The first time i ever talked to the new manager she lied to my face multiple times. Vikki does nothing besides makes mistakes. I understand no one is perfect, but with the amount of mistakes she has made she should have been fired by now. Heres a wonderful example of a mistake that she made. She sent out an official letter to every resident at ONE60 via usps. The letter stated there would only be a rent increase of $100 a month. When it came time to resign my lease i was told the actual increase was $225 per month and that the noticed we received "was just a mistake". Not once between sending that notice to trying to resign my lease did they ever try to rectify that mistake, or even acknowledge the "mistake". They have failed to give a 24hr notice prior to entering my unit. Then i was threatened with a "strike on my record" because they were not able to gain access to my unit when they never gave a notice. The worst offense though is the build quality of the apartments themselves. In my unit for example if we get a heavy rain storm the corner of my unit in the living room will flood. When I reported the flooding i was told by their maintenance staff that there is nothing they can do to fix it, because it is an issue with the foundation. I had constant issues with my air conditioning unit leaking into my kitchen. Multiple issues with my dishwasher(which they claimed was my fault. Apparently im supposed to thoroughly wash my dishes spotless first then put them into the dishwasher). I was also told by a previous office member to stop putting in certain work orders for my unit. If you are sick of the issue being reported, maybe you should actually fix it the first time. Not get mad at me and tell me to stop reporting it. Then when you try to complain to the hire ups theyll, in short tell you to bad. Why do i say this? Well, i had to email one of the people above the manager on site. Some of the lights on the property have been out for a while and the security cameras were not working. In short what did they tell me? The security cameras are not there for resident safety, but only for the properties common areas. In short they dont care about you. Only their property. To summarize the office staff is incompetent and will lie directly to your face. The building quality is bad(they definitely sped through the building process). They find random crap to install onto the property or units to charge you more money(looking at you brivo crud home system). Finally you dont get what you are paying for. It is a rip off. Over $2,000 a month(plus fees) for a 2bd 2bth. "Competitive pricing". No. Thats another lie. You can move into a 3-4bd 3-4bth HOUSE for the same price or cheaper. Especially after all the fees they tac on. If corporate is reading this or any higher ups. Dont waste your time responding here. I emailed yall over a month ago and you told me to bad, so sad.

One thing you will love about living here is that everything.. and I mean, everything, is in close proximity to your apartment. There's a Costco down the street, a Lowe's and home Depot, t.j Maxx, more restaurants than you can shake a stick at, multiple grocery stores, a post office, medical centers, and everything else you could need without driving more than 10 minutes. One thing that my girlfriend and I like to do is go to a different breakfast spot. On the weekends. We have discovered that we could eat at a different spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner everyday for a year and never hit the same place twice! And bonus, they're all amazing! Every kind of food you can imagine is within a very short drive of this complex. Landscape is very well kept, and I absolutely love the maintenance guys that work here. Super friendly, super nice, very helpful, and very quick to respond when you have a problem. Plus they have a great mailbox system with very secure mailboxes and an Amazon locker. It's really just a matter of steps away from my apartment door to pick up my mail or an Amazon packages. The apartments themselves are very nicely appointed. Granted, some of the window dressings and appliances are the absolute bare minimum, lowest end that you could find. Find. But they are still functional and if there is ever a problem the maintenance guys come out and fix them ASAP. This is a small price to pay for having such inexpensive rent in a safe, well kept community. This place is very pet friendly, and there are multiple dogs that live in the complex. Plenty of dog relief stations with bags to pick up the poop. That's a very nice touch. Bottom line? I cannot think of a reason why you should not live here. Between the great front office, the maintenance people, the availability of everything you could possibly need, and just a comfortable place to live, you would be missing out by not living here.

The location is excellent, and for a long time the environment felt well‑maintained and comfortable. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined over the years. The community used to have a dedicated cleaning staff who regularly washed the walkways and kept the entrances to the buildings clean. Recently, basic upkeep has been inconsistent. Trash cans are left lying on the ground for days, and common areas often go unwashed, leaving greasy stains and dirt to accumulate. There was also a gun‑related incident on the property. Management responded quickly, but the impact of that event stays with residents. The lease policies are rigid and offer no understanding for sudden life changes like job loss or moving to a diffident sate. They require a strict 60‑day notice, and if you must leave earlier, they will charge the full contract break fee plus prorated rent for the days you lived there, with no flexibility regardless of how long you've been a resident. This used to be a great place to live, but the decline in upkeep and lack of empathy from management have made the experience disappointing.

Our car was towed within 14 minutes after being parked "illegally" weeks ago after getting out of the hospital with our medically complex child but anytime someone's parked in our spot we have to wait DAYS for it to be removed. Asked for the new manager Chelsea to call me over 3 weeks ago the day this happened and I was told she would call me on that Monday but I've yet to receive a call and refuse to continue trying to track her down. This is beyond sad as this place used to be so nice and offers great maintenance service but everything else has gone tremendously downhill the last couple of months.

I'm on SSDI and just used all my snap benefits to stock my refrigerator and still, nobody will come out from the emergency line. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but after everything my family has experienced, I feel it's important to share our experience. Living here has been a constant cycle of maintenance issues, including mold concerns, plumbing problems, electrical issues, and now a major air conditioning failure during one of the hottest times of the year. I first reported problems with my air conditioner on July 9. The compressor failed and was replaced, but the problem never went away. The unit continued making loud rattling noises, and the HVAC technician later explained that the replacement compressor was defective and was continuously running even when it shouldn't have been. As a result, my NV Energy bill has increased dramatically. I reported this repeatedly to the leasing office through work orders, emails, phone calls, and emergency maintenance requests. After numerous requests, a licensed HVAC technician finally came out and recommended replacing the entire air conditioning unit. Instead of replacing it, I was told that management had to approve the replacement. Before any decision was made, the compressor failed again. Maintenance then brought portable air conditioners, but one wasn't even installed correctly before they left. My family was left trying to cool our apartment with temporary equipment while we continued waiting for a permanent solution. This is not just an inconvenience. I have Multiple Sclerosis and suffer from heat intolerance. My wife has high blood pressure and other serious health conditions, and the excessive heat inside our apartment has negatively affected both of our health. We also have a cat recovering from major surgery that needs a stable indoor environment. What has been most frustrating is the lack of urgency and communication. Work orders continue to be marked as completed even though the actual problem remains unresolved. I have spent countless hours sending emails, making phone calls, following up with the leasing office, and contacting emergency maintenance, only to continue dealing with the same unresolved issue. I understand that equipment can fail. What I don't understand is why residents have to repeatedly fight for basic repairs, especially when health concerns have been clearly communicated and a licensed HVAC technician has already recommended replacing the unit. I hope management takes this seriously, not only for my family but for every resident who deserves a safe, properly maintained home. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property until significant improvements are made to both maintenance and management's response to serious repair issues.

I have always received a quick response from the office, and the maintenance crew is quick to fix anything that may need it. You won't find trash or any nonsense here, which I really appreciate. This is a quaint community with fantastic floor plans. The greenery is rare, especially for Vegas, which makes me love calling this place home even more. I would 100% recommend making Elysian your home.
