I scheduled myself a facial as they were booked months out for a massage on a Saturday, the only day I'm able to come in. When I was arrived , parking across the street was available and cheap. I believe I paid $1? I was offered water, tea or a mimosa while I waited on the patio which was lush with plants, my vibe for sure! My esti was Evelyn and she was very kind and knowledgeable. She did a quick consultation and then the facial began. I've had lots of facials from when I used to work in spas and this facial was in my top 3! The attention th detail for the extractions was great! My skin actually felt clean. Evelyn suggested a different facial from the one I originally booked and said it would be a better option for my skin. She's the expert so I agreed. We also added on the red light therapy. My skin had no problems with the facial, in fact, my skin felt so hydrated and it was so glowy afterwards! Evelyn's face massage technique was very relaxing, especially around the eye area. Unfortunately the facial had to end, but I already knew I would return. One thing I really appreciated was after the facial, there was no membership pitching or product pushing. It's annoying and really uncomfortable to be bombarded with a pitch after a relaxing service. They do have a membership which I am considering doing, but the only thing holding me back is lack of availability on Saturdays for massages. I also don't live close by which is why I need Saturday availability. But then again, the membership price is totally reasonable compared to other "envy" places. I'm sure I could make it work. She was super gentle but really got in there and gave me a nice scrub. They have two different areas separated by men and women with a common area that we both share while wearing their provided uniform. They have a privates wet area that is separated by women and men. That's the area where you can shower and enjoy the Jacuzzi or the cold Plunge pool while being completely naked and getting the body scrubs. In the common area, they have a lounge where it's dimly lit calm and peaceful and you can just chill on the sofas. They also have 3 different saunas in the common area. They have light snacks, candy, water, and tea available. But would love to see more fresh fruits. Even though they share a large parking lot with the other businesses around them, it's very hard to find close parking nearby since they only have a few in front of their facility. Highly recommend getting there at least 30 minutes to an hour prior to your massage or body scrub time so that you can enjoy the wet area with the sauna and the Jacuzzis prior to getting your body scrub. My other 2 friends reserved a hr (50 mins) long class ( floor Pilates ). CONs: - The room can accommodate 3 ppl per session. Looking at my friends that reserved the floor Pilates, 2 ppl will be a comfortable, 3 I think is just crowded . Same as in the room where I was at, 3 equipments. A little too tight. - cleaning equipments between sessions. Not so sure about that. Not enough time to wipe off anything. - the monitors are too high if you're doing any floor exercises. Hyperextending the neck to look up to see the video playing. - we can barely hear the recorded video. - had a little bit of an issue reserving the class from the app. - the locker, have to purchase the key from the vending machine. Can't use a regular lock. - can't use own yoga mat, we were told that we have to use their mat, that also have be rented out. - my friend and I were also not given an opportunity to attend another class ( since class we attended was only for 15 mins). There were unoccupied rooms while we were there. ( we asked, we were turned down ). - would be nice to have few trial free days or even a small fee for few days and get access to really get that full experience. - same recorded classes to follow ( may or may not be an issue to some ). - parking is going to be a challenge. - there are days where there's no staff onsite, just can't figure out the cleaning of the floor and equipments in between classes. I started applying chamomile compounds to help relief the symptoms, which by the 10th day were worse. Googled the symptoms and apparently were from brow ptosis; I felt hopeful because it said I was not losing my vision (that's how it felt on right eye). While I was told the injector would call me, I never got a call to at least do an evaluation. I do recommend the place for facials, however, based on my experience with Botox and the injector, I would never get Botox there again nor recommend it to anyone.

We when arrived, we had to wait 10 minutes which wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the employees whispering and peaking around the corner at us while we were in the lobby. They put us in a room together which we didn't ask for, like a couples massage, they just assumed. I asked for the masseuse to be more gentle when she started and I'm not sure if she understood me well because she wasn't that gentle. The worst part was the hot stones. They were too hot for the masseuse the handle but they tried to put them on us anyway. We had to have them remove it on our bill because they were too hot to put them on anybody or anything! They even left burn marks on my back. The spa is also covered in dust, the fish tank is disgustingly filthy, and had a musty smell in the rooms. They also refused to give a refund for the horrible service that was provided. The owner and employees will not take responsibility for their actions and inactions (see the owners response below). I have also updated my pictures with timestamps of the burn in question. I still have the mark 2 weeks later and it didn't show up right away, before we left the spa. I am also not from California nor do I live there to have the time to go back. I would never recommend this place.
