I called the store and told them that the smoothie was watery and the cashier who made it said "that's just the way it is" "we follow a recipe, I don't know what to tell you" How atrocious is the lack of customer service skills and all around horrible problem solving skills. Never did she try to make up for it. I verbalized my unhappiness. I told her I'm throwing it away. She said ok. Never once did she offer to remake it, offer a credit for another smoothie on a different visit or a refund. There's so many different ways a company can make it right. Superman is good too. They do use a few different protein powders so you can ask, just as asking for reg. milk, soy milk, etc in the drinks. I also had one of their salads, it was small but fresh. Their oatmeal really lacked taste though and was hard to get down. The Armbar also sells some work out gear, and the necessary GIs you need for some of the ultimate classes.
