The restaurant is cozy and only has a few seating options in the main bar area. It's a nice atmosphere and we loved the booths. I ended up ordering exactly what I had when I visited a few years ago, which was the Chicken Christy. It's a delicious dish of chicken, topped with ham, cheese and heavy cream. The sauce is great, and the meal comes with multiple sides. I ended up getting sweet potato fries along witn a delicious salad and blue cheese dressing. My partner got the Philly Steak and Cheese. It wasn't quite as good as the real deal of a Philly cheesesteak, but he still enjoyed it. Our kids loved their meals, which was basically cheeseburgers. We were a little surprised they couldn't just do a basic pasta with sauce. But apparently, they don't have any tomato sauce at this place. Lastly, we enjoyed the great price on the wine. We ended up getting a bottle of red wine from Paso Robles, California. We love Paso. While we never heard of this particular wine from the region, it was really tasty and worth the price which was really reasonable. We would definitely come back. The staff was so kind, compassionate, and accommodating. Everything was handled beautifully, the food was wonderful, and we never felt rushed. They took care of all the little details so that we could simply focus on being together and remembering my mom. There were 40+ people and no one had any complaints on the food or service. During a time when kindness means so much, they truly went above and beyond for our family. We are incredibly grateful for the care and hospitality they showed us and would highly recommend them. We started our meals with the cream of crab soup as an appetizer. The soup was excellent. It was filled crab meat and not too salty For our main course we had the stuffed flounder with crabmeat. The fish and crab were fresh and tender. This dish was also excellent. Our server Kenzie was pleasant, sweet and attentive. She explained many of the menu options and answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. Parking and seating for dinner can be difficult to find on Fridays and Saturdays because of the all you can eat crab legs offered on those nights. I highly recommend making dinner reservations for most nights. There is a bar offering wines, mixed drinks and beer. The outside of the restaurant is deceiving. There is seating for approximately two hundred diners. The back of the restaurant is set up like a cafeteria with approximately twenty four tables that can seat four people each. There are two smaller dining areas that can seat about fifty people each. The food I give five stars but the atmosphere I give four stars. The acoustics were not the best. At times it was difficult to hear my conversation with my wife. With that said, I stillI highly recommend this restaurant.
