My kids love this location. We have visited this place a few times this month for their smoothie fixes. They love the mango berry cosmo smoothie with the edible lime straw. We have been coming here for that lately. They also like the jetty punch and the sunrise sunset. If I ever order one, I get the peanut butter cup, which is like a milkshake. But I rarely get one for myself, I usually come here for the kids since they are so rich, huge, and delicious. It is more of an indulgence for me. I like that they have a drive thru, but we do like to go in and order. Last week you were able to visit the lobby, but this week is was closed. I am not sure if it is because of limited staff or customer/ employee safety, so we had to take ours to go and enjoy it elsewhere. They were running a special and since I had never tried them I stopped for lunch. Wow! I ordered the Mango Magic smoothie and it was great. I also ordered a Chicken Caprese, one of the best sandwiches ever--definitely a new go-to place for me. It was a beautiful day, so I ate lunch at their outside patio. We were there at 9:02pm after driving around in circles for at least 3 minutes because their signs for entering were so awful and it was a challenge to figure out. I am a regular customer at this Tropical Smoothie. My regular order would be a Supergreen Caesar Salad and a Bahama Mama with extra white chocolate. I would not recommend going to this store unfortunately, my boyfriend and I waited at the window for 20 minutes with nobody saying a word to us. When they finally did they had no idea what we were waiting for (2 smoothies). When our smoothies were delivered they were wrong. Now the regular issue I have are the salads, some days they are packed with lettuce and all the toppings. But lately this is what I've been receiving, for paying $10 for a salad this is absolutely ridiculous. When asked on why it was so small I was told "that's how it always is". Well that was a lie, if you'd like to waste your money on something that is only about 10 bites visit them! Just because there is an extra dressing does not mean you should put less ingredients into it so that you can fit the dressing in there. Extremely rude employees. I was waiting in the drive-through for about 10 minutes at the menu and not a single soul said will be right with you or anything like that. After about 10 minutes, they very rudely went on the speaker and said "you're gonna need to pull up to the window because you're too far from the menu." mind you I was not for menu at all because I could read it perfectly well and I'm decently vision impaired and also could probably touch the menu with my hand extended my window if I tried. I pulled to the window and the guy very rudely tells me that they didn't get a notification that I was there because of the menu issue. If something went wrong there need to be him card payment and he scoffs run the card and says it'll be right out. Five minutes later, the woman comes up to the window and kind of gives me the smoothie while pushing it towards me in a very rude manner. I did not appreciate the manner the employees handled whatever situation they thought was going on when in reality they probably weren't even paying attention. Worlds slowest tropical smoothie. You don't get greeted within the first five minutes of arrival, you feel like an inconvenience, and two smoothies currently have taken over 10 minutes to receive after ordering. Your best bet is to go buy a blender, plant some fruit trees, wait for them to grow, can the fruit you harvest. Then, wait for the nearby lakes and ponds to freeze, chisel off the ice you need for the smoothie, and make your own at home. It would be at least twice as fast. read more

Arrived to cafe at 9am and doors were locked. Went to me car and ordered Carryout from them. When back to doors 15 minutes later to get order. Doors were still locked. Employees looked at me through the windows but never asked what I needed. Called store and was told to go through drive thru. I explained my box truck was too big for drive thru. They came out and gave me my order. Could have saved 20 minutes of my time with a sign in door saying inside was closed or maybe an employee could direct the customer that's waiting outside the doors. Common sense. Rude manager. I used to go there every day and buy two smoothies for work. And I used to go there frequently with my kids, all four of them to buy smoothies and food but stopped after the manager was rude to me on three different occasions. She has a nasty attitude and does not care if you're a customer or not, after the third time I made the decision not to go there anymore. I go to other branches when I need a tropical smoothie. On the third incidence, I had waited over 10 minutes at the pay/take order window without anyone coming to take my payment or give me my order. I was on my way to work and was running late at this point so I tried to get her attention with my car horn and she came to the window angry, asking why? So I told her I have been waiting for a long time without being acknowledged at least. She told me she was busy, that she had online orders ahead of me and slammed the window in my face. When she brought my order, she quickly gave it to me and slammed the window in my face again without apologizing the wait time. And that was the third time she has treated me that way so I stopped going to the branch. When my kids go there without me, I ask them not to get anything for me because I am not going to support any business that does not appreciate my patronage. read more
