My partner and I were consolidating both our places into one new apartment. (With my stuff combined) it was a TON of stuff. These guys were in time, professional, had a ton of extra boxes, wrapped our furniture with care, were able to get a huge king size mattress up our tight hallway stair and handled everything great. Would use them again.

Anton and his crew showed up on time and got right to work. They wrapped everything for protection during loading, transport, and unloading. The truck was packed and contents were secured properly with straps. The job was completed within the time frame that was estimated from the beginning. I would strongly recommend Treck Movers.

They did such a good job the first time, we hired them for the actual move. We were moving from the in-laws house, 3 bedrooms of stuff from a 5 bedroom house, most of which is upstairs, to the new house, of which everything was upstairs. They navigated around the existing furniture with care. The price was very reasonable. The two men were efficient and patient, supplying boxes and materials when we under-estimated how much stuff we had. They helped us pack some clothes. I highly recommend Trek Movers!

I called around and felt this service was fairly priced so I gave them a try. Their service and detail and attention to detail was a 10/10. They wrapped all my furniture, took extra chair even for the minimal items I said were not that big of a deal, and helped with the move start to finish. They were very friendly and didn't mind even when I asked to rearrange some stuff and move some items even if I felt it was an inch off . Very very friendly, fast, professional and made my move hands off and a breeze . Highly recommend

We moved last weekend! This company is so awesome! Sent a few email and text reminder prior and 3 guys came and worked their butt off!!! Did a Starbucks run for them and bought lunch when we arrived at our new place! They worked tirelessly nonstop and took care of our belongings and wrapped everything up so nicely! No hidden fees, no heavy item or stairs fee! Highly recommend this company! Got a few quotes and others wanted to charge $50 mileage/gas fee when we just moved 3 miles down the road and heavy item fees. But Trek movers all cost were included and they came with the cutest truck!!! Thank you!! read more

We hired trek to do a flat rate move for our family. Their quote was 1/2 of another company I was referred, and included some packing and only required 1 day. Everything was done neatly and timely. We had Arthur's team and they were amazing to work With. I never want to move again, but should we need to I will call trek for sure read more

Oh my goodness, this could not have gone better. They handle everything from the large stuff to the small stuff that I didn't even know how to pack. They non stopped moved everything until it was done on three flights of stairs no elevator with great attitudes. Everything gets professionally wrapped and handled carefully! We just finished up moving our office with Trek Movers and they were so great! We didn't have a lot of furniture, but it was all big & heavy and had to be moved through an old Victorian Era house with narrow hallways, while avoiding antiques. These movers were very careful as well as friendly and patient as we kept moving things around. And they thoughtfully suggested putting in power cords prior to putting furniture against walls. They confirmed with me and were very gracious about a last-minute change. Highly recommend them! read more

Just used Trek Movers for a local move. It's been a smoothie process from getting an estimate through the end of the move! They performed a virtual estimate and gave us both a flat rate and hourly quote with both cash and credit card rates. Everything went smoothly with constant communication leading up to the move. I'm so happy I found Trek movers, everything from scheduling to the day of the move was fantastic! Tom and his crew showed up on time, we walked through everything which was being moved then they got to work. They did the all of the packing for us and did an amazing job ensuring everything was packed with care. We moved from a 4 bedroom home to another 4 bedroom home so it was no small move and a lot to pack. The whole crew worked so hard and it was a long day but I couldn't be happier with the crew and experience. I hate moving and these guys made it a breeze! Trek did a great job packing our container for our move to the big island in HI!!! They took very good care not to ding the house and our personal goods. They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) I recently used OC Moving Services for a local move within the same apartment complex. What I thought would be a simple 5-hour move ended up taking over 9 hours. While the duration was unexpected, I attribute it to the long walks from my four storage closets to the elevator. Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). Room for Improvement: I would love to see moving companies offer more "flat-rate" structures or do "mid-way time checks." I finally had a friend tell me he utilized yelp for a project inquiry and that helped in getting businesses to reach out to me with a little more of a targeted price, but it also felt like a lot of the responses where AI responses. Prime Moving was the only company who called me. I honestly still wasn't 100% sold as I wanted a more concrete rate that I would be paying and not put in a situation where any movers knowing it's an hourly rate past the required 3 hours could take advantage of the situation and take longer to get more money. I fully understand it's nearly impossible to determine how long a move will take but I think most still want some sense of security that it'll only cost "xyz" amount. This isn't a comment specific to Prime Moving but the moving industry as a whole from what I experienced. A friend had mentioned they utilized Prime Moving so I felt that bit of security and ultimately went with them. Adam was one of the two movers and both were very kind and professional. THEY MADE A TRICKY JOB LOOK EASY :) We recently moved to a new place and, unfortunately, our couch did not fit through the stairwell. I saw that the only way would be to move it through the balcony. Since it was quite a specific case, I looked up on Yelp for movers who could help me do the job. Most movers weren't able to accommodate or would charge a minimum hour rate of 3hrs. When I called Trek, I spoke to Dave; he took the time to consult and talk to me to get a good understanding of my situation and advise the best options. He was accommodating and very clear on the process, and offered a flexible rate for this job instead of charging the minimum. It was easy to communicate with him, and after our talk I felt completely reassured that I had found the right people. The crew arrived promptly the morning of, driving from LA, and also texted me beforehand on their arrival time. Dima and the team were respectful and got straight to the job. They were careful, efficient, and in no time, had moved the couch through our balcony with ease! I have never hired movers so I was nervous. Didn't know what to expect, thought they would just milk me since the job is by the hour. Thought there would be no communication. BOY WAS I WRONG!! THIS COMPANY WAS THE BEST DECISION I HAD MADE DURING MY MOVE! When I first requested information on their services, they were very attentive and answered my questions thoroughly, they were patient and kind and kept me informed via text and email of my upcoming move. On the day of the move they were on time! I had requested 3 movers with their truck. They were very careful with my furniture, wrapped up everything with care. As we arrived at my new place i saw other moving companies unloading furniture for my neighbors and they didnt even wrap the furniture to protect it! This is the best moving company I have used in my life . They were punctual ( a little early which was amazing ) , so kind and cared for all my items that were being moved . No damage done to anything during my move . The time was taken to protect all my furniture with moving blankets and saran wrap. The whole team had a system on how to load and unload the truck . When I called to inquire about a quote for moving ( with in a short time span only a week out ) their lovely receptionist was able to clearly explain the quote . Unlike other companies I called there was many hidden fees and they could not explain clearly what I would be charged . Sam (Foreman), Anat, and Almasc were amazing. They were scheduled to come to my house between 8-9am. I got a notification that they would be at my house between 9:00-9:30am, they were there by 9:15am. I told them the items that needed to be moved from my 2 story house, they got to it. They wrapped and carefully loaded all my furniture. In addition, they disassemble a broken bedframe and helped me move it to my garage. They then meet me at my new 2 story location and worked to unload everything and helped me place all the furniture where it needed to be. The guys moved an entire living room, kitchen, and bedroom for two 2 story locations in 4hrs. They were nice and helpful! I had never used movers before, but I will use this company again!!! Oleksiy and his team really did a fantastic job with our moving project in San Clemente this summer. From the very beginning they were courteous and professional, and worked efficiently without rushing. Overall I thought they took great care of both our home and belongings by planning out their work intelligently, using plenty of pads and wraps, and taking the time to move things carefully when needed. When we had all the boxes moved, they also assembled some new furniture quickly and competently, which we really appreciated as it saved us a lot of time and hassle finding other help to build the furniture. We have used Trek Twice in 1 Month. Once to move my mom and then the big move. Pairing down from a 4 Bedroom to 2 Bedroom with difficult upstairs twisted stairs and an even a more difficult narrow stair case in the unit itself. Max and his 3 man team were spot on. They wrap everything in plastic to insure your belongings are well protected and are extremely careful and most considerate. They stacked our garage in most professional and safe manner. Trek Movers crew is fantastic! First of all, they arrived exactly on time - really appreciate it as the last days of moving are always so hectic! We had a lot of fragile items and they were super careful when loading them into the trailer and then to pods we were using. Guys also disassembled the remaining furniture (fussy IKEA) and wrapped it nice and tight to make sure nothing gets damaged! Our 2bd apartment was located far from the loading elevator but they still managed to load everything in 2.5 hours! The company emailed a confirmation 5 days prior and a day prior to let us know that everything was set and what to expect. The gentlemen that moved us called 40 minutes before arrival. They HUSTLED! It was at 100 degrees on Labor Day weekend in Orange County. (We made sure we had waters for them ). They were so kind and quick.
