My husband and I had a great experience. Sure it's a little dated but they are dog friendly and the bed was comfy. The room was larger than Motel 6 for sure. We have a large dog and appreciated the extra room. Make sure you put the air conditioner on low. It runs a lot cooler. Thank you! read more

I paid more than the local average plus a $50 extra charge for a 2 night stay for someone else. They agreed to not having any pets. 2 days later I got an extra $150 charge with no explanation or phone call to discuss it. when I went to ask for a reversal of the additional charge they refused saying the person had pets. There was no way to verify this and i feel like they should not have charge me with no explanation. read more

WORST MOTEL IVE EVER STAYED AT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The manager TAMIKA opened my room door, TWICE, UNANNOUNCED. No phone call to my cell or the room phone, just straight up violating my privacy. Then she charged me a $200 cleaning fee, saying the tub drain was clogged when I never even used the shower. When I called to confront "management" to get my money back, she cussed me out, hung up on me, then CALLED THE POLICE on me for "telephone harassment". I have never been treated so badly at a motel. TAMIKA needs to lose her job immediately. I am still waiting to hear from the owner to dispute my $200 charge. read more

I was there the Sept. 12th - the 15th 2025. The rooms were just ok, saw one cockroach on the table abut I couldn't catch it. Major problem with management!!!! I came home to California and got my credit card statement. I was double charged for my three day stay.. I was charged once the day before I arrived on the 11th and when I arrived they ran my card again. $288.00. I talked to the front desk and they blamed it on Expedia, I called them and they tried for a week to get my money back. The management of Travelers Inn refused!! They purposely ripped me off (knowing I was out of state) and wouldn't find this out for a few weeks. My credit card company is still trying to help me but said it doesn't look good. A Crime has been committed !!! They should go back to their own country and rip people off there. read more

OK, like the others, I was looking forward to some coffee in the morning - there is a coffee maker, but no coffee. I was glad there was a fridge, and microwave. There were two towels, no face cloths, no hand towels, no bathmat. Freezing bathroom and the toilet paper was almost out, with no replacement. The phone had no option to call the front desk, so I found my receipt for the "Lord Krishna Corp" and thankfully the very nice night clerk brought me a new roll. Tissue box on wall was empty. The carpet was soaked near the door, and my dog was very interested in it. The heater was super annoyingly loud - even on low. There was so much noise around the complex (for a Wednesday night) that my dog wouldn't settle down, she kept yipping and waking me up. I've slept on worse beds, but already my hips are aching from how hard it was. Wish I'd read the reviews first. :-( read more

I'm not a demanding traveler. A lot of the negative reviews on hotel/motel properties I see published appear to be posted by people expect Cadillac-style service at a Subaru price. Hence, I usually never post a totally negative review of such a property. But, while mine isn't totally negative of this property, it's going to come close to one. When I first checked into my room (214), I checked the basics I and others might consider minimum expectations ... the first being cleanliness. On that score, this property has good marks. It's not the newest room - but it was at least clean. Then I checked the amenities. An in-room coffee-maker was not provided. OK, I can live with that. But you'd think they'd at least provide one plastic cup so people could get a drink of water. No cups were provided. There was hot water in the bathroom. But you have to leave the water running for about 3-5 minutes before it started to flow. The heater flat-out didn't work, nor did the WI-FI connection, and the TV was set-up to show a wider-than-widescreen aspect ratio display. I called down to the manager. He came up and "seemed" to fix the heater ... and brought up a special remote to set the TV display to a 16x9 aspect ratio. Then he said he was going back to his office to "reboot" the WI-FI. I took a brief nap ... and woke up thinking I was in a refrigerator. The heater he'd coaxed to work stopped working while I slept and was blowing nothing but cold air. So, another call to the manager. He came up but could not get the heater to work at all. So, he brought up a space-heater that did work. But, the WI-FI was still problematic ... up one second, down the next for the rest of the day and night. It's the middle of the night and I'm still here. And in case you're wondering, I managed to post this review by finding (and logging onto) an insecure router owned by a neighborhood business. The motel's WI-FI shows a good connection to its router - but no internet connection. That usually means that a property's cable-modem is bad or going bad ... something that "rebooting" won't fix. In any event, I'll let you decide if this is a place at which you'd want to stay. But in my case, Travelodge Longview is now off my list. read more

I visited the Longview location on April 18th 2015 and was not totally satisfied. the room was mostly clean and tidy, the refrigerator and microwave work cable TV worked but you had to turn the TV on and the volume up and down from the TV because the remote didn't work that way. The next morning when I woke up I took a shower and upon exiting the shower noticed someone else's underwear from the previous tenant. the grouting around the shower could use a little touch up as well. the biggest negative part about this experience was the price and the discovery of the underwear. probably will not be visiting this location again I would much rather pitch a tent. read more

This place is disgusting. I found COCKROACHES!! And all the manager said to me was that she knew, and that there was exterminators supposed to be coming sometime next week. Im not sure how they're allowed to check people into these rooms when they KNOW they have roaches. I DO NOT recommend this place. I think a Health inspector needs to check it out. Came to this location assuming past good reviews were good idea to stay, yet showing up to a mildue smell in the room, the front desk blamed the smell coming from the outside yet going outside the air was fresh. ( OKAY!! ) Then asked for extra towels to get 3 towels with stains on it. ( Come on!! ) When leaving to eat didnt realize we were located right next to a homeless camp. Very disappointed with our stay I can't believe we payed so much for a two night stay. read more

Room seemed fairly clean and had been painted fairly recently. It's a little dated but the room and bed were comfortable. I heard a few sirens since the hospital is across the street but that should be expected. It took several minutes for the water to get warm but once it did everything was fine. My room had a fridge and microwave. The t.v. is old but my biggest complaint was no in room coffee maker. You get what you pay for so just be aware. read more

We enjoyed our stay very much, we will definetly return in the future my husband and i were kinda hesitant about staying but it was very late at night and we were too tired to drive and search for a different hotel, when we checked in the girl at the desk was a sweetheart and she put our minds at ease, she went above and beyond to accommodate us and we greatly appreciated everything, rooms were clean, nice bathtub, nice tv, all the way around it was a nice stay, will stay again in future! read more

Here's the deal. Check out a room first. If there is anything wrong you don't like, either try another room (you're there anyway), or go somewhere else. Like the Super 8 in Kelso off I5. I was looking for a place to stay warm til my power came back on. Came back on @ 2:30am, so glad I didn't wait there. Got room for $65 plus taxes. Passed on 110, ended up with 201. Adequate in that was clean and had the micro and refer. In room coffee, shower ok, king bed ok, Tv a pos but wifi worked good, watched TV on that with headphones so as not to bother neighbors! LOL Actually pretty quiet. Heater worked good but noisy! Not sure if tstat on it worked...whatever. Got some sleep and didnt freeze. So if it's an emergency and you are on the cheap. Kudos to Anna and Brandon at the front desk. Trying to make it better! As always, You Get What You Pay For. Room @ Super 8 probably $125 just b4 Christmas. REMEMBER! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ROOM ! Very outdated rooms! When we stayed, their ice machine was out of order. Definitely could use a good carpet cleaning. The only plus is that they are pet friendly and across the street is a nice park. We probably won't stay again. read more

The management at the hotel are literally like night and day, they could not be any more opposite of each other. The day manager acts like everybody that comes in there is a big huge inconvenience and hassle to deal with he looks half asleep and he's pretty rude and short with not just me but other customers as well. When I ask for towels he just looked at me and said oh I'll see what I can do, he never brought up any towels, I had to go back to the office three hours later to get some, and then he handed them To me in a big heap unfolded. The people next to us we're fighting we went to the office a few times to tell the guy but he did nothing, we also had a baby with us so none of us could sleep finally about 12 am we went to the office to complain again and there was a different manager on shift i explained to her the frustration I told her how many times we've been to the office complaining I was literally in tears because i was so exhausted my sister Was in icu in the hospital across the street it was a very long day, I didn't get her name but she's a woman manager that works at night, she is absolutely amazing she was a sweetheart (she reminded me alot of taylor swift) but she listened paitently to everything I said, and then she apologized and she marched right up to those people's room that were fighting and respectfully told them that they needed to quiet down or they could leave, and after that our stay was great we stayed another three days. I hope that the owners of that place appreciate her because it's very obvious why that place has any business, we were planning on checking out the next morning but we stayed because she made the good outweight the bad by far, so thank you to her again and she's the ONLY reason that we will return or stay at that hotel in the future. read more
