Love the island green, always my go to. But the place is clean, staff is friendly, and smoothies are great. What more could you ask for?

we orded tropical smoothie on uber eats and they literally forgot all the food and only made drinks and the bowls. we had to go pick it up ourselves when we wanted it delivered and the wraps looked disgusting and didnt have the stickers on the wraps which is required for uber eats. they forgot all the sides too. it tasted pretty bad as well and the worker cooking was picking at her lips. read more

I ordered a magic mango here and I knew it had pineapple but I didn't mind because it's suppose to taste like mango "magic mango" but there was just no mango in it at all. Ur was just watered down pineapple no mango and it didn't taste good at all. read more

So disappointed. I hadn't had Tropical Smoothie in a while and I couldn't wait to get my hands around a hummus veggie wrap. The thought of it was making my mouth water. I ordered the wrap along with a smoothie for pickup and several other things for my coworkers. When I got back to the office to it eat it there was almost NO hummus. It was about a teaspoon and a half. Most of the wrap was filled with avocado/guacamole. The wrap had a strange vinegar taste and it was nothing like the countless other hummus wraps I've had from other Tropical Smoothies in the past. I got the same complaint from my coworkers about their orders. Sadly, I can't say the smoothie was much better. It lacked the flavor of mango or banana and was more water mixed with kale. This place is terrible. There are 2 guys that know how to make drinks everyone else really struggles. They add things I have asked them to leave out due to allergies and don't put the things that are supposed to be in the drink. I like these food stalls in malls because their food is healthier than a lot of other options and the smoothies are tasty. On the day I went to the Clearwater location in the mall, it was really busy. There was quite a line but you could tell the staff was hustling. From what I can tell, they have three people on at lunch time. One does the register and preps smoothies, one makes smoothies and one person is in the back making the sandwiches. I had the Thai chicken wrap and the strawberry lime smoothie combo. It came with chips too, but I ended up taking them home as the wrap is plenty and I enjoyed the smoothie long after lunch. Both are tasty. The wrap I had was full of chicken and just the right amount of Thai peanut sauce. The combo is about $12 which is not cheap, but also not bad for the amount of food and bev you get. read more

I ordered the Chia Banana Boost. I was asked if I wanted peanut butter or strawberries.... I have never ordered from here. Needless to say it is a peanut butter smoothie not really a banana chia one, it's super sweet and the peanut butter over powers everything, not good at all. First time here at the Mall location. My son and I got our 24 oz. Strawberry Banana smoothies with a shot of B12 and Whey protein. These were great!! AND, the best part is when you add extras to your smoothie, you get all the leftovers in the blender!! Who knew? It filled another 24 oz cup! The young staff behind the counter was very nice and friendly. Awesome experience here as I love me some smoothies!! read more

When visiting Clearwater, I was so glad that the Countryside Mall had a Tropical Smoothie. However, after experiencing the horrible customer service, my delight turned to frustration and disappointment. We were there when they opened, and a line had gathered. The employee appeared at 11:00 on the dot, and then little by little put items on the counter that should have been set up already, such as straws and a napkin holder (which was actually empty). She really didn't talk much, just listened with a blank look on her face and took people's orders and made the smoothies. The items the 2 of us ordered were a Kiwi Quencher and a Santa Fe Quesadilla. When I asked her if the bananas were fresh (since they weren't out where they could be seen), she said yes, and then she gave me one with a 2-inch black bruise. When I went back about 11:20 to tell her I wanted chips instead since this wasn't fresh, she finished making someone else's smoothies , then put the chips on the counter and didn't apologize or talk at all. The only reasons I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 is because she actually saved us money by ringing up our 2 orders as a combo and because the food and smoothie were so delicious and healthy. read more

Manager refused to refund our money said they will fire her & explained that the maker of our order did not use the correct amount of ingredients... how is this now my problem? We tried it again a month later but the worker preparing our order did not wash his hands & was vaping while making my kids drinks. I also had a gift card that they refused to take stating the don't take them & charged the full amount onto my debit card instead. I emailed corp office to voice my concern & someone named Danielle returned my call. She said the manager was correct she could be fired (they have cameras) if she replaced all the drinks she admitted to making incorrectly... what??? But then said she has no way to verify if worker was indeed smoking while making food... didn't she jus say they had cameras? Offered no resolution, she could not care less about the smoking & told me to dispute with my bank "what did I want her to do about it?" We are frequent visitors to this Tropical Smoothie, my family and I often drive to the mall just for Tropical Smoothie. Never had an issue, until now... And for us, it really was a disappointment. Tropical Smoothie is open until 6:00pm on Sundays, as declared online. However, as I approached their store at 5:54pm today, I was immediately met with this attitude "We're closed !" ... this store is in a mall food court and I looked around and saw other restaurants still serving. I told the lady I had an online order I was picking up for my fiance. Turns out my fiance never placed the online order, my mistake. However, I asked if she would take my order since it was still before 6:00pm. "We're closed" she said. She, not only an employee, but the MANAGER. She outright REFUSED to take my order when it was still before they're declared closing hours... It's Mother's Day. I am a Mother that left my fiance at home with our toddler to pick up dinner. I even rushed to make sure I made it before the 6:00pm closing time. And I was greeted with that service. I hope things certainly change. Especially, when a mother comes rushing up to the counter, clearly only had driven to the mall for their food, BEFORE 6:00pm (the manager might tell you otherwise, she tried to tell my fiance I was there after 6:00pm ... what a joke.) ON MOTHER'S DAY!!! I am beyond disappointed with this service and expect better. read more

A small little place set back in the food court that seems to be a little chaotic with just a staff if two people. The smoothies are straight forward from the menu and feature different items that you can add in to meet the needs you are looking for. Prices run a little high for what you end up getting but it works in a health pinch. read more

I absolutely loveeee this food and I go here at least 4-5 times a week. However, every time I go, something is wrong w my order. I get the same exact thing (chicken bacon ranch flatbread) every single time so I know what it's supposed to taste like. I normally ask for no tomatoes which usually appear on my sandwich. Sometimes there is little to no ranch which ruins the sandwich. Sometimes it's swimming in ranch which ruins it as well. Sometimes it's not even hot. And a few times I have opened my sandwich to only 3 tiny pieces of chicken about 2 inches long.. like what is that?! The sandwich is not cheap to be serving it like that. The only reason I keep going back is because I know how good it actually can be and it is right by my house on my way to work. But the workers there need to get it together. read more

Sooo disappointed. I was really looking forward to trying their food. I received a gift card to Tropical Smoothie and went to use it and placed my order to find out that this location cannot accept any gift cards. It states on the back of the gift card that it can be used at "any" location. I was told that their cash register is old and they have no way to take a gift card. I was really surprised because usually a manager will find a way to hand key in a gift card and make it work for the customer. read more
