Spicy Bun Bo Hue soup with rare steak!? This is unacceptable!
    Tuyen H.

I've been coming here frequently and everything is pretty solid, however the spicy bun bo hue soup put me over the edge. My bbh bowl included rare steak, this is not what is advertised in the description. This is NOT bun bo hue. The broth was okay, too sweet for my taste but the content was a hot mess. It was also missing the pork sausage. All wrong, no no no. I was just so triggered I had to write a review. Would not recommend. Please note, I said no pork shank and that was not included.

I had heard about this relatively new Vietnamese option in Mo City, so I had to check it out. Came here on my birthday with my young family and a couple of friends. The interior looked nice, very new with high ceilings and well kept. The service was good, and while the portions were good, the food itself was a bit on the salty side and the prices were definitely on the high side. Some may argue the food isn't as "authentic" and maybe they're catering to a broader palette, but the flavor is bolder here. If I am back in the Sienna area and craving Vietnamese, I'd give it another shot.

Mariana was such a good server! This was the best pho. I can't wait to try more stuff!

Absolutely love their pho! Went back a second time because that's how good it was. I also got their Mango tea drink and I liked it. Forgot to take a picture.

Nice-sized establishment, and I appreciated that all the sauces were out, clean, and fully stocked. I ordered the lychee strawberry tea, which was really good. The short rib pho was generous in portion, so many noodles that they began to swell and soak up the broth. Not the biggest fan of that. The broth itself was well seasoned, and the short rib was tender.

Probably the best Vietnamese spot in the sienna/Fresno area What sets them apart imo is the use of short ribs. I had the short rib pho before, and this time around had the garlic noodle short rib. They don't shy away from the portion size of it for now. Very delicious

Debbie and Sam were my hosts and did an excellent job. I had a wonderful time and the food was great! I want to say I have been trying to eat healthier so Ingot the spring rolls with shrimp. The content was excellent but so did not care for the wrapping. Now, the fried vegetarian egg rolls which were great. Sam suggested I try the regular egg rolls with pork and shrimp. It came with house made fish sauce which is unique and it is amazing. I won't say it's like crack cocaine because I've never tried crack cocaine, but I've seen the results. People have it one time and can't live without it. Well, I am going to have this eggrolls again! The Tropical Passion tea tasted great and was flavorful. One thing I need to add the customer Service was outstanding! In my mind and opinion, there's a fine line between wait staff being attentive and overbearing. This place got it right! Like the Supreme Court Justice said many decades ago regarding his ability to articulate a certain thing, the quote goes something like this "I may not be able to define pornography, but I know it when I see it". These guys did a great job, I think you like the service and love the food. Regarding the ambience, I don't know what to say because at the time I went, there were a few patrons in the building. However, based on the construction, I could see it possibly being loud when full of customers. Of course, that's the worst case scenario. And, I do not wish to provide negative insight when I have none regarding the specific matter. I recommend this business. GN3

This is now my go-to spot for pho! So glad they opened up near where I live, we're lucky to have a great pho restaurant so close to us. I've been here probably 10 times already so have a good sense of the restaurant. Food: all the pho here is solid! They also have specialty noodle dishes like butter garlic noodles with different proteins which are also pretty good. The wings for appetizers was surprisingly good! I will say the items are slightly higher priced than typical pho places, but I feel the quality of the food and service makes up for the high prices! Service: all the waiters/waitresses are very nice and helpful, we've never had bad service during any of our visits Ambiance: this is a brand new restaurant, they have casual/poppy music playing in the background, love the vibe here Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great bowl of pho in the Missouri city area!

Smells like an amazing authentic broth when you walk in. Mmmm!!! We were immediately greeted by a very nice waitress. She was helpful in going back and forth to check and confirm with the chef that there is no soy in there items of interest. Overall, excellent service. We ordered the built your own pho, which comes in two sizes (small and large). S:$12.99 L: $13.99. We were amazed by the size of the bowl, they are generous with their delicious broth. The broth had a rich beef flavor, definitely among my favorite in the Missouri City-Sugar land area! The noodles were the standard quantity but something was slightly different. Maybe it was just a tad more all dente than other pho places around, but I like that texture. I ordered the wonton soup ($8). I was not extremely hungry but wanted something comforting and soup. That usually won't fill me up, but it did the trick today. The beef bone broth was flavorful and the wontons were fresh and tasty. I sampled some of my husband's pho and it was delicious! It comes with Ty free standard vegetables like jalapeño, basil, lime and bean sprouts. I think it was missing cilantro. The beef pho and the wonton soup are free of soy, since they are fish sauce based. Adding this place to my list of go-to for pho in the Fort Bend area. FYI- they have a reward system by entering your phone number after you pay on toasttab.

We came here for lunch and had a great meal. Prices are a little on higher side, but quality and portions were HUGE! Had the tripe S pho special and the meat was generous and short rib was very tender. My friends ordered garlic noodles with short ribs and the vermicelli with short ribs. All the dishes were flavorful and did not disappoint.

She also ordered hot tea and got to choose her tea bag from a lovely box, which was a cute touch. The only thing I might say is that the owner was a bit brusque/gruff. I understand being businesslike and I know customers can be a pain in the food industry, but his attitude was just not very welcoming I suppose. Still a good experience overall though! In my experience, beef chow fun at other restaurants often suffers from soggy rice noodles, uneven flavoring, and noodles that stick together. Most notably, other places often use excessive oil that pools at the bottom of the plate. As you can see in the attached pictures, the flavor here was very even, and the texture was firm without being chewy. Each noodle was clearly separated, and there was almost no oil pooling at the bottom. Having eaten Chinese and Vietnamese food my entire life, I strongly recommend this place.

When you pickup your food, the sit down area is dark, and there isn't much of a waiting area. It looks to be run by two folks, the cook and the cashier. It is probably best to order over the app, as the one cashier is busy packing the food in the fancy packaging and dealing with the money transactions. Since it is only two people, it can be slow to get your food when it is busy. I waited an additional 20 mins from the projected time it was suppose to be done. As for the food, the miso ramen was packed in this fancy box. The box contained the soup separated from the noodles with a few side dishes. I believe this is the only vegi ramen they offer. It is nothing special. The broth is basically miso soup with soy sauce. (2 out of 5) The cold sesame noodles was better. It had more flavor. (4 out of 5) The Salt & Pepper Chicken was good (4.5 out of 5). I couldn't help eating it while in the car, as it smelled so good. The Braised Pork over rice was decent. It was cut up thick pork belly, braised in an Asian brown sauce. The flavoring was a little one sided. (3 out of 5). I'm giving this place an overall 3 stars because the food isn't something to rave about. Packaging and presentation were great, but tastes was more important to me.

I have passed by their restaurant many times, but it never occurred to me to go in until one day I was surprised to see them ranked in the top 100 ramen places nationally on Yelp! With less than 300 reviews, I was skeptical at first but was intrigued to give it a try, and I'm so glad that I did! I visited on a Friday afternoon right before New Year's and was greeted warmly by the staff inside. As I was indecisive on what to order in the ramen section, I asked the staff for suggestions. She was kind to walk me through the menu without rushing to get an order, and she mentioned that their most popular item is actually the beef noodles. That was all I needed to make a decision to try the beef noodles. While waiting for the food, I chatted with the staff and learned that the restaurant opened right before the pandemic then shifted their model to take-out only as the pandemic begin. Since then, they've tried to make use of their restaurant space to return to dine-in but it has been difficult to find reliable workers. In the interest of keeping the quality consistent and customers happy, they've decided to make sacrifices to keep the business model as is for take-out only instead of scaling up with additional staff, which is such a shame given the rent in the area is not cheap and they have such a beautiful space! When you hear "take-out only", I know what you're thinking, BUT I promise you this is the best takeout food you will ever have! The packaging is very well-designed to keep the flavors and ingredients at its finest! As I mentioned, I ordered the beef noodles, and typically noodle dishes are not ideal for takeout, but Asia Blue separates the soup from the noodles so that the noodles are not soggy, and even after half hour, the soup stayed warm and flavorful. The noodles also came paired with many mini side dishes as palate cleansers, which were a nice surprise. From my conversation with the staff, I've also learned that this is one of the rare places that truly make their broth fresh from premium ingredients! You can be sure that it's MSG free and packed with healthy nutrients, and that's a quality that you can taste. I highly recommend this place for your next ramen adventure, and I certainly will be returning again very soon to try the other menu items. :)
