We took advantage of the fun photo op inside and then grabbed some open seats at the wraparound outdoor bar, which was quite comfortable with the overhead space heaters. My friend ordered the Blue Indigo cocktail, and I initially requested the Kiwi Caviar, but since they were out of ingredients for it, I asked for Island Life as a backup. Both drinks were really good. Mine straight up tasted like tropical juice, but my friend's was a bit stronger. We stayed until closing before hopping over to The Bungalow. I accidentally lost my diamond earring down the women's bathroom drain, and Amy, the lead manager, along with another wonderful waitress, went above and beyond to help me for nearly an hour--even sitting on the floor and bringing out her own tool kit from her car. Although we weren't successful that night, Amy came back the next morning and was able to retrieve my earring before we arrived. Treehouse on PCH is a cocktail bar located on the rooftop of the Pasea Hotel in Huntington Beach. As its name suggests, it sits along the PCH and overlooks the Pacific Ocean. To park, there is either nearby metered street parking or you can valet for $15. To get to the bar, go into the lobby and head to the right. You can either take the elevator or walk out the door and go up the stairs to the second floor. You'll then see the treehouse that blankets the countertop bar. The bar has lounge chairs throughout, some under cabanas and others near fires when it's cold. For drinks I ordered the pisco punch ($18) and the monkey business ($17) which were both solid. You can't really see the water at night so if you do I'd recommend going when it's light out. It was a nice lounge-y spot to either get food or drinks or both. read more

Terrific casual dining experience while staying at the Pasea Hotel and Spa. We did try the more formal dining restaurant, Lorea the night before. The Treehouse was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of bike riding and walking around. We just wanted to take in the view, enjoy some cocktails and nibble on some Kaibi Ribs. Honestly not sure what is happening but the drinks on Saturday 3/28/26 were absolutely atrocious absolutely disgusting leaving one of our friends severely ill after a drink contained dairy and lime even when we were told it wouldn't. One of us got a mint mojito that was undrinkable seriously, it was sooo incredibly sour all we could taste was lime juice. Another friend got a coconut margarita again very very strong taste of lime in this one. 3 of us got Negronis and one got a spicy margarita but all we could taste was lime. Came here with a group of co-workers on a pleasant enough evening. The view was great, the drinks were delightful, and the service was wonderful. This is a great lounge bar. I can't say I found the seating terribly comfortable though it looked like it should be. I found the seat depth to be a bit much to find a comfortable position for my short legs. We started in one section closer to the bar and then moved later in the evening to one of the tables with the fire pit. It was a perfect location once night rolled in and the temperatures cooled. The service was really good. Our waitress was a wise-cracking, easy going lady who was just good natured. The type of person who is perfect for this atmosphere. There was an issue with one of the kegs which caused an interruption to the flow of beer. She kept us informed and made the guys choose who got the last glass. I decided to stick with non-alcoholic drinks that night and they have a great variety of alcohol free drinks. Each was very tasty. The waitress explained twice it was spirit free before I got her to admit she double confirms due to number of people who apparently don't understand that alcohol free means no alcohol. Came here for a nice weather afternoon after strolling around pacific city and pier. The woven shades over the bar was very catchy from walking by so that's why we decided to come up and check it out. The view is very nice up on the balcony level, it was very easy to get seating and the host / servers were all very attentive and friendly. I ordered the flamingo with mezcal and it sure was yummy, made just right with enough alcohol. There's also a sunset drink for a discounted price but it's only offered 15-20 minutes before sunset plus after sunset so we didn't get to try it this time. The deals are solid: $10 cocktails and 25% off food. We tried the Bramble, Bees Knees, and Aperol Spritz--all delicious. The only thing this place has going for it is the scenery. The service is horrible. Female server on Sunday walked by and said to scan the code to see what we want and walked away. I asked the very rude bartender if they had a paper menu, he just said no and walked away. Neither one interested in selling us a beverage. After reading several bad reviews of this place, I felt uneasy about going but I decided to still give it a try. Please don't make the same mistake besides the fact that this place serves terrible drinks and food they will make unauthorized charges to your card. I handed them a card to put on hold and I let them know not to charge it because I would be paying with a different card. They told me nothing was charged on the card I gave them to put on hold. I checked my transactions and found 3 unauthorized transactions done by them, each for a different amount. Two of those transactions being made the day after. I had to call my bank and get a new card to avoid any more unauthorized charges. read more

I came here for my 30th birthday with a group of 10 people. We were told we couldn't make a reservation so soon (the day before) so we just walked in. The ambiance is amazing. Great views, good music, very cute aesthetic. A waitress helped us push some tables together and was extremely accommodating for our large party which I appreciated. The only downside was after our first round of drinks we had to constantly walk around and find someone to take our order and it took forever. The ambiance was top notch with an Amazonian type tree at the center, fire pit, and the view of the water just across the street. We tried three of their special cocktails which were all very good but one definitely stood out more than the others...Monkey business (whiskey, lemon, banana, and nutmeg). We also had the pink flamingo which was mezcal and llime/watermelon/aperol. This cocktail was served with a cute pink flamingo shaped garnish. Lastly, we also ordered the serenity cove which was a Thai basil infused vodka with toasted coconut and pear...yummy right?. We were also a bit hungry so ordered a vegetable crudite which was delicious. Mix of asparagus, cucumber, and baby zucchini served on a bed of hummus . It was a very good portion and tasty good but felt the dish was shy of hummus. When we mentioned this to the server she was very kind to bring us a side of extra hummus. We also ordered their tuna poke which was good but felt there was a little much of sesame oil. Overall very good dishes and cocktails.
