The class I took is called 'Sound Bath & Overtoning' and was taught by the owner herself, Larise Megerdichian. She was warm and friendly, and started the class with some very interesting and thought-provoking reflections about the mind. We then started to meditate then laid down, and she started the sound vibrations. It was a very unique experience for me especially since I hardly ever stop thinking, but this forced me to calm my mind and my thoughts and experience nothingness. At some points the vibrations were so loud and strong, it was almost unbearable, but in the end, I felt more calm and relaxed, and somehow more peaceful.
