Came here for a business lunch on a whim. Both the Doctor I met with and I are into health and wellness so did a quick search and found this place. I had the thai wrap which was delicious and he had the Caribbean jerk wrap which he said was good as well. We also tried 2 smoothies. A detox 1 for him and the acai berry one for me. It's quite large and tasted great. Could easily be a meal replacement. Aside from the deliciousness I thought the place was WELL PRICED. Not super expensive. Spent $12ish dollars on what could've been 2 meals. Will definitely come back and try the rest of their menu. read more

Y'all. Horrible experience. I never YELP. Ever. But I've tried to pick up food here one time and tried to have it delivered one time and horrible experiences both times. The food is not great but would be fine if you're in a pinch. But the service is horrible. The time I went in to pick up a smoothie and a sandwich there were maybe 3-4 employees probably averaging 16 years old and totally untrained. No manager or trainer to be seen. And trying to find a nearby non greasy option for my babysitter, the time I tried to have food delivered to my child and his babysitter while I was at a wedding was pure chaotic hell. If you place an order online, it's apparently DoorDash who does the delivery. I got updates that the order was delivered; however, the food never left the restaurant. When my poor babysitter texted me asking about the food, I called them and a self-proclaimed 15 year old told me the food was still there. And she told me she was going to hang up on me because of my attitude (I was clearly upset but not yelling or anything) and I asked for a manager but apparently no one else was there and I'd have to talk to a manager in the morning. I tried to get reimbursed by calling DoorDash but since the order was placed through their website I have to wait to reimbursed through Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Horrible experience. HORRIBLE. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! This was my first time here and I would definitely come back. Ronna, who made me the smoothies this evening, impressed me on how she cares about her customers. I had the detox green island and it was good but kinda gingery for me. I was like fine I will just finish it, but Ronna checked on me and actually made me a second one with less ginger even though I told her it's ok. The lady who made the foods was also friendly and kind. Both of them always have a smile on their face even though it was close to their closing time. My husband said his smoothie was watery but mine was fine. We tried a wrap and flatbreads. The flat bread was my favorite. The green smoothie was good. I've been to this place 4 times this week and honestly never again. I have ordered the Strawberry Banana Smoothie 3 times and the PB Cup once (which is very good) I asked on the strawberry banana every single tIme for them to please add peanut butter and make a PBJ smoothie. Easy enough, I used to work at a smoothie joint I know how easy it is to add freaking peanut butter to a smoothie. But no, every single time (and I'm getting charged each time for extra PB by the way) I kid you not, they add LESS THAN A TABLESPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER for a giant ass smoothie. LESS THAN A TABLESPOON! When I'm freaking paying extra for it. You can't even taste it. The first two times I even asked they person who made it if they even added any and then this last time I saw how much they added and now I'm reviewing. And I know that they're capable of adding a decent amount of freaking peanut butter to a smoothie because I've had the PB Cup one. But never again will I waste my money here when they clearly don't care even after I reiterate what I want. read more

Visited this place for the first time and someone, who I'm assuming is the manager (middle eastern man probably in his late 20's), got my order wrong and laughed it off. I didn't have an issue with it, however, he got it wrong the second time and was clearly distracted. I don't understand why because there wasn't any traffic, it was pretty slow. read more
