel free to reach out to the team with your favorite flavors/ spirit to brainstorm drink ideas or even give them a specific recipe). I opted for a yuzu gin cocktail as my signature drink, which was delightfully refreshing and very well made. On top of that, the service was next-level. The waiters and bartenders were all very kind, funny, and professional. The team made sure my husband and I were constantly taken care of--full water glasses, plates of food, cocktails, everything. One of my best friend has celiac disease, and a staff member came up and told her she was personally "in charge of her" for the night. She was blown away. I was blown away -- especially since we had our wedding at a "bring your everything" venue where everything was brought in to build a "kitchen" - Hungry Bear made sure that food safety/ cross-contamination was a non-issue. Amazing food, amazing drinks, and genuinely kind, fun, and professional servers and bartenders. Jennie, TJ, and the Hungry Bear team truly go above and beyond. We're already asking ourselves when we can have Hungry Bear cater our next event. Look no further and book your tasting today (trust me, and good luck narrowing down the tasting selections)! Highly, highly recommend.

OMG... as I'm writing this, I'm still craving the food we had that day from Chubby Fingers! After doing multiple tastings with other caterers, we chose them for their generous portions and amazing value at a very competitive price point. Why we chose them: Before choosing them, we actually met with several other caterers and even did tastings to compare our options. What really stood out about Chubby Fingers was how generous and abundant their offerings were at a very similar price point. The value honestly surprised us in the best way. The Experience (Catering Drop-off): We ended up doing a catering drop-off, and even with that setup, you could truly feel the care and thought they put into everything. The presentation was beautiful and everything was packed so nicely -- it still felt very special and intentional. The Food (The highlight of our day!): On the day of the event, the food completely exceeded our expectations. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our guests kept complimenting the food throughout the event, and several people even came up to ask where we found the caterer because they wanted the information for their own events. Our Menu Highlights: 1. Chubs Bossam: Slow-roasted caramelized pork shoulder with ssam bar (perilla leaves, lettuce, and samjang). Absolute hit! 2. Japchae: Korean sweet potato glass noodles with mushrooms and vegetables. 3. Gochujang Glazed Veggies: Roasted market vegetables with a subtle, delicious gochujang glaze. 4.Yuzu Tomato Salad: Heirloom tomatoes with greens and a refreshing yuzu vinaigrette (so fresh!). and the White Rice was included! The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about making our day special. I'm so sad I didn't take more photos, I was so busy hosting and enjoying the event, but the presentation in person looked even better than the photos!) If you're planning an event, do yourself a favor and book Chubby Fingers--you won't regret it! I truly can't recommend them enough if you want to impress your guests!
