We ordered the tuna roll. It was good.

We stayed at the Hilton Waterfront Resort in Huntington Beach, which is where this lounge is located, 9th floor. It was stunning. The service was great, and the items we tried were good. It was worth the visit, and I love how they give you a complimentary drink if you stay there. The Dj was also playing all the great hits which made me reminisce while I watched the sunset. It was a beautiful afternoon. I will return.

Beautiful spot overlooking the beach. The chicken flatbread and salt and pepper wings are fantastic. Two of the best dishes I've ever had no cap. Service is quick, drinks and ambience are fire too

Recently had a Date Night with my wife at Offshore 9, great food and drinks, view was AMAZING, Pacfic Ocean for mikes, and colorful sunset. We will be going back for sure!

Bang bang cauliflower without the bang

The lounge is located on the rooftop of the Waterfront Beach Resort. The view is lovely. The service is terrible. We sat at a table for so long before someone came to serve us. We went for happy hour and ordered the bang bang cauliflower and pizza. They did not even put the sauce on the cauliflower, it was just fried cauliflower. The pizza was extremely small and did not even have enough sauce or toppings. Terrible.

Hot girl dinner with salad and fries. One cocktail also included

The one star deduction is for management: this establishment is woefully understaffed. But otherwise, amazing location and views on the rooftop at the waterfront Hilton. We loved the "hot girl" dinner promo with Weber ranch vodka- great deal! Limited food menu but our fries and salad were fine. Cocktail menu also similarly limited but still tasty. There was a DJ spinning peppy lounge, but on the weekends I heard it's more R&B and pop. Brielle on service was lovely and friendly. But as she was essentially working alone, wait times for everything were quite prolonged. Fyi Locals get 30% off on Tuesdays. There's a a lot of potential here so I hope the hotel gets with its own program and steps up its game.

The place on the 9th floor would be cool but it was not just cool , it was ice-cold! And since the heaters apparently did not work, the freezing part was very unpleasant ! Fortunately, the food and drinks were very good: Lobster wontons, chipotle chicken flatbread, and the charcuterie board were wonderful.

I've frequented this place before. It's been a minute though. We came here on a Friday evening around 6 PM. Find parking in the front at metered it's a lot cheaper than parking in the hotel. This hotel rooftop is located at the waterfront hotel, which is a beautiful hotel. Rooftop on floor nine. Service is excellent. Food is decent but pricey. What do you expect with that view of Huntington Beach across the way. They made recent renovations and it has made the place so much nicer because now it has an awning with glass windows that can close off from the breeze. I love this place for this year vibes. I'll always be back.

Decent rooftop bar and lounge in the waterfront hotel in HB. It's in the second tower, so there is a bit of a walk if you arrive at the main hotel. Walking through the hotel was interesting, as there were many areas along the walk (the Cabo wabo restaurant and the pool area). Everyone that we encountered was friendly and relaxed. Parking is $30, but you can get it validated and pay $10 under 3 hours. The view from the lounge was very nice- probably even better at night or on July 4th Makes me want to pay $500 plus a night and try the hotel out, although the reviews don't match the property, which looked 4-5 star.

I was staying at the Waterfront and decided to stop by to celebrate an early Mother's Day. Kevin, the host, was so helpful from the start with helping us with a reservation, and our server, Natalie, was so great and attentive! The food was fantastic, drinks were so yummy and the overall vibe was amazing. Kevin also gave us a couple desserts to try - so kind and we feel so pampered!! 10/10 would come again.

My friend and I came to Offshore 9 on a Sunday afternoon specifically to catch the sunset--and it did not disappoint! We pulled into the hotel and were happy to find valet parking with a discount once validated--super convenient. Once we got up to Offshore 9, we were lucky to grab a table just as another group was leaving. Perfect timing! I ordered an espresso martini, and wow--it was absolutely delicious and strong. Just what I needed. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, which really made the experience even better. The view was stunning--we had the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the ocean. Between the atmosphere, great service, and beautiful scenery, it was such a relaxing and memorable time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy good drinks with an amazing view. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I came for our anniversary and absolutely loved our experience. Our server Desiree was so wonderful and kind, making the experience that much better! I can't say enough nice things about her, she made me smile from ear to ear the whole night. The view is beautiful and the food is delicious! We had the spicy chicken flatbread, the chicken sliders, and the blondie dessert, all were excellent! I wish we lived closer so we could come back all the time!

Came here during a gloomy/cloudy evening. Surprisingly there is an actual roof for this bar! You can see the ocean from the seating area and it's a really nice place to just sit back, wind down, and relax with some alcohol (also have mocktails) while looking at the view. I ordered 2 drinks, the Cat 5 Sangria and Blood Orange Sour (whiskey based). Both were pretty good but very slightly on the stronger side. Service is quick, efficient, and the server was super friendly and humorous. It's a "rooftop" lounge in the sense that it still has a roof or shelter above you. Would rec if you're looking for place to drink and chat.

Had the best time with my friends here last week! They recently got a new menu that I was so excited to try out. I highly recommend the sangria and honey chipotle chicken flatbread. Also love the DJ they have here on the weekends! They play house music and it's the perfect vibe and ambience to watch the sunset.

Busy hustle type vibe with the diners, cars on PCH and beachgoers. Park in the underground structure, get validated. Food we ordered: - Calamari: Standard quality with light batter and soft pieces. The pesto sauce was very good. - Ribeye House Butchered Cut: I ordered mine Black & Blue (aka Pittsburg Style) which can be difficult. They did a very good job with it. Outside had good crunchy sear in most areas and soft tender rare inside. It was generously seasoned topped with compound butter. I subbed the garlic fries for mash potatoes which was just okay. Overall, very impressed. Steak is my favorite. - Picanha: Flat Iron Steak topped with chimichuri. Ordered medium rare and it came out cooked perfect. Very soft and tender pieces. The garlic fries were very good and the arugula salad had a nice blend of citrusy and savory flavor. Overall, the food was great. Lots of seasoning and flavors. We were celebrating a birthday so they brought out a complimentary chocolate cake and ice cream. Very nice gesture. Another note; Service was great and the manager also walked the floor the entire time to check in on guests, run food, clear tables when needed and helped his staff. As someone who's worked in restaurants, that's always nice to see.

When we checked in at noon, the place had some patrons, but more than two-thirds of the restaurant was empty. The bartender was also our server on the patio. He was friendly and attentive enough. Back to the food - I had the prime rib dip, and it looked really good, but the meat was extremely salty!!! The bottom buns were mushy from condensation too. And the au jus was not good. The horseradish was really good though. My friend said the steak on her salad was good, but the salad was awful because of how drenched it was in dressing. My other friend said his fish tacos were average at best. I felt embarrassed because I was the one who picked this place. On a positive note, the NA Aperol NOOH was really good! Such a shame because the view is so beautiful and the restaurant aesthetic is really nice, but the food is just that bad. Parking - they do validate parking for the first two hours free in their building garage.

The decor is absolutely beautiful, with a cozy lounge feel, great music, and that hidden speakeasy energy that makes the night feel special. This speakeasy is known for taking your cell phone and having a no photo policy. So when they didnt take our phones, we thought we were being sneaky with taking photos. Turns out on Sundays, it is their relaxed day where you are allowed to keep your phone, and they have the side door out onto PCH open. I loved this, but also hated it if I am being honest. PCH is so loud with motorcycles non stop, and it made the room very light. It didnt really feel like a speakeasy as you could enter right off the street. We entered through the hostess stand at HQ Gastropub. I had asked one of the hostesses what we needed to do and she stated she just arrived for work and I would have to ask another hostess when they came up to the stand. Bit weird, not the friendliest welcome, but the staff inside Graceland made up for that. The hostess lets them know we are there and someone comes out to take us back to the red door in the middle of the restaurant down a hall of colored barrels. Typically that is the only place you are allowed to take a photo before you hand over your phone. Back to the service. The bartender was AMAZING. She was so friendly and just amazing. Our waitress was great too, they were both helping us out. I wish I got the bartenders name, she was such a ray of sunshine and sparkle. Literally, she had a sequin top on and the sun hitting it put sparkle across the entire room. I had two glasses of chardonnay that were delicious. I also had a sip of my friends drinks and they were DELICIOUS! We did order food, and I ordered the spicy garlic edamame but never received it. I also was not charged for it, so it is what it is. The sushi nachos were good, as well as the beignets. I am not going to share the photos I took here, because I feel they want to keep it a surprise and I honor that. I would like to come back another time when the door is not open, it is darker and more private for the full speakeasy experience.

The truffle chicken is such a perfect dish for me, especially because all I usually eat is protein and veggies. The truffle flavor is strong, which is a good thing! The wontons were cooked nicely and yummy. Not overcooked so don't need to worry about soggy dumpling wrapping paper. The alcoholic drink we ordered was something along the lines of "monkey" in the name of it. It was delicious!! Cold and sweet. The crab roe dish was great. The crab flavor is pretty strong, which I love - no complaints there. I'll definitely return to try out some more dishes. We also got a stir fry beef veggie dish, which I noticed now I forgot to take a photo of. It was delicious as well; lots of garlic in that so beware. Don't worry, they have mouth wash in the bathrooms, which is so considerate and convenient! Our servers were nice and attentive.
