Very shortly after buying it, I discovered major safety and mechanical issues that were never disclosed, including:    *   Torn/damaged engine mounts - a serious safety issue that is visible with even a basic look under the wheel well    *   Worn/unsafe tires that needed replacement    *   Alignment problems affecting safety and drivability    *   A chipped windshield that was never mentioned These were not minor fixes. I paid $3,105.47 for the mechanical repairs, plus another $147 for the windshield chip -- totaling $3,252.47 out of pocket to correct issues the dealership failed to disclose. When I brought this to their attention, I was given conflicting explanations about the "inspection." At first, I was told the car was inspected. Later, they claimed it was only a visual inspection. Even if that were true, a proper visual inspection would have clearly caught torn engine mounts, because they are visible without even lifting the car. That tells me the inspection was either not done properly, or not done at all. I was also told more than once that I would be reimbursed and that they would "cut me a check." That promise was repeated several times, yet there was no follow-through -- only delays, excuses, and shifting responses. Buying a car is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability. My experience did not reflect that. I hope this review helps others approach this dealership with caution, ask detailed questions, and insist on proper documentation before purchasing.

There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

Was looking for an inexpensive commute car. Always bought from private parties, never took small lots serious but probably found one of the best buys ever at Sammy's. One owner, clean Carfax woman driven (name of owner was in the original manual package), always garaged 2004 Infinity I35...with 23,700 miles. That is 1,370 miles a year. Flawless interior and just a few minor flaws outside. Literally looks like a new car and drives like one. At a time when the used car market is way over price this was like a new car for $8,900. Love it, people ooh and awe over it. Jason and Mike, his two helpers, are not typical salespeople, good guys as well. Check them out, may be well worth your time.

We were given the runaround for two weeks, and it became clear that the staff is not properly trained to handle sensitive documents or communicate with customers in a professional way. On the one or two occasions we actually reached her, we decided to give the company another chance -- but the same unprofessional behavior continued. From day one, it has been a complete circus. If you are a licensed foster parent, be prepared for even more delays. They clearly do not understand how non-taxable income works, which is extremely concerning for a business that is supposed to understand finances. The Long Beach location specifically was a horrible experience. Maribel needs to seriously improve her management skills, and Brian and Senator need proper training in both customer service and financial processing. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
