Easy breezy, in and out. Car rental drop off basically at the terminal door, so running a bit late for your flight isn't a death sentence.

It had to happen- construction and remodeling. More car rentalplaces, more souvenirs.. The TC as everywhere is growing. Time will tell if this sweet small airport will retain real human people instead of jaded airport employees as in other cities. read more

Teeny tiny little airport, with 2 teeny tiny baggage claims, and WAAAAAY picky security staff. At first, I thought I was going to miss my fight until I came to the realization that I was standing in front of one of the FIVE gates as the 2 TSA people dug through my possessions. My gate was no more than 50 feet from security. Once I was through security, "livestock yard" kept popping into my head. The place was packed. All the chairs were taken, people were leaning against windows sills, each other, and sitting on the floor, and it was very hard to move around. You will need to walk outside on the tarmac to board/disembark from your plane, so be prepared for that. Unlike many teeny tiny regional airports, there is a legitimate restaurant and bar here, not just vending machines (Shreveport, I'm talkin' to you!). read more

Traveled between Tri-Cities and Salt Lake City via Delta. And this, by far, is the smallest airport I've ever been to! Not much to say about it, other than it's so small that all the amenities are close together. Hardly any wait at the ticketing counter and security screening. Btw, they don't play around in baggage claim! So if you miss your luggage in the 5 minute carousel ride, then just head over to the airline counter and they'll have it in the back. read more

Quick airport that serves my needs. Almost zero amenities, a whole whooping 10sq ft of bar space. Well it beats driving to Seattle or Spokane! Saw pics of the future remodel set to start soon, looks pretty sweet! read more

This is a tiny out of the way Airport so beware the security officers there need to make themselves feel important. Don't let somebody picking you up (at 11 at night so no traffic) even hover a bumper over the cross walk area for 30 seconds. If you do the "security" officer will scold your driver for 5 minutes about how this is a horrible offense and is cite-able. What a jerk! I am so glad I was not the driver or at the very least I would have left with cell phone pictures and a ticket. . Small airport with almost no wait to get through security. Everyone was friendly and efficient. No frills here but it serves the purpose. Not many places to eat so you may want to dine before or after your flight. read more

I love the breeze of traveling through this little airport. There is ample, inexpensive parking and because if is so small you can whip right through check in and security. In recent years several major hubs have been added so you can get to everywhere from here at competitive prices. read more

What a shame. A brand new airport and the design is so inefficient. Backed up check in lines in front of front entrance, not enough seating or room for boarding lines at gate, and now waiting for 30 minutes for the driver to show up on a 50 degree day. Which will cause my next flight to b missed. read more

I have mixed feelings about this airport. I definitely like the fact that it is small and it's easy and fast to get to your gate. on the flipside there's really nothing to do while waiting for your flight. Last time I was there I was traveling with a friend who needed some extra accommodations and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. read more

Good basic airport, easy rental car pickup/return.

By far the easiest airport to get into, get out of, and pick up from, in the northwest. Service is pretty strong as well, given that both United and Delta are both operated by Skywest, so their staff can switch between airlines in peak times to keep things moving. It'd be nice to see PSC's TSA get the millimeter-wave cylinders here since, you know, the tech was developed and patented 15 miles away... read more

I fly into the Pasco Airport a lot during the winter months, when the roads are nasty between here and my college. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, and I've never seen an airport with faster security lines. The airport is tiny in comparison to Seattle or Denver, but it is nice because everything is streamlined. There are only three gates, but this will likely change with their planned expansion. Flying out or into Pasco is painless and easy. I definitely recommend it! read more

Small, yet very organized domestic airport. This was my first time flying into and out of PSC, and I couldn't be any more pleased. The staff is very friendly, and the check-in process (counter and TSA) went by very smoothly. My only 1st world gripe was having to wait in a tent for our luggage (temps were scorching in June, triple digits at 110+ degrees), but hey! We don't control the weather, we can only live with it :) I'm happy I had a very pleasant experience considering I'll be traveling to the tri-cities area more often now to visit family, can't wait to come back! read more

* United airlines. * I have traveled many places, many different times and I have never been treated more disrespectful ever then I have with the past two flights I have flown with you guys. We had multiple problems including a cancellation due to a flight attendant not being there. Which turned into "weather reason" so that you didn't have to front the money for a hotel or anything else. Also we couldn't even fly into our destination until Tuesday, so my parents had to drive 4 hours to come pick us up so we could be at work on Monday. No one once said I'm so sorry or what can I due to make this better. Coming from a person who deals with customer service daily I was dumbfounded by the reactions of these people. I'm all about if you give me respect I will respect you but the comment I got from one of your phone representatives was "well your out of luck till Tuesday". Excuse me if my boss heard me say this to a customer I would be fired in a heartbeat. I wasn't looking for a miracle but a little common courtesy and sympathy would have been just perfect for me. But due to this I will no longer fly or recommend this company to anyone. You have lost my business. I hope this statement will make you reconsider how you treats paying customers in the future and this world is ran by customer service so if you can't find that you'll be ran out just like other who forgot what customer service was all about. read more

So the airport is clean, convenient and friendly, however, for the extra cost of flying out of a small airport, the parking fees are too high. So for some of the 'big city' peeps that are used to paying high fees, $10 a day with no cap limit seems like a deal. But when you add an extra $80 parking fee to an already high priced ticket, it makes the overall cost of departing from small airports questionable. Definitely worth doing the math more next time. It's a great little airport and by little I mean tiny. Why is an airport serving 750,000 people so small? But still it is a great airport. It's kinda hellish to get to some times with traffic. Once you are inside the airport you have see it all. The is nowhere to eat so be prepared. There is suppose to be an expansion project that adds some restaurants that will be completed in 2 and a half years. So yea great airport but nothing special. read more

Typically flying in and out of the Pasco airport is a nice save on time for us. In the past I have not had a lot of trouble with delayed flights in and out of Pasco, but as of lately is seems like the Pasco ground crew can't get it together enough to get planes out on time. I don't understand why it takes an hour to de-Ice a plane when you have 2 planes trying to get out of town. Figure it out Pasco airport. You keep this up and people will find it more convenient to fly out of Spokane or other close by airports. read more

I do not like giving 1 star reviews but I was seriously tempted to do just that here. There are 3 airlines that fly out of this airport: Allegiance/Alaskan, United, and Delta. Out of those three you would expect there was an option for United customers to be able to print boarding passes, but no, sadly there is not. If you do not come prepared with your boarding pass, you will have to wait in the baggage check line for the two people they have working the desk to print it for you. After you are finally finished with this line, you are hearded into the security line that literally picks through every piece of baggage and there are only 2 lines for the whole airport. If there is liquid not in a plastic bag or over 3 oz. you might as well consider it theirs. Once you are through the gate and waiting for your plane to board, you'll notice that the same two people who checked you in, have now appeared at the flight gate and will be scanning you in for the flight as well. I'm guessing they slow you down at security so that they have a chance to move from one end of the airport to the other. So my second star is for the fact that there is actually an airport in this sad town. :( read more

Slow! For such a small airport the ticketing staff seemed a little unorganized. It could have been the questions people were asking because the line did more efficiently at times. This is a small airport. It has 4 gates. two baggage carousels, full rental car service and one diner like store that offers grilled food and snacks. I was there early in the morning and the bathroom and waiting area were not clean. I appreciated the airport because the closest international airport is over two hours away. read more

WARNING!!!! If you plan on picking up food at Jump Off Joe cafe at the airport think again. I went there early to grab lunch before my flight and they ran out of lunchmeat and could not make any sandwiches. This is not the first time as they frequently run out of food for breakfast as well. Be FOREWARNED pick up food before you get to the airport. There are NO other options when you arrive and nothing close by. read more

Facility is nice. Security was wanky. I have TSA precheck but was required to take off my shoes, belt, watch, and pull my liquids and laptop out of my bag (all benefits of this typically wonderful program, TSA precheck) after going through the cat scan portal into the beautiful terminal I was told I needed a full pat down where I was gently caressed by a nice bearded fellow who I could imagine at that point in time hated his job as much as I hated his job. Would be nice of TSA pre actually existed here. read more

Avoid Sea - Tac International Airport. As everyone knows Seattle - Tacoma International Airport has been a chaotic mess this summer with record passengers. Unless your flying International, fly out of Pasco or Spokane instead and fly through Denver, Minneapolis, or Salt Lake City then on to your final destination. read more
