Love this place. So far I've had their thai tea, jasmine green tea, mango slushee, and everything has been so good. Their honey boba is perfect. The owners are very friendly and offer suggestions of what to get, and they also have samples to try sometimes. It was a little difficult finding this place. The GPS doesn't recognize where it is and tells you to keep going, and then all of a sudden, you supposedly passed it and need to make a U-turn, and then another U-turn. Took me a while, haha. And my friend who was meeting me there got lost too. It's kind of squished between a bunch of other businesses. I didn't really like the location. The blonde guy at the cash register was very polite and answered our many questions. We asked, "what's that?" and "what's in this one?" so many times, but he didn't get annoyed and didn't hurry us (don't worry, we weren't being jerks...there was no one behind us). I had a wonderful strawberry & mango smoothie here. Not sure if it was actually healthy or not because it didn't exactly taste like real fruit, but it had an amazing taste nonetheless. After being a regular at this place for almost 8 months, the BEST thing about this place is probably their baristas and is the only reason i'm giving the 2/5 stars. It was a horribly busy day when they were obviously undermanned and undersupplied and yet Ariel and Elena handled themselves efficiently and still served customers with a smile regardless. When you have 10 drinks lined up with only 2 people juggling both the drinks and cashier, you're gonna have a bad time. In the Boba stores in my country that have already have state of the art fully automatic equipment, they'd still have at LEAST 3 people manning the back to maintain orderliness. The owners should take it upon themselves to keep their store well stocked and properly equipped with the proper amount of resources and work force in order to accommodate the increasing demand of their drinks. Kudos to the baristas, especially Ariel, Elena, and Linlin. You guys have my respect. read more

this is one of my favorite places to study. as a college student, it's hard to find places that aren't as crowded and overpriced. trinitea is always peaceful which allows me to concentrate! parking is fairly easy as well. it's a smaller complex, but it's usually not full. the drinks are reasonably priced around $4 and it's pretty good! i normally get thai tea or trinitea milk tea. i have yet to try the wintermelon (that's what i usually get at other boba places) and i don't doubt that its great as well! overall, the workers are nice and it's a great place to study or even hang with friends and play some board games. bonus: check in on Yelp and get 10% off! read more

This location is ideally set up with a room for studying, comfy chairs inside and cure bistro style seating outside. This place is amazing! My sister and I love their milk tea. Their brown sugar flavored is delicious! The place itself is staffed with very kind people and also offers a great environment, it kind of reminds me of Starbucks; perfect place to meet a friend or even do homework. Awesome local place to get good boba. Not only do they have the good larger sized boba, but also other great mix ins like pudding. Have not had the snacks (pastries, cold bites, small snacks) but at least there's something to munch on. Everything is good and always the best here and it is one of my favorite spots to come study. The staff is always awesome and they seem to have fun and be relaxed. But there is a few things that bugs me. Today I opened the door for I guess she is boss lady not sure but her arm's were full of bananas and she rudely push the door further open and walked in, at that point most people would say thank you but nothing from her and I said you're welcome. The other thing is that they were hiring and some employees told us to tell our friends and they would see about getting them in, but the same boss lady told our friend she would call her back but never did and hired someone else. This place is on my drive home from work so a lot of times I stop in here and treat myself to a drink. They make great drinks at a relatively low price. This place definitely outshines starbucks, and it has more of a relaxed vibe to it. All of the employees are super sweet and they have great intentions, and are always wanting to help you out. My only complaint is the neighborhood, I know it's not their fault but the area has some weird people walking around lol. Give this place a go if you're looking for some great tea. read more

Peach icy with boba Green apple icy with boba Vietnamese coffee with boba. In my way home the coffee spilled all over my car!! So disappointed. The lid must have not been secure. I was totally bummed I turned around and went back to order another. The people there didn't even recognize me or care when I told them that I spilled it everywhere. The Vietnamese coffee was good and strong but definitely not Vietnamese style. It was more like expression coffee with regular milk. Usually it's served with sweet and condensed milk which gives it a nice balance between the strong coffee and the sweet milk. I am a coffee drinker so of course I still liked the coffee. Just didn't satisfy my craving for a Vietnamese coffee. It was very busy in there. Seems like a good study/ hang out. I think they would make more money if the staff was friendly, made eye contact and acted like they like their jobs. The second time in there they offered me a stamp card. When this place first opened, I loved it. But I just went back after a while, and was pretty disappointed with the entire experience. I got a regular earl grey tea, which should be one of the least expensive things on the menu, but cost me a whopping $4. I noticed the other things on the menu (the eal grey tea wasn't even on the menu, that's why I didn't know how much it was) were also pretty expensive. They're selling top ramen for $2! Other than that, their Monday open mic night gives too much time to individual people. I know people want time to promote an album, but when a bad act goes on for what feels like forever, it'll drive customers away (speaking from experience). read more

The place is nice and clean. Nice selection of pastries. I actually bought the taro milk tea. I didn't find it very tasty. The drink left an after taste. My friend tried the almond milk tea and the drink was also sweet. She actually added water to the drink and it tasted better however it still left an after taste in the mouth. I had received a message shortly after I posted my first review. I can not update my review since I have not been back. This place is really good. The girl with the pixie cut is so nice and so quick, I hardly have a wait time. The only thing that kept me from giving a 5-star is that the boba is usually pretty warm, but maybe that's a thing, I just like it cold. One of my favorite boba places to go to! Everything is delicious, and they recently updated their menu so now you could order smoothies, snack bite food, and more. I really like the trinitea, jasmine tea, coconut tea, Thai tea, and their honeydew tea. The honey boba they have is chewy and sweet and warm. It's a good location to come study at too. There is a private room for group studying. The only thing that I've noticed though is that it seems like their AC has been broken since last summer. But overall, a really great location for some boba! Highly recommend. Prices are comparable to other boba places, around $3-$4 depending on the size. Edited (3/25/2016): they fixed their AC!
