We moved last weekend! This company is so awesome! Sent a few email and text reminder prior and 3 guys came and worked their butt off!!! Did a Starbucks run for them and bought lunch when we arrived at our new place! They worked tirelessly nonstop and took care of our belongings and wrapped everything up so nicely! No hidden fees, no heavy item or stairs fee! Highly recommend this company! Got a few quotes and others wanted to charge $50 mileage/gas fee when we just moved 3 miles down the road and heavy item fees. Prior to the date, there were text and phone reminders. On moving day, I got a call confirming they were on the way and estimating when they'd arrive. I was not as packed as I needed to be and just feeling pretty overwhelmed. Arthur had such a reassuring, calming manner. They're professionals; they do this all the time and my mountain of stuff was completely manageable from their perspective. This really lowered my anxiety. The whole time, I could see they were working hard and being efficient with the time. They handled my boxes with care. They packed the wardrobe boxes then hung all my clothes in my new closet. All of my furniture was covered with blankets and shrink wrapped. I asked them to take out my curtain rod holders because I don't have a drill, and they did and put them together so they wouldn't be lost. And the end of the story is my move is complete. All of my stuff made it in great shape! Even my planters didn't have a chip or a crack. My mattress was dirt free. My dishes didn't break. It was great!
