Came to this place for the first time with some of my family members. The receptionist was really rude as she had made an unnecessary comment when she asked how we would be paying since we first said separate and then changed it to together. The ladies that actually provided the massage service were really nice and did a good job. They even took the time to take a quick pic for us since this was for my birthday. The music was a little too loud during the service and a spa is meant to be relaxing, so we did ask if they could turn it down and they did. After the service, they dry your hair. My hair and face felt really nice and soft after. I really enjoyed it. I think if they just make a little changes in the issues we had in the beginning with the reception I could give this place a 5 but for now it's a 3. Overall, I would say I will probably come back. Ive always had issues with people being intimidated by my thick curly hair and it was refreshing to have a peaceful experience without worrying about my hair being an obstacle. This place is really relaxing. The staffs were nice. It was a 10/10 experience until they blow dry my friend's hair . My friends have curly hair, so before our session they asked her if she prefer air dry. My friend said yes she preferred air dry . They end up blow drying it still but my friend was taken by surprise and didn't say anything. Her hair was super frizzy afterwards. Nonetheless it's a great experience, I do recommend coming here however if you have natural curly hair, don't hesitate on telling them you want air dry. read more

Hair was washed and conditioned and blow dried with a hair shine treatment. This left my hair shiny and soft. It came with several facial treatments: mini facial, guasha stone, jade roller, moisturizing serum, red light therapy and a collagen mask. My husband and I are addicted to this place. We live in LA, and we travel all the way to Orange County just for this place every few months when we have time on the weekend. And we get incredible service every time. They give us a very thorough shampoo and scalp massage, a face wash, and an incredible neck and shoulder massage. My hair always feel so soft and clean, and I always feel so relaxed after. The head spa is a very new concept but it's very popular in Asia and it's finally gaining popularity here in the States. A tip is not mandatory like the owner or receptionist says. Should have been up front and said no but it is a bit akward ,But if you're going to harass me and call me 5 times and message me twice for a tip. I don't know what else to call it.
