    Chicken tacos
    Lucy T.

The food was delicious! I ordered the pineapple chicken wings and chicken tacos! The wings were crunchy and had the most perfect flavor! I ordered chicken tacos as a lettuce wrap, but there was a confusion. Raul was very sweet and gave me a free lettuce wrapped tacos because of the mistake! I would go back there just because of his service and how amazing he is! The ambience is really cute and chill and I can't wait to go back and have 3 for 5.00 tacos again!

First time here, I heard the wings were good. So I tried them with a Cesar salad. The wings seem just ok. No big deal. The service was not great. They took a long time to assist us and were not attentive at all. Great place to watch games and socialize. Cool atmosphere located in the heart of Hollywood.

Wow. The service, food, vibe ALL on point! Did not disappoint for our lunch for our LA adventure. Amazing weekly specials including a Saturday daytime happy hour from 1 to 8 PM and our server Aleenka was just wonderful, so friendly, inviting and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

We had never been here before, but decided to come by and check out the happy hour. We got there right when they opened and the place was nice and peaceful. I got a feeling this place gets pretty busy in the evening as it seems to be mostly a bar, but they also have quite a few items available. I thoroughly enjoyed my hazy IPA, as I properly couldn't see my fingers through it, and my friend enjoyed her skinny margarita, saying it was made just right! We enjoyed playing with our cheese sticks and seeing who could get the longest cheese pull, obviously she won, lol! Nice spot for a happy hour and generous happy hour hours make it even better!

I met a cougar at a bar in Claremont. She was married, so when we decided to hang out, it had to be somewhere we wouldn't get caught. We picked Tribute because I really liked the ambiance. Good lighting, and a nice open space. My date especially liked that she could escape through the back if necessary. Ryan, the bartender greeted us and right off the bat, we felt welcomed. I started with the Ramble on cocktail, which was balanced, refreshing and absolutely delicious. Ryan had a great presence and excellent customer service. Didn't even flinch when my date ducked behind the menu every time someone in a polo walked in. The lady friend, who sat two seats over, had a Peppers & Peaches IPA from Claremont Craft. I grew up in the Inland Empire, so it was nice to to see their beer in Hollywood. She didn't cheers me because she said it looked sus. We both ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich. It was absolutely delicious and I gobbled it down in seconds. The breading was perfectly seasoned and the chicken was tender, the pickled onion and slaw took it to another level of delicious. I will absolutely be back in a month when her husband is out of town again. Will update my review when I enjoy some more of their delicious menu! ... and maybe try dessert this time, if we can risk staying that long.

This was okay. We looked for a happy hour before a friends birthday party. It was really loud sports bar type, Food was good.

I checked out this pretty bar in Hollywood which was such a vibe! The location was great and the decor inside was cute. I had the Mango Unchained which was a mocktail that was summer in a glass. If you're a mango lover like me, this will hit the spot. Perfect for those warm Hollywood nights! I recommend checking this place out when in you're in the area next time.

    I love the decor!

This very special place is called tribute because its paying tribute to all who reordered there songs here. And being the newer names district within town called the Vinyl District this is one of its crowning jewels. They have expanded their menu since opening and as locals it makes Tribute a better contender due to these food options. In terms of drink - they are awesome and have great draft beers and Margs. I recommend the salads the breakfast burrito and of course Prosecco! Thank you Tributians for what you do - we are glad you are here and being a big regular of Kitchen 24, it's nice to make this spot home again. Thank you or keeping up the positive energy in our ever crazy HollyHood

I was instantly so glad we chose this spot to celebrate our anniversary because it was the perfect setting for a romantic date night. Now, let's talk about the food! Everything we ordered was delicious, with the exception of the Korean aguachiles, which we probably could've skipped. We also tried the bluefin bibimbap, oysters, and the oh-so-tender short rib that practically melted in our mouths. But the most unforgettable dish was also the simplest: the Korean fried chicken. It wasn't necessarily something out of the ordinary, but it sure tasted like it. The perfect crisp, flavor, and seasoning had us eating every last piece right down to the bone. Our server also made the experience even better. She gave us some of the best recommendations and were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire meal. We absolutely loved this restaurant and are already planning our next visit!

My friend and I ordered the soy marinated prawns, beef tartare stone pot rice, creamy chicken soup, Wagyu beef soft tofu soup. The prawns were nicely marinated in a slightly sweet slightly salty soy sauce, and came paired with some barley and seaweed to make mini wraps. Delicious and a nice way to start the meal. The creamy chicken soup was indeed very creamy and smooth but the bowl is really small and would've been better with a higher soup to noodle ratio since the noodles soaked up the yummy soup. The tofu soup was surprisingly bland even though it was very red. It could've used more umami flavor or spice - something to jazz it up since the tofu, egg, and beef itself were not seasoned. My favorite dish of the night was the steak tartare stone pot rice. It came with a lot of veggies that helped balance out the sauce and I'm a sucker for crispy rice. However, the rice itself wasn't seasoned thoroughly as some spots had absolutely delicious sauce while other spots were bland. And the sauce wasn't a part of the tartare on top so it wasn't a mixing issue. The staff are kind and attentive, even with us being tucked away in the back corner and hidden by a curtain panel.

The restaurant really does feel tucked away once you get inside the Rodeo Collection. The space has warm lighting, colorful details, and a playful Mexican-inspired look that makes dinner feel fun without becoming over-the-top. We started with guacamole and empanadas before moving on to tacos. The Baja Style Fish Tacos were a favorite, with crisp fish, fresh slaw, and chipotle aioli. I also had the Grilled Prime New York Taco, and the steak was cooked really well and stayed tender. With the caramelized onion, guacamole, and salsa fresca, it had plenty of flavor without feeling overloaded. Between those two, we were already very happy with our taco choices, and there wasn't much left on the table by the end. The cocktails were excellent. My friend's drink came served in this ceramic donkey, and we immediately became a little obsessed with it. We loved it enough that the donkey somehow ended up making an appearance in half our photos by the end of the night. Our server checked in throughout dinner and gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything without ever making us feel rushed. We finished with churros, which arrived with dipping sauces and were a very easy decision once dessert was mentioned. They also offer valet, which is especially convenient for a Rodeo Drive dinner. I went in because Instagram kept putting The Hideaway in front of me. For once, my feed was useful. Once we mentioned that we were there for the Girls Brunch, it honestly felt like the demeanor toward our table changed. The service was extremely slow. We waited around 30 minutes between some of the food items, our drinks were forgotten, and we were rarely checked on throughout the meal. I'm usually pretty understanding when restaurants are busy or short-staffed, but that didn't seem to be the case during our visit. Between the long waits, forgotten drinks, and lack of even a simple "How is everything?", the experience became frustrating, especially since we were there to celebrate birthdays. Unfortunately, the food and drinks were mediocre as well, so the overall experience just didn't feel worth the time. I really wanted to enjoy this place and the Girls Brunch seemed like such a fun idea, but based on our experience, I unfortunately won't be returning.

The atmosphere is immersive, theatrical, moody, and every nook and cranny of this place is beautifully detailed. Our group embraced the requested all-black dress code, and I was a little disappointed that some other guests didn't play along. When a place puts this much effort into creating a particular world, dressing the part really does make the experience more fun. The spirits themselves were excellent. We tasted vodka, whiskey, and rum, and all three were remarkably smooth, interesting, and clearly very high quality. I loved that the tasting was guided rather than just having drinks dropped in front of us. The storytelling and presentation made us pay attention to what we were actually tasting and gave the evening a nice sense of progression. We also happened to be there while comic artist Matt Harley of Marvel fame was sketching, which felt perfectly suited to the setting and made an already unusual night even more memorable. The space is gorgeous: candlelight, artwork, strange little details everywhere, dramatic lighting, beautiful glassware, and even the outdoor fire element. There's so much to look at that you feel like you're discovering something new every time you turn around. Our whole group LOVES Halloween, so this felt like the absolute perfect way to kick off spooky season. It has exactly the kind of dark, mysterious, slightly magical atmosphere we were hoping for without feeling cheesy or gimmicky. We loved the rum so much that we ended up buying a bottle, which also granted us Level 1 membership, so this definitely won't be our only visit.
