    3-Meat Pizza

Have been looking for a spot in Seaside, coming from out of town and seen this on Yelp. 3-Meat Pizza was great, plenty of toppings. The Char is what got me, the dough was tasty. The place was clean and will definitely come back.

The pizza here is amazing. Not many places do pizzas where the crust bubbles and becomes crispy. I got the White Truffle Mushroom & Sasuage pizza. It was so delicious and so unique compared to other pizza spots in the near area. The hours may be weird but it's honestly worth it. I got a large size and 2 people demolished it! The garlic pillows are very tiny and bit size. Honestly the food here is amazing.

Great local spot for wood oven pizza. Spacious, clean and fast service. Loved the fact that they offer take and bake pizzas and carry Marianne's ice cream.

I stopped here a few weeks ago and finally got around to posting my review. This pizza place just opened up their dine-in option, so I decided to stop in and grab a couple of slices. It has a very hipster vibe inside. There are sofa chairs to sit on. Unfortunately, there is not a restroom to use (or at least that's what they told me). Their slice/square pizza is out under a warmer and put in a convection-heater apparatus. I got a pepperoni & a cheese slice w/ a salad a lemonade. The pizza was a little soggy and not that warm. Maybe if you get a pie it might be different. The lemonade was spectacular. Would I come back? Maybe. Price: $19.75

The pizza is incredible! The crust is awesome, and the pepperoni pizza is Amazing! It's so perfectly cooked, and the pepperoni is the tiny type and is crispy on edges with a really good red sauce. Best pepperoni pizza I've ever had. And the ambience is nice, with really nice staff and some cute cards and toys. I would definitely recommend this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tricycle is fantastic! Artisan-style pizza with clever and oh-so-tasty combinations, good crust (not too thick and not too thin). I am not a pepperoni person but when I saw Spicy Vodka Pepperoni....too intriguing to pass up so I did not. It was fabulous! Just spicy enough. Yummmm. Don't miss the Pizza of the Month. I didn't know about this phenomenon until I was picking up my order and it was too late! Gave me another reason to go back the following week. Mmmmm Mexican Carnitas pizza - amazing! I remember wanting to go by when they had that food truck on Lighthouse and David but I couldn't keep track of their schedule. Now they are in a location closer to my house (maybe too close for my own good). I am only sad that I waited until recently to try Tricycle. I keep thinking about all the pizzas I could have been delighted by.

The pizza was solid. We ordered a small pie for 2 people and it was enough for two people. The small pizza is the size of a Blaze or Mod pizza. The pizza felt fresh and flavorful. It had a good crust. I will definitely return to try more. The ambiance is super casual. You are served on paper plates if you dine in. It has a lot of seating options but surprisingly no bathroom for customers. Definitely more of a takeout spot. If I lived close by this would be my go-to neighborhood pizza shop.

Ask the Community - Tricycle Pizza

Are they closed, one food website said permanently closed?

    They're open.

Are the pizzas customizable in any way? Like onions, meats, bacon, or other things not listed in the individual descriptions? A version of 'create your own?'

Did not see a 'create your own' option on their online ordering so most likely no.

The staff quickly noticed we had our 1 year old and brought us a high chair and helped us make ourselves comfortable. My son was able to eat in his chair and be loud and not stand out as there were many other children and families and the spot was loud. I appreciated this! There were no tables available that would fit our party. We walked around the restaurant a few times until we saw the back section that had a few large tables. There was a reserved sign for this section but nobody seated there. We asked if they had it reserved for a party or another large group but the employee curtly replied "just go sit there." There were some racks and trays spread out throughout the tables that we ended up rearranging ourselves while the others in our group placed our order at the counter. The staff at the register definitely weren't the friendliest which was a little disappointing. I hope their curtness was due to it being busy. I wasn't necessarily thrilled with the food either. The pizzas tasted good but were super impractical. They were not sliced all the way through and the toppings were the consistency of soup. As soon as we would rip off a slice, all of the toppings would slide right off. The only thing that was left was the dough with some sauce. We had to literally scoop all the toppings up with forks because everything was so soupy and soggy. Their soda machine had really good, crisp soda though! I loved the interior of this restaurant. The decor feels very nostalgic, with the checkboard table clothes and sky-painted ceilings. There is a small bar with TVs and ice cream sold at the entrance. I'd like to give Gianni's another shot!

We ordered a Mountain Pizza, garlic knots, 12 wings, and 2 all-you-can-eat salads. Our total was over $120, which was fine. While waiting for our food, I was eating some macaroni salad from my sister's plate because she had purchased one of the salad bar meals. My boyfriend ended up getting a small amount of macaroni and potato salad as well while another person in our group, who had also paid for a salad, was getting theirs. The employee wearing a navy blue Flash Laboratory crewneck sweatshirt noticed there was an extra plate and later came over to tell us that only two salads had been paid for. I understand that rules are rules, but the way it was handled came across as rude and unnecessarily confrontational. The attitude only continued when we asked for marinara sauce and were told it would be an extra charge. The wings were also supposed to come with ranch, but we never received it. We had to ask multiple times, and instead of helping us, it felt like the employees disappeared to the back. From our table, it seemed like they were joking around while we were still waiting on items we had already requested. The food itself was good, but the customer service really took away from the experience. For a first visit, it wasn't the impression I was hoping for, and it left my family and friends with a negative experience.

The Sophia was a dream if you love white sauce pizza -- creamy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced without being too heavy. The Golden State was one of the most unique pizzas I've had in the best way possible. Every bite had something interesting going on and who knew pizza and potatoes just work so well together. But the absolute star for me was the special "La Bomba." WOW. The Calabrian chili gave it the perfect kick and depth of flavor. It was bold, a little spicy, and completely addictive. This is an update/reply to owner on 4/1:…read more I think your reply to me here is making matters worse. You're refusing to take accountability for the fact that you hired an individual who is extremely obnoxious, mouthy, and disrespectful to a customer who is having a problem due to a combination of factors - one being that you closed early on a weekend night, and the other being that a third-party service is failing to do a good job. A third-party service I might add who you have chosen to do business with. As a small business owner myself, as you pointed out, I can assure you, I will never hire a person and allow them to work at my front desk who has the audacity to treat customers as rudely as your employee did. The largest offense here was the behavior of your employee and that is the one thing you have failed to address. There are solutions to the problems you were having - one is as simple as writing a note on your door, letting your customers know that you've chosen to close early that day. Another is refusing to do business with a third-party who is making matters worse rather than better for your business. But the most important thing here is having the care And attention that is required to not hire people capable of being so rude to your customers. Your employee did not make that offer of a pizza until we pointed out that he could have done something better to address the situation rather than giving mouth. But the point here is, we did not want pizza at that time. We wanted the night before when we were in a jam, and by that point, our trust in the food at your store was completely shattered. Because if a person makes a decision to hire someone that is so rude to customers, they may also make the decision to hire a cook who spits in your food. And anyone who fails to understand or address the unacceptable behavior of their employees when it is necessary is indeed a one star establishment. This is an update: A person from Pizza My Way called me a day after I posted my original 1-star review. She was friendly and helpful, and ultimately refunded the $40. I appreciated that. So I brought my review up to 3 stars. However, the situation was seriously unacceptable. Businesses have a responsibility to hire people who are going to treat customers with respect and who are capable of responding to problems created by decisions of the restaurant and their policies. This was a stressful experience and my wife and I walked away feeling very disrespected and initially $40 poorer with no pizza and no solution. The young person working for them has no business treating customers who pay a whopping $40 for a pizza that way- and his behavior being tolerated makes it impossible for me to give the restaurant another chance - so I cannot give an honest review of their food only their service. Maybe if someday I get a call that they have let said employee go they can regain my trust and I'll give them a try because their right up the street, and perhaps I can become a regular customer since I'm so close and they can get a higher rating from me. Originally posted 5/15: Worst pizza experience on the Monterey Peninsula by far. The place just randomly closes on a Saturday night well before their posted closing time. I order for pick up, spend over $40 for one large pizza which is absolutely crazy. I mean other people might think that's normal but I think that's crazy. That doesn't matter. I was in a jam and I had to get my kids some food and was not able to get back home and cook because of an emergency at work. In any case, I pay for the pizza online and then I called to confirm and there's no answer. I call multiple times. I show up to the store in person at around 8:35, 25 minutes before they are supposed to take their last order, and the whole place is dark. The next day, I am assured by the person I speak to on the phone that I will be refunded. Later on that day, I double checked to make sure that's true and it looks like they withdrawn the money from my bank account. So I called back and the person I speak to on the phone refuses to give me their name, they take absolutely no accountability for the situation, and offer absolutely no solution. So I spent $40 on pizza I never received, I was completely unable to get the attention of the manager, and my wife, and I both had to endure rudeness, extreme rudeness from their staff. When I walked in to restate my reasonable request to no avail, the person on staff was recording me on his phone. I don't get it. I'm the customer and I've already spent money and I still haven't received any product from them. It's nothing personal. When you're closing well before you posted hours on a weekend night, when you've got some cockamamie ordering system that you've built into your website, when you can't be accountable to your customers that spend money or even polite, you deserve the bad reputation that follows.
