They have a flatrate payment system, so the amount of hours or personell used, doesn't change the prize if you purchase one of their packages!!! Their service is impeccable! Phylicia came in and did the first Deep Clean Treatment. She was an absolute pro! In a relatively short amount of time she accomplished what had seemed impossible for me! The house was clean and felt homely again. A huge weight off my shoulders. Needed a same day cleaning so I called them and spoke to a nice lady this morning who told me they'd be happy to clean my home later today. She said they'd be in touch within a few minutes to confirm a time. 3+ hours later no call. A few calls/texts to them, no response whatsoever. Finally I got text apologizing, saying they'd had an "emergency" which affected "their whole business." She then offered a discount and said they'd be at my place around 4:30. Since I was leaving work early to meet the cleaners, she promised that they'd be in touch should they be running late. It is now 6:04pm and they have not called or showed up. I've called multiple times and texted, which has gone ignored. Wanted to like them but all I can say is don't use them if you want them to actually show up. read more

Our home really needed a deep clean and that's exactly what we got! We have have used Treat Your Home several times now and are always happy with the results. We have engineered hardwoods in our rental that cannot be cleaned with water (which is just silly) and Phylicia worked her magic and made those floors shine! I am extremely OCD when it comes to cleaning. I keep my home clean, cozy and comfortable at all times. This is the perfect solution for a busy house!!! I would give them 10 stars if there was the option. I leave a key and they come in, do their thing, and when I return home I feel like I am staying at a luxury upscale hotel. My house doesn't need to be cleaned for a week after they leave! They even clean the small areas, and take a ton of time, and care into cleaning your home. It took me a loooong time to finally find a company that I would trust being in my house while I was away, and that treated our home as they would their own. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I had some great experiences and some bad ones. My first and second clean were impeccable, the cleaners did a great job and I was very happy. However, on my second clean, I decided to get the monthly cleaning package and have the clean once a month, which they charged me for and didn't show up, I had to call them multiple times and ended up scheduling it online and then I finally got my clean. This last clean was supposed to be a deep clean, which I had been told it meant cleaning the fan blades and the wall footers, which did not happen. I'm pretty disappointed and now I have to look for another service since this one has proven to be pretty inconsistent and unreliable. read more

I never write reviews, but I depend on them a lot when I'm looking for a place/service I have never used before. I have lived in my apartment for over 2 years, and had not had it professionally cleaned as I tend to do a pretty good job on my own. However, the whole place is carpeted, and I wanted to make sure that whatever service I hired would be able to shampoo the carpet. I bid the job out to 5 different highly rated services (all found on Yelp). Not only was Treat Your Home the least expensive, but they offered the shampoo treatment that most of the other places did not. I also liked the flat-rate aspect, so I scheduled a Treat. Phylicia showed up at my door; adorable and sweet as can be, on time and with all her equipment in tow (including a vacuum since mine is broken, and an industrial carpet cleaner). She worked on my 1 bedroom place for several hours (mostly because we got to talking and I kept distracting her!), meticulously cleaning and organizing. She left the place looking spotless, and smelling fresh. I don't think it's been that immaculate since the day I moved in! Phylicia is wonderful, trustworthy, honest, genuine... I don't have enough kind words for her, and I highly recommend Treat Your Home to everyone I know. read more
