While we waited an additional 15 minutes, there were multiple people complaining about incorrect orders. Despite having to wait an extra 30 mins past the pickup time during the work day, we were offered nothing to rectify the situation. She asked them to remake it, and they put so much horseradish sauce that the outside of the sandwich was covered in it. I don't know how this place is open. There was a woman at a table when we walked in and a man that was at the end of the long bar along the back wall. I had never been so I wasn't sure how to order because he continued to sit. I finally figured out that I needed to mark this bag with my order so I did that and then he came to the register. The woman at the table gets up and comes behind the counter to make my sandwich. She kept talking to the man in the corner. I assume she was asking a question because she kept saying the same phrase. (It wasn't in English). She walks over to him saying this same phrase and he never acknowledged her. She walks out. He continues to stare at a computer. He finally realizes she walked out and still sits. After several minutes he gets up and goes to the kitchen area. He starts to make our order but gets on the phone. At this point I decided to leave. My boyfriend and I use to frequent this place a lot, we hadn't been in a while so we headed here for dinner. First of all, the place is hideous, the screens are what you order off of and it's a huge mess at the drink fountain. Second off, the morale is down, I can feel the negative energy just walking in, employees standing around/with headphones in, barely acknowledging people who come in. I tried out this place for the first time today and I don't know why I didn't go any sooner! My boyfriend and I both walked in and were a little confused at first on the process, but we were able to read and quickly figure out that we just grab a bag, write our name, and fill out which sandwich we would like to order. I got the Ultimate BLT while my boyfriend got the Italian Club and they came out pretty quickly. The staff was nice and the facility was relatively clean. My sub was warm and both of our subs were cut so we could share our other halves with each other. My BLT was good, but the bacon outweighed the veggies which made the sandwich a little salty for my taste (but I think I'm just a veggie lover lol). My boyfriend's Italian sub was SO good, I'm still drooling. Definitely recommend getting the Italian Club - it's probably my favorite out of the two I tried. I like the sandwiches. They are always good. The service is what needs improvement. When I come in, the employees don't even look up, let alone say "welcome" or "hi". And there always seems to be one employee doing most of the work and the other one working at a snail pace or disappearing. It took 30 minutes for my three sandwiches to be made. And there was only one other couple in front of me, ordering two sandwiches. There were no "pick up " orders being made. The employee (a young lady" making my sandwich felt bad for how long it was taking. But the other employee had just disappeared. My suggestion is for better training. They consistently make our sandwiches right and are good at to go orders on the app. That being said, the layout is an issue, especially during Covid. I've really come to like Which Wich. Mostly because I can get a Kid's Meal for my son and I, which includes a pb&j or grilled cheese sandwich(there are a couple more options, but these are our go-to), drink & mini rice krispy treat for $3.95! It's perfect for both of us. Sometimes I also order the Project PB&J, which sends a PB&J to the troops with each one I order. My other favorite, pre pregnancy was the Thank You Turkey a.k.a Thanksgiving leftover sandwich - turkey, stuffing & cranberry sauce on toasted bread of your choice. I've discovered that each Which Wich does things slightly different, so I make sure to designate my requests on my bag, for example: some toast their pb&j and some don't, so I simply write "not toasted" on my bag. Some overly toast the bread for kids so I write "lightly toasted" on my son's bag. The one thing each has in common is the employees are kind, helpful and patient. I offered 4 stars instead of 5, because it does take a little longer than other food options. With so many customization and sandwich options it makes sense. read more

When this location first opened it had great customer service and prepared your order in a timely manner but unfortunately like many fast food restaurants service tends to go down hill overtime. I think I could have just about written John and Ruben's reviews based on my visit. :) I visited around 2:30 in the afternoon, so there were no crowds. The concept is kind of cool with the "self serve ordering", and the limited extras seems to follow the lead of Five Guys/Mooyah etc. I selected a reuben sandwich with no extras on wheat bread. What I got was, well, a sandwich that seems to resemble a reuben in some ways, almost as if someone from a New York deli had described it to a Martian who then described it to the people in the restaurant. Yeah, it had corned beef, swiss cheese, kraut and thousand island. It didn't have much of any of them, and the ingredients were fairly pedestrian in quality. I don't think a New Yorker would recognize this as a reuben. Maybe I just picked a bad sandwich and/or had my expectations set too high. I might try it again, but as others said, the sandwich is small and not a great value, and there's not really a whole lot else to go there for. As an FYI for any locals that want to experience a great deli sandwich, try Deli News in north Dallas on Preston at Campbell. I know that's rude to include a pitch for another restaurant in a review, but geography would keep these two from competing much. read more

I'm a regular customer at this location and on 12/28 I made an online order. On this order I specifically asked for no onions due to allergies . Once I got home after picking up my order I noticed there were onions everywhere on the sandwich. I then called to inform the store but I was welcomed with terrible customer service . Since then I have received threats via calls and I have received a few text messages as well from someone who claimed to be the supervisor . I ordered the avocado sandwich as a wrap and got 1/2 cup of avocado on just one half - and it was brown avocado. Disgusting.
