Top of the sheet. What a dive.

OK, like the others, I was looking forward to some coffee in the morning - there is a coffee maker, but no coffee. I was glad there was a fridge, and microwave. There were two towels, no face cloths, no hand towels, no bathmat. Freezing bathroom and the toilet paper was almost out, with no replacement. The phone had no option to call the front desk, so I found my receipt for the "Lord Krishna Corp" and thankfully the very nice night clerk brought me a new roll. Tissue box on wall was empty. The carpet was soaked near the door, and my dog was very interested in it. The heater was super annoyingly loud - even on low. There was so much noise around the complex (for a Wednesday night) that my dog wouldn't settle down, she kept yipping and waking me up. I've slept on worse beds, but already my hips are aching from how hard it was. Wish I'd read the reviews first. :-(

Refused a refund when I would not stay there and had to pay for another hotel for the night. I'm sure it's a common occurrence. Misty (Missy?) at the front desk was as helpful as she was prob allowed but the rest of the experience made me feel like I needed a shower. I'm far from a princess but I would recommend sleeping in your car before staying here.

Although we saw the reviews, we didn't expect it to be this terrible. Upon entering the hotel room, it smelled as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. From reading the reviews prior to booking, I took it upon myself to bring cleaning supplies such as bathroom cleaner, disinfecting wipes and disinfecting spray. There were stains all over the carpet and chair. I started by wiping down all of the surfaces to which I found to be very dusty. I found a sharp (looks to be from A pocket knife) sitting on the night stand. The lamp did not work. I started spraying down the bathroom vanity, sink, shower/tub and toilet. There was hair and dust. I didn't grab a photo because I was super grossed out- but there was poop dried to the toilet seat. A toothbrush was behind the mirror- opening the closet we found a dusty shelf and a moldy kitchen sponge. The fan in the bathroom was covered in dust and hair and was impossible to clean. It's our fault for booking even with the reviews. The utter lack of sanitation/cleaning with it being such a popular area for sports families to stay is unsettling. My husband and son slept on an air mattress with blankets from home as they did not feel comfortable sleeping in the beds/sheets. The rest of our family drove back and forth from home for the tournament.

We didn't dare put anything on the floor & felt dirty the whole time. The hotel has several "residents" who've set up "patios" outside their rooms. My car had fingerprints on the windows & frames like someone was attempting to prowl overnight. Noticed the employees hanging out in the parking lot smoking a lot. Maybe they should be cleaning more instead. Yes, it's a low budget motel, but a little effort will help. I've stayed here before for concerts at Ridgefield & it was always pleasant minus the pool being shut down for years. Never, again. Only good thing I can say is the desk receptionists were both pleasant.

Problem #1 Contractors had almost taken entire motel. They Partied outside around their vehicles, loudly, loud music, obscenities, arguing amongst other guests. Loud pick up engines started and revved every few minutes, to keep their battieries charged I suspect. Crowd would gather, more loud voices from other guests. I ASSUMED somebody would have called office. By 10 p.m. I had had enough and called myself. It was immediately taken care of, HOWEVER, they simply moved their vehicle 20 yards away... across from our room, and resumed. I spoke with personal in office next a.m. I WAS THE ONLY ONE THAT CALLED. These customers are a yearly, large customer, for 2-3 weeks, I was told. The lack of consideration made me afraid to speak to them. 2. Whatever deodorizer is used in the rooms is obnoxious at best. sinuses were plugged all night. Bedding too small, for double bed? I was in room 111, March 23 2026. Avoid this motel this time of year, to avoid contractors...who rule! CW

Initially…read morenot seeing signage, I went into the coffee shop which is just inside the main entrance & to the right: a beautiful shop, which was empty at that time. So I wandered around the lobby briefly, which is lovely & not attended- essentially no one was behind the counter. Then I heard one of my friends laugh & headed in that direction: the lounge is down a hallway, also to the right just past the coffee shop. The lounge also is lovely & offers a variety of different types of seating. I opted for my usual beverage of water & was pleased that it was served in a glass & not plastic. The menu is small, just one page: I ordered a Ruben with tater tots, of which 2 other ladies did as well but with fries. Mine was one of the first orders served. Hmmm, the bread looked like it had been on the grill too long, as it was rather dark in color As additional orders came out (there were 8 of us), which was fairly quickly, the bread of the other 2 Rubens were toasted golden brown! I did eat mine as served, but regretted it, as the taste of burnt bread lingered for quite a few hours. The grease was also of issue sadly- way too much! I was constantly wiping my hands on a napkin, and I only ate half of my sandwich! For a cook to take a little bit of extra time to put the sandwich on something (paper product) to absorb excess oil off the sandwich upon removal from the grill could really make the difference Despite aforementioned, the sandwich had a good flavor: meat, sauerkraut & thousand Island dressing Well, knowing is half the battle, so next time I'll state desired specifics first. I'd give this first experience 2.5 stars
