However, I am consistently being charged $40.05 on or before the 17th. The additional $15 is being labeled as a late fee -- yet it's being added before my payment is even due. Management claims my bank is declining the payment. I contacted my bank directly, and they confirmed there are no declined transactions on my account. They would absolutely be able to see if that were happening, and there is nothing showing any payment attempts being rejected. The most concerning part is how this has been handled. The manager was rude and dismissive during our conversation. While I was speaking with her about this billing issue, she stopped twice to have separate conversations with other people who walked up, even though she was in the middle of discussing my account. It felt unprofessional and disrespectful. The only solution offered was for me to come in and manually re-enter my banking information, which was already done months ago. That is, confirmed, not the issue. I also contacted corporate and was told there is nothing they can do about the late fees, which now total over $100. I simply want accurate billing and the removal of late fees that are being added before the due date and once that is done, I want to cancel this horrible membership.     I've been a Black Card member at Planet Fitness specifically for red light therapy and tanning -- I…read morework out at another gym and this is the location closest to my work, so convenience matters. Four weeks ago, I notified staff that 10 bulbs were out in the red light therapy unit. Since then, I've brought it up multiple times on multiple visits, and each time I was told "they'll be fixed next time" or "maintenance is coming." Fast forward to today -- nothing has been fixed. In fact, the problem has gotten worse. There are now approximately 20 bulbs out, meaning only about half the unit is functioning. I have photos documenting this. Today was the last straw. I was again told they might be fixed by the end of the week because the manager is on vacation. That's unacceptable. My membership fee comes out every month without fail, yet the one service I maintain this membership for is consistently unavailable or partially broken. Promises without follow-through don't cut it -- especially when this has been ongoing for over a month. This is not a cheap amenity, and it's not being maintained. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
