There's a fantastic golf shop attached and service is amazing. Cons: Without fail there are a handful of dysfunctional or out of order bays. The Trackman golf sensors often misread or miss a shot and there's no way to fix it. Bays and screens look like they've never been cleaned (tons of dust). I'm not too crazy about the table and chairs. I find the stool chairs (over the lower metal ones) to be very uncomfortable and tables just collect dirt (more things that should be cleaned). Overall I highly recommend this place, they just have a few things to work on.

Three very simple tips later and only 15 minutes into my first lesson, Frank had me hitting straighter and more consistently than I ever have. Had lesson #3 today and cannot believe the results. My only regret is not reaching out to him sooner and instead spending the last year and a half on YouTube videos, endless hours at the range on my own and multiple rounds just getting more frustrated. In addition to being an amazing teacher and coach, Frank is just a great guy and fun to spend time with. Highly recommend!

I have been an high handicap golfer for the past 15 years. At 52 yrs old, I had to make a decision to see if I really want to improve my game. It's been interesting, I knew my game would get worst before I start seeing improvement. And I was correct! However, whats keeping me going is that I am starting to see shots I haven't done before. Shortly after, I received multiple texts that felt less like a confirmation and more like a sales qualification funnel--asking me to choose between options like committing to a membership, trying a short-term package, or just visiting. Once I indicated I was visiting, the tone shifted. I was then told the complimentary class is only for locals willing to sit through a membership presentation, and was redirected toward paid options instead. That's where the experience lost me. If the "free first class" is conditional, it should be clearly stated before booking--not after a reservation is made and followed by a string of sales-driven messages. As it stands, it comes across as a bait-and-switch. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or hospitality for a very common customer type in boutique fitness: travelers. There was no attempt to accommodate, no "we'd still love to have you in," just a pivot to pricing. I want to be clear--this isn't a reflection of the Pure Barre brand as a whole. I've had consistently great experiences at other locations. But this particular interaction felt transactional, impersonal, and misaligned with the welcoming, community-driven environment the brand typically represents. We also noticed an additional open lot next to the garage where you can park for free; however, it is gated and the surface is mostly dirt and rocks, so just something to keep in mind. One thing we didn't come across was a public restroom, so it's unclear where the nearest one is located. Overall, it's a great area to visit and enjoy events. My only suggestion would be to add more parking options or provide a designated free parking area for visitors, so not everyone has to pay for parking.

Most people don't realize you could grab a day pass for around $15 (family pass is like $25), which is such a good deal for everything you get. Memberships start @$35. They've got all the essentials--gym, group x classes, pools, basketball court, lockers, showers. Nothing fancy at all but everything you actually need.They also offer sponsorships for those in need . Kinda a " no one gets turned away " philosophy. The staff here were also great. I was greeted right away, did a quick waiver, and they gave me a full tour without rushing it. Answered all my questions and made it really easy to feel comfortable walking in as a first-timer& Overall just a really easy, no-pressure environment. Definitely coming back to actually get a workout in next time.

I'm not sure the "teacher" has any sort of special training; actually i don't think I ever even saw the teacher or had any feedback from him/her(?) in the 4 months we attended. During this time I saw no change in skill or ability from this class. He didn't particularly enjoy it either. It seemed that the front desk assistant frequently taught the class which started late and ended early regularly. My son benefited from the Young Rembrandt's program at his school more than this program and YR, for the most part, just taught him how to shade. So the bar wasn't set extremely high. This school also requires a registration fee ($60) to even try any of the classes and also requires a credit card on file which they cannot update except in person. There isn't any online account management.. They don't allow for over the phone changes and their withdrawal policy is also very strict so we ended up paying for a month we didn't want. They also sent my credit card information entire number, expiration date, ccv code, address and full name (!) in clear text VIA EMAIL unencrypted which is very very horrendous security policy for a company who requires this information be provided. They are not obviously not PCI compliant so I'd be wary of providing them this information. They aren't particularly nice or friendly either. We won't be back.

I witnessed multiple children putting toys in their mouths (which is totally normal for kids), but what was concerning was that those same toys were often placed right back into shared play areas. While I later learned there is a designated bin for toys that have been in kids' mouths, this wasn't communicated upfront, and I didn't see it being consistently used or enforced. There also seemed to be inconsistency when it came to staff involvement. Across my two visits, I did see some staff members actively cleaning up and returning toys to their proper places, which I appreciated. However, I also observed others simply picking up toys and dropping them into corners of the rooms without any real organization or sanitizing. I completely understand that keeping up with kids is a challenge--I'm a parent too--but that's where consistent staff engagement becomes really important. Another issue was the level of parental supervision. Many parents were on their phones while their kids played freely. Again, that's ultimately a parenting responsibility, but in a shared environment like this, it contributes to the overall hygiene and safety concerns. I also want to mention that I found the staff presentation a bit unprofessional, which added to the overall impression that things weren't being closely managed. To be fair, you do sign a waiver regarding illness, and I understand that no play space can be completely germ-free. However, I did end up contracting chickenpox exactly 10 days after visiting, which makes me seriously question the effectiveness of their cleaning and sanitizing practices. Overall, this place is incredibly cute and full of potential. With more consistent staff involvement, clearer communication, better sanitization systems, and encouragement for parents to stay engaged, it could be an amazing environment. Right now, though, it falls short of what it could and should be.
