The sear on the fish skin was perfectly crisp, the julienned vegetables were well-seasoned, and the sauce had a nice spiciness. Paired with a crisp white wine, it was a delicious dinner! The service was "adequate." The staff who brought bread and my meal to the table were friendlier and more attentive than my server.
