From the moment we approached her, her attitude was rude, cold, and unwelcoming. As my friend and I were walking toward the equipment, my friend asked if I could take a tour of the gym, and she simply responded, "Okay," with no friendliness or customer service. Later, when my friend was trying to help me get a 30-day pass, she asked how I had gotten inside. Keep in mind, there was no one at the front desk when we entered, so there wasn't even an opportunity to check in. Throughout the entire interaction, her attitude remained snobby and dismissive, and there was absolutely no reason for it. What really stood out was watching her interact with men who walked into the gym afterward. Her demeanor completely changed--she smiled, greeted them warmly, and spoke to them in a much friendlier tone. It was obvious that the level of customer service she gave them was very different from how she treated me. She also had me waiting on the couch even though the manager wasn't helping anyone at the time. My friend and I asked the manager about her behavior, and he agreed there was no reason for it and said he would speak with her. No guest should be made to feel unwelcome the moment they walk through the door. A receptionist sets the tone for the entire gym experience, and everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

There are more workout stations, more equipment, and more lockers, so I rarely have to wait for a machine, even during busier times. The only downside is that the facility doesn't seem to be maintained as well as it could be. I've noticed some equipment that appears worn or damaged and could use repairs or replacement. The floors, including the women's restroom floor, have also been noticeably dirty during my visits. I also noticed a few members carrying their backpacks around the workout floor. While I understand people want to keep their belongings close, allowing bags on the gym floor could become a safety hazard if they're left near equipment or walkways. Overall, this location has great potential because of its size, variety of equipment, and friendly staff. With a little more attention to cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and enforcing gym policies, it could easily be an even better place to work out.

Machines and equipment look cool but then the dirtiness and lack of buttoning up items against the walls and electrical conduit make it seem dirty and unfinished. It's like a person who paints a room with a roller but doesn't edge. And then there are the trainers. Don't try to give somebody friendly advice because you've been lifting for 30yrs because they'll get mad at you for talking to other people that you didn't come with. They want those people to pay them for advice and some of them don't deserve it when you overhear them talking to their clients. I won't talk about the bathrooms. They've already been talked about.

Every time I was given the runaround until I finally spoke directly with the owner angel or Alex who assured me everything was fine and that he would personally cancel my membership. The staff kept saying they do not handle cancellations so I trusted the owner's word. Since May I have continued to be charged every single month. In August alone four payments were taken out totaling 134 dollars and overall I have now been charged 260 dollars in unnecessary fees. This is completely unacceptable. I expect an immediate call back and resolution. I have been patient and professional long enough but clearly this business does not keep its word, ignores cancellation requests, and makes it impossible to reach a real person. I hope they see this review because future customers deserve to know the truth before signing up.

He loved the variety of activities and made so many new friends. He came home with fun stories each day. I loved that they offered a variety of options from 2 days/week to 5 days. We returned last summer and an unexpected and sudden medical event threw our summer for a loop. They were beyond kind and accommodating. Michael, the owner, personally made sure we were taken care of at a very scary time and was just incredibly kind and communicative. I can't thank him and his staff enough for the support. I would recommend this camp for any family. Its like a classic, old-school summer day camp experience!

My son attended Adventurewood camp for the first time this week. For the most part he enjoyed…read morehimself -- particularly the characters they introduce throughout the week. However, we decided to pull him out for next week because of a very disturbing situation. He shared that a counselor had pushed him with both hands on his shoulders during a capture the flag activity. He had dropped his flag and was putting it back on when a counselor (he didn't know her name) pushed him back hard enough to make him lose his balance and fall. She also barked "you need to reset!" She didn't ask if he was ok or help him up. You'd think if this was an accidental push and he fell over she would say something like "sorry bud are you ok? Here let me help you up" but nope, not a word. A friend he's attending camp with witnessed the whole incident. Since I pick them both up in the afternoons they both recounted this situation to me and both of them noted how inappropriate her behavior was. I immediately reached out to Michael, the owner of the camp. He said he wanted to identify this counselor and get her side of the story. Understandable. My son felt uncomfortable going back the next day but I reassured him it would be handled and offered to drop him off in the morning and stick around to talk to Michael and the counselor. I wanted him to feel safe. Michael identified her (her name is Carson) and said he wanted to talk to her first, which he did a few feet away from me. I heard her say she didn't push him. They then walked over to me and she again denied everything. So we asked both kids to come over and recount what happened. They both did -- in front of her -- and reiterated she pushed him. She denied even touching him. So Michael suggests at this point that perhaps it was an accident and my son responds by saying "how do you push someone like that by accident?!" No response. So I ask her, are you saying these kids are lying? She again said she didn't touch him and at this point we send the kids away. I'm incensed because not only does she gaslight both of them to their face but tells this bold faced lie to her boss in front of the campers and me. I tell her I believe them and I think she's the one lying. At this point she gives me this dirty look - angry, irritated and almost rolls her eyes at me. I turn to Michael and say "and now she's giving ME an attitude?!" Unbelievable. In a follow up call, he tells me how good of a person she is and that this is shocking for him to hear but that she doesn't seem like someone who would do something like this...that she's getting her teacher credentials and he knows her really well. I am getting the vibe he doesn't actually believe any of this and he sounds very skeptical. I respond by telling him that it's almost always surprising when people exhibit bad behavior and that even teachers do bad things...that doesn't make her any more credible in my eyes. He acknowledged that. In fact, it's worse because I would be really concerned to have someone like that teaching a kid. Lack of empathy, accountability, and integrity. I mean, I think it's great he's trying to have her back but there are moments in life when you need to draw a line and act swiftly...these are one of those moments. Because ultimately, this impacts the reputation of your camp. I told him that it would be good to offer training to his staff in case this ever happens again in the future and honestly he sounded baffled and asked me to clarify...I said well maybe tell your staff not to give dirty looks to a mom who's clearly upset that her son just got pushed by a grown adult at summer camp?? I told him that the response to this situation could've resulted in a totally different outcome. Had she said something like "I really don't recall pushing you but if I inadvertently did and made you feel bad I'm sorry - I didn't mean to do that" - I would've went home that morning feeling fine about the situation. When I told him this he said that he's not going to police all her reactions, that she's still young, that she's still learning and made all kinds of excuses for her. Exhausting. Apparently she got a "warning" and will sit out of the flag activity (umm, ok...). He seems like a smart guy and wish him nothing but success in the future and I was earnestly trying to offer advice for how to handle a situation like this better but it fell on deaf ears. I really hope that some kind of learning comes out of this for both of them. Oh and to top it off, my son's friend told her mom that Carson was giving her looks several times throughout the day today and when she asked what kind she said "side eye" looks. NOT COOL. My son also said she was kind of mean to him but wondering why they were even in close proximity when Michael said they'd absolutely be separated and would not see each other? Validates we both made the right choice by pulling them both out. He offered a refund but I'm still pissed about the situation.

I previously had a membership at this gym before switching to a gym the had more amenities. This gym has a great vibe and has a really cool community, however their action during the Covid 19 pandemic has ruined this place, at least for now. The owner is turning a blind eye to orders from The state, the county and our local government. Instead of listening to these government bodies and health professionals he has decided to stay open and even worse when defying those orders, isn't even making masks mandatory. Seriously if you're going to stay open for profits at least try to be as safe as possible. Also the owner does not seem at all that he will do anything since he keeps replying to reviews but stating that new "ground breaking " research from Oslo university says it's safe to go back to the gyms. What he has failed to do was simply read the whole article and not just the headline. If he had actually read it he would know that this information was gathered in Norway a country that has only around 9,500 cases, where as LA county has over 200,000. The author even pointed this out stating that there was very little cases in Oslo when this study was done, around 2,000. Besides from that doesn't common sense also tell us that when a virus that spreads in the air through droplets when breathing, it may not be smart to be close to people in a small place with circulating air breathing really heavily with no masks. This is a warning more towards people thinking about going here rather than the owner since I have a feeling he is not even open to change his mind. Of course I can't ignore the obvious that our federal government has failed us and the economy, I understand there is a need to make profit, however doing so risking the health of the public is not the way to do so, also your actions of acting like this pandemic doesn't exist is only prolonging the shutdowns and the weird times we live in. I'm leaving only a two star since this is a great gym, however the owner has shown he doesn't actually care about his members. read more

So I have some good things to say about this gym and some concerning ones.... The gym is very nice, great up to date equipment, great staff, a lot of treadmills, mostly everything you need for a typical gym. BUT my concern is why isn't this gym following CDC/Covid protocols? Just because you're sanitizing the equipment does not mean you are going to keep everyone safe. They do not have a mask policy so everyone in there is working out with no masks on and sometimes people working out in groups of 2-3. Taking someones temperature is not keeping everyone safe just FYI, people could be walking in there with the virus with absolutley no symptoms. I get that its hard to workout with a mask but is the workout really worth it at that point? You get yourself sick you get your loved ones sick. Kind of seems like they rather make some money than keep their members safe. They also have the windows covered up and signs everywhere that say no pictures and no social media, why? what are you hidding? I am not trying to bring down the gym for its quality because its a good quality gym, but if you're someone ready to join and is skeptical about how they run COVID protocols then I would wait or join a different gym, if you don't care then go for it. read more

I signed up for this gym only for the bootcamp classes. They also have a lot of variety of classes more than 8 clases are available ay this gym. the staff and people here are very friendly, I would give it 5 starts but honestly I think there are some changes that should be done, since I like bootcamp a lot, I know from different places,( I am not going to mention names) instructors demonstrate every single excersice, but it seems like the instructor here from the mornings classes don't do it at all, he just tell us what stations to go, and that's it! Good luck, your by yourself!. Adam and Ryan are amazing, they really show every single excersice and they keep walking around to correct something if your doing it wrong, their way how they structure their classes Is amazing. Unfortunately I can only attend morning classes. Adam teaches evenings and Ryan only Friday and Saturday morning :(. On another hand I would like to mention that they should clean the floor from the big room (where the bootcamp classes are) it's king of dirty a little hair and dust is always one the floor. I would not have survived nursing school if it weren't for triad and the community that I found there. All of the trainers soon became friends and I loved seeing familiar faces day after day. When I first joined in 2014, I would hide on the cardio machines. After a free assessment with trainer Gabi, I realized there was so much more I needed to learn. Gabi was my first trainer and educated me on the importance of a healthy diet and balance to life. I started doing bootcamp classes and a little zumba and yoga and became hooked. It was great to mix up my workout routine and triad offers so much, so it is impossible to get bored. This past year I signed up for T3 and trained with Adam a few days a week. He helped me reach my goals and was always there to answer questions and encourage me. T3 is great because you train with a group and can push each other on the fitness journey. Triad is a safe place that encourages wellness and fitness and welcomes people from all stages of their journey. Choosing a gym that is nearby and is decently priced may seem like the main criteria, but with Triad you get that much and more! Not only is there excellent equipment, but with two rooms for classes, it can't get much better! All the classes I have tried have pushed me physically, and have given me the workout that I want. Bootcamp with Tony/Marty, Yoga with Seanah, Barre Body with Tori, and many of of the other classes are fun, exhausting, and are blessed with wonderful instructors who really know what they are doing. If you are looking for a trainer, by far Tony is one of the best choices. He personalizes the workouts based on your goals and your desires. He is there to motivate you and push you to your potential. Best money I have spent! On top of all of this, I am always greeted by name by someone who wishes me a good workout. I have been a member of many gyms and none compare to Triad. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The members are just as great. The women who work in the childcare are caring and attentive to my boys and my boys beg to come to the gym. My personal trainer, Janae, is amazing. She is motivational, challenges me, checks in on me, provides an eating plan, and is very knowledgable on supplements and workout enhancements. I have definitely gotten leaner and gained more muscle since training under her. My favorite classes are Janae's TRX/bootcamps and Marty's bootcamps. Marty's bootcamp class in itself is a great workout that people of all fitness levels can do. But Marty is what really makes the workout great because he is motivating and pushes you to challenge yourself. He is really good about correcting your form if needed as well as showing you ways to switch it up to be more challenging. Joined a few months ago when my 24 HR Fitness Costco pass expired. Thought I should wait until I could give a more well informed review and... I'm totally loving this gym! Everything is clean, modern, and just smells new. Huge variety of equipment and nothing is broken down, damaged or missing. Even the bathroom sinks have cute styling. Its all in the details. They have massive rooms for classes as well as a weight/crossfit style room. Everyone is genuine and friendly. More of a family feel than a fitness show, speed dating site or local hangout. The staff is helpful and remembers you. Ive never felt homey and comfortable at a gym- Im usually a keep your head down and mind my own business kinda gal. But I actually feel at ease here, say hi to people I see regularly and can make eye contact without the impending loom of the pre-workout Ed Hardy dude offering to spot my squats. I love being a member at Triad Fitness! I recently started working out again after my son's birth in March. I hired personal trainer Marty to help kickstart my fitness goals. He has done an excellent job in helping me get back into shape and is very knowledgable and motivating as a personal trainer! I also really recommend his bootcamp classes. They are fun, full of energy and awesome total body workouts! In addition, the daycare staff is amazing. I have two sons: two years and 8 months. They love to hang at the daycare while I workout. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Triad Fitness. Their membership prices are great, the staff is friendly, the floor is well organized and they have a wide variety of classes to chose from. I have been going to Triad now for approximately one year and it is the best gym that I have ever attended. The employees at Triad are always looking to push you and help you reach your fitness goals whether or not you pay for personal training. All in all their employees are what make the difference. I'm a huge fan of the bootcamp classes ran by Marty LeGaspe. I have never had such an intense workout in my life. Although I feel like a limp noodle after I know its because Marty just kicked my a$$ in bootcamp. There is no other gym that compares to Triad. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone out there looking for a great gym with great employees while keeping the costs down. Definitely the best bang for your buck. read more

Obviously if I could give Triad more than 5 stars, I totally would! I absolutely love this gym. The location, the staff, and the trainers are all beyond exceptional! What I love most about Triad are the trainers that do their work all day and everyday, Marty and Tony especially! They encourage and push me to the limit every time. I love BOOTCAMP!!!! Love this gym, joined about a year ago, and have lost about 30 lbs. since then. I totally love Marty's boot camp class, kicks my but every time. Marty is also a great personal trainer, I can barely move today :) He keeps the workout routines different and creative ,never gets boring and is always challenging. I've never been felt so good and been in shape in my life. I love the personal attention from the staff, its very homey, I don't feel like just another number like at the other big gyms. This gym is fantastic. It has a special place in my heart because it reminds me of a day when the world wasn't full of corporate everything (I mean, I'm young, but I've been told....) The owner is a very nice man and he genuinely cares about every member. The gym is very well kept, clean, and all the equipment is new. I've never had to wait for a cardio machine, and the back "boot camp" room is SO COOL. I can flip the tire around, battle ropes, kettlebells....all that fun stuff most gyms don't have. I've been a member of Triad since before it opened, and I absolutely love it here. Zumba with Angie, RIPPED with any of the instructors, yoga with Katie, and the best boot camps in town. The 5:30am boot camp with Jon Rico is a great workout, and Marty Legaspe's evening and Saturday boot camps will whip you into shape for sure. I have been doing personal training with Marty, and he's a wonderful trainer. Always pushing me to do more and go harder, and I have amazed myself with what I'm capable of. I've been steadily losing weight and toning since joining Triad, and I highly recommend this gym if you're serious about becoming fit. read more

I was never really a gym-goer, but Tori's Barre Body Fitness was one of the classes that got me hooked! Tori's experience as a trainer really comes through in her classes and you definitely get a total body workout. Her workouts skillfully combine exercise, weight work, balance and stretching. What amazes me is that, even though I've been taking her classes for over a year, she still comes up with exercises that I hadn't seen her do before. I enjoy that because it really keeps the workout from being monotonous and boring. Overall, I would highly recommend that you give Tori's classes a try! read more

I joined Triad in May 2013. A friend had introduced me to the Zumba class. I was hooked! The price was right so I signed up that same day. I had been away from a gym since August 2004 when I had my first child. I was motivated to get back into shape and am grateful to have met my personal trainer Marty. I don't think I would have stuck with training if it wasn't for him. He motivates me and pushes me (carefully) to limits I didn't know I had. I feel great and have more energy than I've had in years. Totally enjoy coming to this gym! I've been a member of Triad Fitness since February of 2013 and have been taking various classes 3-5 times a week, particularly Marty's Bootcamp class. It's intense, motivating, and definitely worth taking if you want to see some results with your workout. He'll make sure that your posture is correct and encourages you to keep going even when you feel like giving up... which is a great way to keep up your motivation level. LIARS, THEIFS, AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are just looking to rip you off!! This place made false promises to its customers, has terrible customer service, and if you have an issue they will not help you. Even the owner is rude, disrespectful, and does not care about his customers. Id say if the "owner" cant refund your money and help with billing problems they are doing something shady, dont risk getting your hard earned money tangled up in this mess of a gym. I'd strongly reccommend against signing up at this gym to save yourself the headache and awful treatment. read more

Make sure you read the fine print when signing up. They make u give a 30 days notice to cancel your membership regardless of any circumstance. I updated my credit card months ago and they failed to update In the system for the yearly membership fee. When I went to cancel I have to pay for 30 days starting Feb 15, they wont even prorate it, and they are gonna update my credit card info for the yearly membership fee and charge me another 25 bucks. So to cancel I have to pay 60 bucks and not even step back into the gym. Pretty sad for a business to treat you that way. read more

I joined this gym and signed my entire family up. My membership dues for my entire family was less than my individual dues at 24 Hour. The staff is great and the environment was clean, low pressure and with plenty of open machines. My personal trainer Marty was the best. He was completely wholistic in his approach: diet, exercise and meal planning. Marty contacts you regularly with words of encouragement and workout reminders. The best gym I've been a member of. If you join make sure you get the personal training. It's affordable and worth it. read more
